Introduction: Haggai is the prophet that tethers the Old Testament Prophets to second temple

Who is this prophet that comes on the scene and vanishes as fast as he appears? The context is
in a time when the Israelites are back in the land YWHW promised, yet things feel much
different. The temple is not yet in construction and the Judeans are having trouble with the
indigenous Samaritans. Haggai has a challenge, but he is just the man for the job, and YWH has
called him for just the time as this. Haggai The person: Little is known of the prophet Haggai.
The name Haggai means feast of Yahweh or by contraction, Hagariah means Yahweh hath
girded. This leads scholars to believe that he was born on a feast day. Another theory is that the
writer of the book recorded Haggai s prophecies later, and like Malachi, gave him a nickname
because he prophesied on feast days. He prophesied for a very short time. Haggai 1:15 record the
dates of Haggai s prophetic ministry. He prophesied in the Second year of King Darius (521
486), in the year 520 from August 29th to December 18th. These 15 short weeks make up one of

As soon as you press the enter key, Cisco IOS debug output informs you that there is now a route,
but its state is False . Since R1 is the DCE side of our lab environment, we must specify how fast
bits will be clocked between R1 and R2.
Step 6 Enter the clock rate command on R1.
You can specify any valid clocking speed. Use the ? to find the valid rates. Here, we used 64000 bps.
R1(config if)# clock rate 64000
Step 7 Enter the command necessary to insure the interface is fully configured.
R1(config if)# no shutdown
After you enter the correct command, you should see debug output similar to the following:
is_up: 0 state: 0 sub state: 1 line: 0 has_route: False

Unlike the LAN interface, fully configuring the WAN interface is not always enough to have the
route entered in the routing table even if your cable connections are correct. The other side of the
WAN link must also be configured. /u gt;
Step 8 If possible, establish a separate terminal session with R2. Click on R2
This will allow you to observe the debug output on R2 when you make changes on R1. You can
also turn on debug ip routing on R2.

believes that there is no way to prove that those accounts are accurate, because they were not
experienced first hand. In order to believe a miracle, the evidence should be concrete, and

In essence, any miracle that a Christian believes as fact, is something that a Muslim person would
consider hearsay, and vice versa. There is a constant battle between religions to disprove the other s
miracles, and Hume believes that none of these miracles occurred.
To Hume, it is never rational to believe in a miracle, as it is a violation of the laws of nature. For
a miracle to be believable, it must be based on testimony, and have a focus on something that can
be proven. This testimony must have evidence to justify that the miracle is in fact based on a
law of nature. For Hume, if a miracle is to be rationally accepted, the evidence to support it must
be balanced for the evidence in the natural world. Even if there is a conflicting piece of evidence
for the miracle, the conclusion must indicate that said miracle is a probable occurrence. With
that probable evidence must come absolute proof that the person who experienced the miracle
was in his or her right state of mind, was never diagnosed with a mental illness, and is a person
who can be trusted to give factual suggestions. Essentially, a miracle is possible because it is
conceivable, but in reality, there is no evidence to prove it. To properly establish his position on
miracles, Hume writes:
no testimony is sufficient to establish a miracle, unless the testimony be of such a kind, that its
falsehood would be more miraculous, than the fact, which it endeavours to establish
