Classic Greek Philosophy
The downfall of Greece s Mycenaean period was thought to have begun from internal civil turmoils
that led to an unstable government. The weakened government left the country vulnerable to
foreign mariners who took advantage, invaded, and destroyed much of the country.
2. Describe Classic Greek Philosophy.
Classic Greek Philosophy is largely based on the ideologies of Socrates and those who supported
and added on to his ideas, such as Plato and Aristotle. Rather than believing that the world was
created by one or many gods, Socrates and other Greeks relied on observable evidence, scientific
reasoning, and realistic thoughts to explain the natural processes of the world.
3. What was the social organization of the Hellenistic Kingdoms?
During the Hellenistic period, Greek culture was widespread across the Mediterranean. After the
death of Alexander the Great, the Hellenistic empire broke up into kingdoms and were ruled by
kings. The Hellenistic kingdoms retained much of the Greek s philosophy, science, literature, and
art. The kingdoms administered cosmopolitan societies, interacted frequently with people from
Greece to India, and integrated the economies and societies of far away regions by facilitating trade.
1. Identify and Explain the differences between Classical Greek Philosophy and Hellenistic
Philosophy? (1/3)
Hellenistic philosophers believed that a single god ruled the entire universe, whereas Greek
philosophers believed that gods did not attribute to the

The Reality of Corrupt Power Hungry Men in the Film Chinatown
Roman Polanski s Hollywood film Chinatown, directed in 1974, tells the story of Jake Gittes, a
private investigator. The film focuses in on the dark reality of corruption behind power hungry
men, making this a true neo noir film. Chinatown reveals a depth narrative allowing the viewer to
follow Gittes and uncover the secrets around the water dispute in California. I chose to bring focus
to the significance of the male gazeand how this form of power can change and affect our views.
The prominent female character in the film, Evelyn Mulwray, is a wealthy white woman. With her
character comes active male attention and desire. Laura Mulveys Theory of The Gaze supports this
argument by studying the power and influence of a patriarchal... Show more content on

Like anything we can take this too far where the gaze becomes an obsession, particularly
towards the female turning it into a sexual gaze. Therefore the male is the viewer and holds the
power, he is what Mulvey states as being the active male while the female is then passive (1975).
If the female becomes a passive character is she then needed for the development of the story? I
do not think so, if we give her this position in the film she is not a valuable part of the narrative.
The other way to view this gaze would be with cruelty towards the female character. The man is
still in a position of control but in a victorious way. This may mean he treats her poorly. In the
first scene I had mentioned earlier Evelyn is just meeting Jake for the first time. He is in his
office with his male associates, which I may point out are all white men. Jake is telling a dirty
joke about a man screwing his wife like the Chinese. When Jake turns to see Evelyn standing
behind him all along both him and his co workers stop with all seriousness in her presence. They
have changed their demeanour completely because there is a woman in the room. This seemed to
put a freeze in time as what was just happening in the office came to an abrupt stop as she enters
the room. Mulvey (1975) states in her essay, her visual presence tends to work against the
development of a story line (p. 19). This means the men are holding the story line together with the

Return On Investments ( Roi )
Return on Investments (ROI) is an excellent tool that business professionals use to measure the
benefit an organization receives by administrating the training program. The formula for ROI is the
ratio of the results divided by the training costs. An example of ROI is the dollar value of
productivity divided by training costs. A company benefits from administrating a training program if
the ratio of results to costs is high. There are apparently many formulas out there that organizations
are using for ROI, but the formula recommended to use for training return on investment would be
Training ROI = (Total returns Training cost) / Training cost (Schmidt). Management in many
organizations requires proof that training is financially justified and a good return on investment.
If not, then the cost of training may possibly be reduced. It is all about the money that an
organization can or cannot afford to use for the purpose of training. There are some critics who
feel that ROI is not a necessity, whereas there are some critics who feel that ROI is an important
necessity for an organization now more than ever.
The training program is more expensive than its returns to the organization if the ROI ratio is less
than one. Unfortunately, such a training program has to be either changed or cancelled. Therefore,
the ROI ratio has to be more than one in order for the training program to be of some value to the
organization. Training expenditures, training costs, and

Original Recordings Of British American Marchen Essay
One of the earliest recordings of British American Märchen in the Archive of Folk Culture
includes Sam Harmon s rendition of Stiff Dick , a Jack tale parallel to the Brave Little Tailor
included in the Grimm Brother s Household Tales. These stories begin with Jack traveling the
country usually looking for work. He encounters a group of insects, sometimes butterflies, most
often house flies, and kills multiple with a stick or wooden paddle in one swing. The most
common number killed is seven, whereby Jack proceeds to have a belt or belt buckle made to
announce his accomplishment. In the Jack, Stiff Dick versions, the lettering reads, Stiff Dick,
killed seven with one lick! In less suggestive versions, the message reads, Strong man Jack, killed
seven at a whack! After the belt or belt buckle is made, Jack encounters the authority figure of
the region who misunderstands the meaning of the message. The king, wealthy land owner, or
lord of the region offers Jack a task based on his perception that Jack is a fierce fighter. The first
task is to remove a wild boar that has been terrorizing the area, killing livestock and injuring
people. Jack is offered a significant amount of money for the removal of the threat because all
other men of the expanse are frightened. Jack is fearful of the boar himself, and decides to pretend
to accept the offer but planning to slip out of the territory instead. While trying to escape the boar s
domain, he instead runs across the animal

Right Track Research Paper
The Right Track Every affluent nation throughout the world has invested in a high speed rail
network with the conspicuous exception of the United States. In Asian countries, such as China and
Japan, an in European countries, such as France and Spain, trains voyage around the country at
velocities over 200 mph connecting central cities and providing sensible alternative to both air and
automobiletravel. Concurrently, the American rail network is restricted to speeds below 150 mph.
The debate whether the United State should invest in high speed railway systems has become a
long driven unresolved controversy. According to the InfoBase, the supporters argue that the
availability of high speed trains will entice commuters out of their cars,... Show more content on

7.58% of the annual federal funds seems a lot to be allocated just for establishing a high speed
railway system; however, constructing a high speed railway system throughout the United States
would take a couple of decades to accomplish. This means that the cost of constructing a high
speed railway system would be divided annually for about 20 years, only taking approximately
about 0.38% of the annual federal funds collected from taxpayers a minute percentage invested that
would massively benefit the citizens of the United States in the future. Another argument of the
disputants is that the construction of a high speed railways system would only benefit a small
portion of the United States population. Their argument could possibly be true when the high
speed railway system is just newly constructed; however, it is very unlikely to occur. As
mentioned above, the construction of the high speed railway system would take a couple of
decades. The United States high speed rail network map of the USHSR webpage shows a
chronologically ordered planogram, from the year 2015 2030, that indicates which areas of the
nation would the high speed railways will consecutively be constructed. The planogram shows that
the association plans to primarily construct the high speed railways within the busiest cities of the
most densely populated states such as California, Florida, Texas, New York, etc. This method is

Hiring Professional Attorney
Promising consumers low cost alternatives to hiring professional legal help with the added self
satisfaction of becoming your own lawyer, do it yourself legal sites have become increasingly
popular for entrepreneurs and first time business owners. But what may seem like a cost efficient
way to save money for your businesscan potentially harm it instead. Before considering DIY, here
are some of the benefits to consider when hiring an experienced attorney.
Saves Time For a first time business owner, or even for an experienced entrepreneur, you already
have a lot on your plate with trying to run a successful business so becoming a lawyer overnight
isn t going to be a walk in the park. Trying to learn how to read and write legal documents and
contracts, on top of learning the laws and policies you must follow, is going to consume a lot of
your time. All areas of law have their difficulties, so trying to master a difficult field without
professional help can lead to making mistakes, and these legal errors can potentially set you back
and prove to be very inconvenient. An experienced attorney has spent years learning their trade
and don t have to bother with google or trying to decipher legalese phrases. Hiring experienced

What Is The Communist Manifesto
The Communist Manifesto
The communist Manifesto is the author s way of interpreting the goals of Communism, as well as
the theory underlying this movement. Two major points of the manifesto explain how class
relationships are defined by an era s means of production. Also, the manifesto incorporates how
class struggles, or exploitation of one class by another, are motivating force behind all historical
developments. If those two points are not followed then a revolution occurs and a new class
emerges as the ruling one. This outcome represents the march of history which is driven by
economic variables. The Manifesto argues that this development is inevitable, and the capitalism is
inherently unstable. Elimination of social ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I think that the reading was worth my time. Most readings that I am forced to read do not peak my
interest. This work on the other hand was enjoyable because it was filled with information
regarding the work of communism. This book has to be considered one of many famous literary
works. It is hard to argue that the text is not worth reading. I don t believe in the ideas expressed
in the text, but I respect the impact that the novel has had on society. Communism was viewed as
such a scary topic for most of history and it was interesting to read about it. I am not sure why the
author came up with these ideas. I do know that he was the basis for the idea of communism. It is
hard to say that the author did not contribute to my understanding of the topic because if he did not,
then I would be considered an idiot. It is almost like getting a basketball lesson from Michael
Jordon and not improving your game. The way in which the text was represented made it easy to
understand. The four section format was broken down in a way so it had easy access. The most
important thing that I obtained from the text is how much I am proud to be an American. I love
the form of government that we have. A democracy is something that I am proud to be apart of. It
also makes me proud of our government that we went out to stop the spread of communism. All

Thank Bob Dylan With The Nobel Prize
December 20, 2016
Dear Nobel Prize committee,
The Nobel Prize for Literature is an outstanding prize that honors extraordinary people for their
works in literature. It honors people that have changed literature. On October 13, 2016 you
awarded Bob Dylan with the Nobel Prize in Literature. This marks him as the first musician ever to
win this prize. Many people agree with your decision, while others are not delighted with this fact. I
agree with the committee to honoring Bob Dylan with the Nobel Prize in literature for having
created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition.
Bob Dylan was born as Robert Allen Zimmerman on May 24, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota. While
growing up, Bob was influenced by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Little Richard. He was
also in a few bands while growing up. While he was in college he began performing folk and
country music at local cafes under the name Bob Dillon. In 1960, he dropped out of college and
moved to New York. In New York, Bob met his idol Woody Guthrie and visited him regularly
and became great friends with him. In 1961, he signed his first recording contract at Columbia
Records and became one of the most original influential voices in the history of American
popular music. Throughout his lifetime he s been awarded with Grammy s, Academy and
Golden Globe awards. In 2012, he received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President
Barack Obama. Bob Dylan wrote music based on social issues, war and civil

The Man He Killed Persuasive Essay
Expo
In the book The Things They Carried and the chapter The Man I Killed O Brien is the speaker.
He is talking about the man he killed over in Vietnam. I feel as if O Brien kind of thought way too
much about this guy s life. I also think that he dragged it out a bit more then he needed to. In the
poem The Man He Killed Thomas Hardy is the speaker. He talks about how the guy he killed and
himself could have been good friends if they didn t end up as enemies. He said he had to do
what the job was meaning they were both infantry and he shot him dead to do his duties. But

In O Brien s book when Ted Lavender died everyone was kind of sad in there own way. If it was
just saying what happened over and over again and annoying others by it , or just thinking it in
their head , thinking it was their fault. When a soldier dies in war the others still alive become
sad because the person they were getting to know and their brother in a way just died right next
to them, they had a connection with each other and now it s gone. In Hardy s poem when he
kills the other soldier, his foe he feels remorse for what he just did. He starts to overthink what he
had just done to a man that could have been his friend, but because their countries were at war,
they were foes from the start of the war even if they were not part of the war yet.
They way that the titles were written The Man He Killed Thomas Hardy , and O Brien s The
Man I Killed I think they both should have just said The Man I Killed because they way it is told
it sounds like they are both talking about them killing someone else. Thomas Hardy could have
been talking about himself or someone else in a war that happened before or an upcoming war
that he was just thinking about and that story popped into his head. In O Brien s story we kind of
know it is him talking about him killing another man even though in past chapters he was talking as
if he were them at that point in

Alzbeta Letters Home
September 13th, 1939, was a very special day for me and my wife Alzbeta. It is the day of Rosh
Hashanah, the first day of the jewish calendar. The only problem was, we couldn t celebrate with
our family and our friends from Nozyk Synagogue, due to us being fearful of the Germans
invading Poland. It was more of a day of sadness; I was going to have to enlist in the polish army
soon to fight the germans on the front lines. My grandfather had died in the great war during the
battle of the somme, and my parents didn t want me to suffer a similar fate. Unfortunately for
them, my country needed me, and I would have to go whether I wanted to or not. Today was my
wife and I s 3rd anniversary, and we planned to go on a trip to Czechoslovakia. We also went
there on our honeymoon, and decided to go there every other year afterwards. I still remember
our wedding day, my father was crying tears of joy, proud of how much his son had grown up.
The test to get into the army was nothing special; just a physical and a few questions, and some
training for a few days. I still remember my last day of training in the army, our drill sergeant was

the main camp. They told us that this was where we were staying, which was odd. Everyone else

The Separation Of Church And State
Government is the political direction and control exercised over the actions of the members,
citizens, and inhabitants of communities, societies, and states. While documents have been written
to help the leaders of our country, there is constant debate over what changes need to be made.
Some believe that the country is falling apart while others think minor adjustments need to be
made. The separation of church and state is also a topic of debate. The question of what needs to
be changed and where religionfalls in all of this are always questions on the table, but what I know
for certain is that the government always has room for growth.

Freedom to express your religion is something that I feel God would want anyone to take away
from the Bible. The Lord created each one of us differently. We all have different faces,
characteristics, and personalities. God wants us to be happy here on earth and commanding
everyone to be fit into a certain mold does just the opposite. He understands that we may not
believe in him or that it is hard to comprehend something that is you cannot see. Giving us the
freedom to choose our own religious path helps us to find ourselves. We learn from the mistakes
and may ultimately choose Christianity in the end. As long as there is no harm to yourself or the
people around you the choice is yours. The equal treatment of all religions, races, and genders is
also a vital part of a proper functioning government. In the past when one religion has been put on
a pedestal the outcome has been horrific. The people in the superior group feel entitled to do
horrific things to those who do not fall into the specific category. God loves all his children
equally and never treated one different from another. When Jesus was here on earth there were
other religions. He did not treat the people following the other religions cruelly, but showed them
the word of God instead. The followers of Christianity often feel conflicted about following any
authority besides God. It is conflicting, but there are several verses in the Bible

Pay It Forward Essay
After watching Pay It Forward, it was easy to parallel elements from the movie to communication
in general. Similarities between the cycle of paying it forward and communication can be easily
discussed through all of the definitions of communication. For the purpose of this paper, I will link
one of the oldest definitions of communicationand paying to forward, to show the parallelism. The
ancient definition of communication defines communication as: the act of mutual givingand
receiving. This act of mutual giving and receiving is very apparent in the story told in the movie.
In order to communicate it is necessary for both people to, be willing to receive information and
furthermore then be willing and able to give information, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

This same idea goes with giving a gift, as a gift can be a very private thing or a group of people
can contribute to giving the gift Lois Bujold a science fiction author said the following regarding
gift giving: Try to give away what you want yourself. This is easily compared to communicating
because we should each try to communicate in the way we wish to be communicated with from
other people.
The Pay It Forward idea demonstrates the Habermasian ethic in a plethora of ways. The
Habermasian ethic refers the relationship between the ethical interaction between people
promotes autonomy and social responsibility. This idea is apparent in all aspects of the movie,
but can be easily seen in the particular part where the black gangster character gets help from the
bum when trying to run from the police. The black guy is surprised that the woman helped him
and this small act of kindness from the old woman resulted in the black guy helping a young girl
having an asthma attack at the hospital. Gangster are not typically viewed as being socially
responsible and ethical people, but the relationship between the bum and him caused him to do
the socially responsible thing of helping the girl, who was obviously in more need that himself. In
each case of doing good for another, in Pay It Forward, each person feels responsible to pay it

Design Of User Interface Design Essay
User Interface Design User interface design is the design of user interfaces (UI) for machines
and software, used on computers, smartphones, and any other electronic device. The goal of a
user interface is to maximize a user s ability to access all necessary components of the intended
application or website with less effort exerted by the user; as a developer you want to create
something beautiful that somebody with any previous experience of interfaces would be
capable of using. Using an interface should be an enjoyable experience, the user shouldn t be
stressed out or annoyed by UI, and its inability to present the necessary information in an
aesthetically pleasing and efficient manner. There are no steps to design that are set in stone,
but crucial things that should be considered are: Who are you designing for? What do they do?
Why do they need to product? Research is vital. Make a list of the goals you want the UI to
accomplish and decide upon your minimal viable product (MVP), or a product that meets the
minimum requirements needed. Less is more. Start Simple. People get confused when too much
is presented. Make it crystal clear so there is absolutely no confusion for the user. It s about the
people you re building the product for. Always go back to the original purpose of the interface,
even when you think you have a perfect design. Always make sure you can t make it better to
accomplish the goals you originally had for the interface. Iterate often to get the best

Positivist Theory And Deviant Behavior
Positivist Theory rose to dominance in the 19th century constituting a more hands on, scientific
policy where positivism was perceived as the belief that basic truths will rise once scientific
methods to the study of society have been applied. In regard to criminal behaviour, which will be
further discussed through biological and psychological positivism, positivism foretells that research
has the ability to demonstrate what the main causes are for crime within individuals and what
measures can be taken to eliminate it (Lundberg, 1939). The overall development of positivistic
perspectives instituted a major break within the classical condition where crime became a matter of
individual choice (White, Haines and Asquith, 2009). The 19th century was a period of
consolidation and the rise of capitalism in the commercial mode of production in Europe, along
with this was also a time of new thinking about society and the nature of human beings. The rise of
positivism was also communicated through the implementation of natural scientific methods and
concepts in the study of society, where the acceptance of certain ideas about human experiences and
the rectification of social problems were adopted. This essay will aim to unpack the institutions and
organisations within the positivism time period whilst focusing on both key and... Show more

The theory focuses more on the individual criminal rather than the crime itself and what causes
people to become deviant (Breen and Darlaston Jones, 2010). The origins of positivist theory lie

element attempts to identify and explain criminal behaviour through biological means, whereas the
second element focuses on psychological factors associated with criminality (White, Haines and

Analysis Of The Movie Stranger By Harold Crick
Harold Crick is an IRS auditor who lives an extremely predictable lifestyle dictated by routine
and numbers. In the beginning of the film Stranger than Fiction Harold is depicted as boring,
routine, and shows signs of having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with his endless counting of
everything he sees. He lives his life to the minimum as he has no wife, social life, no real friends,
and in fact, his wristwatch seems to be his only friend as he depends on timing everything down
to the second, to save time. Harold continues to live every day just like the last, simply slaving
through the rest of the workweek, until he hears a mysterious voice, an omniscient voice,
narrating his every move day in and out. Karen Eiffel Kay is an esteemed novelist known for

her narrations she announces Harold s sudden imminent death, and he hears this with an
overwhelming fear of what this means for him. The sudden imminent death creates an issue of time

Should Double Pane Windows Be Allowed
More is always better Right? If you re talking about salary, we d immediately agree with you.
More cash in your pocket after paying the tax man is definitely a good thing. When you find
yourself pondering whether triple pane windows are a wiser financial decision than double pane
replacement windows the answer isn t always so cut and dried.
Single pane options were the only option for hundreds of years. As technology advanced and
manufacturing processes improved, double pane windows became the gold standard for most
homeowners. Some window companies are suggesting that the triple has become the new double,

Safety and security: Both triple pane replacement windows and double pane replacement windows

fewer panels; therefore not as easy to break as styles with fewer panes.
But, there are less expensive double pane solutions. For example, installing heat tempered glass,
which is four times as strong as traditional glass panels, is an option for areas of your home
where you want a stronger glazing choice. You can also design windows with patterned glass to
increase privacy and recessed locks that make access more difficult. Neither double pane nor triple

A few years ago, 13 year old Tavaris Knight was convicted by a criminal court jury in Tampa,
Florida, of kidnapping and raping a 43 year old woman. Prosecutors proved that Knight, who
was 12 at the time of the offense, had used a silver toy gun to force the woman away from her
four young children at a playground and into the surrounding woods. Knight raped the woman
twice and beat her with the gun, which he left behind.2 Knight s case had been transferred to
adult criminal court because of the serious nature of his crimes. In closing arguments, prosecutor
Michael Sinacore pointed to Knight, saying, That young man is not a child. He stopped being a

Strange Fruit Ap Essay
Although Strange Fruit and The Summer I was Sixteen have extremely different tones and depict
images that seem nothing alike, they both have an underlying theme of discrimination and
inequality. Throughout history we have seen the bizarre way humans treat other other humans.
Acts from a group of humans towards another can range from violent to more mild, yet still
harmful acts. Usually these acts are based on differences in outward appearance, from the color of
a person s skin to the gender of a person. These two poems portray the idea that racismand sexism
can be both blatant and subtle.
In the first couple lines of Strange Fruit by Abel Meeropol the tone of the poem is immediately set.

One signigicant simularity between sesism and rasicosm is the role that they play in classism, a
system our country has has throughout history. Classism is the systematic assignment of
characteristics of worth and ability based on social class. It includes individual attitudes and
behaviors systems of policies and practices that are set up to benefit the upper classes at the
expense of the lower classes. This results in drastic wealth inequality; the rationale that supports
these systems and this unequal valuing; and the culture that perpetuates them. It is prejudice,
discrimination, mistreatment, neglect of or lack of respect for any human and their rational
needs based on people s socioeconomic class. Classism is held in place by a system of beliefs
and cultural attitudes that ranks people according to economic status, family lineage, job status,
level of education, and other divisions. Higher class people are seen as smarter as and more
articulate than poor people. In this way, dominant group members define for everyone else what is
normal or acceptable in the class hierarchy. Both women and African Americans are seen as
weaker, less intelligent, and therefore are pout in a lower class

The Adventrue of Hucleberry Fin by Mark Twain
The classic novel Huckleberry Fin, by Mark Twain, has been debated of being appropriate or not
due to the racist content within. Many disagree with Mark Twain s use of derogatory terms and
phrases such as the word Nigger in his book. IT seems unlikely that anyone, of any color, who had
actually read Huckleberry Fin...could accuse of it being racist (Kaplan 20). Huckleberry Fin uses
necessary racismin order to show the culture and attributes of the time period as well as to portray
Twains message of promoting equality and that they are not morally better if they are one raceover
another. What is now seen as racism was simply the culture and attributes during the time setting
of the novel (Toltzman 1). Huck Fin was written when cruel and unjust treatments of blacks were
common and use of derogatory words didn t get much attention. Huck Finn is during a time
when blacks were not treated or thought as people but as objects without personalities or
emotions. For instance, Jim is initially only knows to whose property he is. He was considered
Miss Watson property that was about to be sold, which resulted in him running away. The racist
attitudes of the South are were most obvious in the character of Huck Finn himself, and how he
relates to the runaway slave, Jim. He plays tricks on Jim and uses dialogue that makes him appear
foolish or perhaps to make Jim painfully aware of his own belittlement. During their entire journey
Huck and Jim become closer. They achieved a state

Dorian Gray
The Picture of Dorian Gray If it were I who was to be young, and the picture that was to grow old!
For that for that I would give everything! Yes, there is nothing in the whole world I would not give!
I would give my soul for that! (p. 32, The Picture of Dorian Gray) After countless hours of
meticulously replicating the handsome man on the pedestal with delicate brushstrokes, Basil
Hallward completes yet another exceptional portrait. Dorian Gray s first glance at the masterpiece
leaves him vacant and speechless. The disheartened painter interprets this silence to be

His desires are slowly starting to make themselves known and we are able to watch how they
transform him into a monster. His premature realization that his beauty and youth will vanish is the
flashpoint that sparks his worry about what he should do in order to preserve it. The impending
doom of his mortality alters his character and his desperation is accompanied with anxiety. Dorian s
impulsive nature causes him to make a wish that is lacking in thought and realization of the
consequences that may result from it. The thought of eternal youth drives the young man mad and
the fact that he is unable to have it frustrates him to the extent that he is willing to give everything
he has, including his soul. This wish combined with the lengths he is willing to go to make it come
true foreshadow the deadly consequences that may result because of it. This quote speaks to me
because it gives insight into the heart of Dorian Gray and it reveals his true intentions. It unearths
the fact that Dorian Gray is more than an intelligent man with exceptional looks, but a narcissistic
and egoistic character with the desire for eternal youth who will take drastic measures to attain

Four Yoga Styles
You might be surprised to learn that there isn t one style of yoga practice so you ll need to learn
some more about the different styles in order to decide which one is right for you. In this article
we ll take a closer look at four practice styles: hatha yoga, vinyasa, ashtanga and power yogato help
you on the way to your decision.
1. Hatha yoga
Hatha yoga is often used interchangeably with the word yoga and classes are usually slow paced
involving stretching, some simple breathing exercises and some seated meditations. If you are a
beginner then this is a good place to start so that you can spend time learning the basic techniques.
If you are looking for a calming and relaxing experience then hatha yoga is probably right for you.

The speed of the movements is very much dictated by the teacher, so if you find that a class is
too fast for you look for a different teacher. In order to appreciate vinyasa you need to have a
teacher that you are comfortable with as their style will shape the class, keep looking until you find
someone you connect with.
3. Ashtanga
Ashtanga is a series of poses which realign the spine, detoxify the body and build strength, stamina
and flexibility. There are 75 poses in all and they can take anywhere between an hour and a half to
two hours to complete. You start with sun salutations and then move to standing poses, seated
poses, inversions and backbends before finishing with relaxation.
You can learn ashtanga at a teacher led class, and then when you are happy with the order of the
poses you can either practice on your own or in a mysore class where you practice at your own
pace but have a teacher for guidance.
Ashtanga is a very athletic form of practice and is very popular. If you like a sense of order then

Community Oriented Policing
Community Oriented Policing
In spite of the fact that the United States still exceeds many other industrialized nations in overall
crime and violent crime, it has been effective in decreasing its crime rate, particularly during the
1990s. While some coalitions have attributed this positive development to changes in socio
demographic trends and rigid enforcement approaches, one coalition highlights the success of the
community oriented policing and problem oriented policing in eradicating the root causes of crime
(Stephens, 2003). While I don t believe that community oriented policing in the sole cause of
decreased crime rates I do believe that it has its positive and negative sides.
Community oriented policing is based on the complete ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The problem with this model is that it is difficult for police departments to dedicate officer to
public relations while there are serious crimes that need to be prevented. The idea of the public
reporting crimes to the police in a community meeting is acceptable but in many cases especially
with the current economic crisis that we are facing, it is impossible for police departments to have
officers strictly assigned to community police. As discussed earlier without full cooperation from
both sides the practice of community police is ineffective.
The community policing plan created by the City of Aberdeen in Maryland provides a good
example of how the partnership between the police and members of the community can be effective
for dealing with crimes. In order to promote the police and community s adoption of these new
roles, the Mid Atlantic Regional Community Policing Institute (MARCPI), along with the Johns
Hopkins University, will offer training to the police and the community. Both the police and the
community have to learn how to change their thinking processes in order to deal with the problems
in a proactive way, instead of the conventional reactive fashion. Through the training sessions, the
members of the community, the police officers and city department heads will acquire the skills
and knowledge for addressing problems. The involvement of the city department heads and other

Security Enforcement And Violence Within Schools
Introduction
Throughout the 1990s crime and violence within schools had significantly increased. The
increasing presence of school shootings became a great cause for concern for parents, students, and
school staff. To respond to this significantly increasing problem within schools, local police
departments partnered with schools to implement school resource officers onto campuses to
promote safety within schools. The research question How does the presence of security
enforcement in schools affect students involvement in crime and violence within schools will
determine the overall effect school resource officers have within schools. It will determine how
their presence and increase security measures within schools truly impact students.
Thesis Statement
To determine how the presence of security enforcement in schools affects student s involvement in
crime and violence, this paper will examine the roles of various security enforcement, the size,
location, and demographics of schools with and without security enforcement, the communication
and relationships between schools and security enforcement, and the implementation of additional
security.
History of Security Enforcement Officers In the 1990 s the number of school shootings and the
overall increase of crime and violence taking place within schools was cause for action to ensure
the safety of students. There was an overwhelming majority of staff and students who did not feel
safe at school (Mckenna Pollock, 2014).

How People Give Up Rights When Using an Airline
Many people modern day use airlines as a form of transportation. To be able to use this service
passengers must have their bags and personal belongings checked by the airline. Airlines do this
for the safety of their passengers and to ensure that no catastrophe happens during flight. But
when this is done are passengers giving up their rights? Is it right for someone to go through your
personal belongings? Or is this procedure only for security reasons? What rights do airplane
passengers give up by allowing themselves to be checked before boarding?
When Someone travels with an airline they must have their baggage checked before boarding the

3. The owner of the firearm must be at the screening or the item and provide the combination or

fiber or packaging specifically designed to hold ammunition. And 5. The ammunition must be in
the same container as the unloaded firearm. As long as when traveling with a firearm you follow
all of these procedures you can legally bring a gun with you while traveling with an airline. Once
again these rules might restrict your rights as an American citizen but they do NOT take away
your rights as an American citizen. And there is also rules with sharp objects such as knives.
The only rule that there is on these items is,1. It can not be in carry on luggage and it must be
securely wrapped to prevent injury. So once again it is one hundred percent legal to bring a
weapon with you while flying with an airline service. Also if someone fells that having their
baggage checked is taking away their rights that is also not true. The FAA (a government run
organization) enforces these rules and regulations for the airline passengers safety and for no other
reason except for the passenger s safety. Also by having these rules enforced by the government
they can not possibly eliminate your rights as an American citizen (although they might restrict
them temporarily). And concerning the rule for having baggage checked, it is up to the airlines to

The Ultimate Change In The Ultimate Change
Ultimate Change
O. Henry s short story, A Retrieved Reformation, shows a man s journey through rehabilitation.
In the story, Jimmy Valentine is in jail for robbery. He is then allowed to leave in hope he has
finally learned from his past mistakes, and will stop robbing people to get what he desires.
When Jimmy leaves, he robs many more banks, but does not get caught. Jimmy then goes to a
small town so the cops will not be able to find him, and the town has a train station for him to
make a quick getaway. When Jimmy first arrives to the town, he sees a woman named Annabel
Adams and everything changes. He knows she will not like him if he keeps acting like his old
self. Therefore, he decides he will finally change for the better. He changes his name to Ralph
Spencer and starts acting different. This short story demonstrates change and how you affect
people every day whether you realize it or not. At the beginning of the coming of age story,
when Jimmy gets let out of jail, we see how Jimmy has not changed and he had went back to his
old ways. To show this, the author explains multiple robberies that happened within weeks of
each other. Then, Ben Price, the detective trying to find who has been robbing the banks, realized
it was Jimmy Valentine who was back to his old ways. To show this, the author wrote, Ben Price
knew Jimmy s habits. He had learned them while working on the Springfield case. Long jumps,

Emerson And Transcendentalist Beliefs
I found it interesting how Emerson weaves his theology and philosophy into his writing. From the
very beginning of the passage, Emerson establishes his transcendentalist beliefs, reconciling the
idea that the wide universe is full of good with the idea that one must work to obtain sustenance
by the idea a tenant s land is given to him to till . This reconciliation being that in his worldview
evil cannot exist, so to explain the seeming logical inconsistency of people having to toil for food,
he sets up the idea the universe provides everyone with the opportunity to achieve, but one must be
willing to utilize it. The idea of transcending coming about through labor can be seen in the way
transcendentalists tried to establish a utopian society and to perfect mankind. The natural world,

Emerson also makes multiple parallels to various religions, seemingly connecting to Greek
mythology with the phase trust thyself , comparable to the phrase know thyself which is
associated with the Apollo temple at Delphi. If Emerson is making a reference to Greek
philosophy to establish his beliefs, then the iron string which every heart vibrates to may be
related to the lyre, a symbol of Apollo that is comparable to a harp. Another symbol that can be
connected to Apollo is the laurel wreath, a symbol of victory, comparable to immortal palms , in
Emerson s essay being a symbol of eternal triumph. As Apollo himself is often used as a symbol for
the ambitions of mankind, Emerson would be in this scenario using these allusions to Greek
mythology to emphasize the ability of man to transcend through the utilization of what nature has

A Paradigm For Multiple Input Multiple Output ( Mimo )...
Abstract A paradigm for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) channel modeling demands
diversity technique to compensate the effects of fading and shadowing. In this paper, error
performance of MIMO system is analyzed with orthogonal space time block code (OSTBC) and
maximal ratio combining (MRC) techniques over Weibull gamma (WG) fading channel. WG
distribution forms a composite channel model which is used to determine the effects of multipath
as well as shadowing. Closed form expressions for symbol error rate (SER) are computed for
MIMO systems using OSTBC and MRC in this scenario. Consequently, the effects of fading
severity by varying shape parameters are also shown by simulation and analytical results.
Keywords Multiple input multiple output (MIMO), orthogonal space time block code (OSTBC),
maximal ratio combining (MRC), Weibull gamma (WG) fading, symbol error rate (SER).
Introduction In the present wireless systems, the demand of proliferation of bandwidth for high
data rate and reliable communication requirement is increasing. Multiple input multiple output
(MIMO) systems are investigated to achieve these requirements. Also, diversity techniques are
recommended to increase the reliability of system. Orthogonal space time block codes (OSTBCs)
are employed in MIMO systems to achieve the full transmit diversity while allowing a simple
maximum likelihood decoding algorithm. This algorithm is based on linear processing of received

looking for guidance. Multicultural planning sessions have also bee a success. I have to say that
one of the most effective and easiest to put into place and keep up with in our already crazy

competitive advantages, valuation, dividend payouts and sustainability, and earnings consistency.
Financial statements of Johnson Johnson prove that their overall financial condition is good and is
worthy of investing. For example, Johnson Johnson has a market value of $211 billion and has
over $67 billion in sales over the last 12 months. As of Dec. 31, 2012, Johnson Johnson had

Street Children
INTRODUCTION
One of the miseries brought by the modern civilization is the situation of the street children. In
the old times, and still now in some areas, children worked with their parents and reamed a lot of
things from them; later, children looked after aged parents, and therefore much value was put on
children, and there was strong bond of affection between parents and child. However, now it has
changed. Parents go to work, and children do not go to work with them. Children only cost much
money for food and education. Parents of a poor family are suffering from much financial stress.
As the stress becomes bigger, their love for their children decreases. Then, a home, which should

Analysis Of Dramaturgical Approach By Goffman
Now, Goffmans in his book The presentation of self in everyday life mentioned and described

essentially said that the world is a stage to lay the foundation of Goffman s assertions about how
we act and interact in social settings. Goffman says that the human are active and knowledgeable

to us or may be even the parents. This people might have the grasp on which we are. But in the
end, they are not privy on how we truly behave in the backstage region. Consequently, the
concept of front stage and back stage Goffman came up with is very interesting to understand in
our daily life. To sum up, front stage is not an improvisation rather a carefully crafted
representation of who we are and what we want others to think about who we are. It is the
manipulation of the audience by the actor. On the other hand, the back stage is where we practice
all of those techniques which we are going to manipulate other people. We practice here the
techniques of impression management. The actor is relaxed here (we) and the front mask are
dropped and we get to be our authentic self. Every single person on the society is going through this

Stereotypes In American Sniper
The film I choose to watch for this film was, American Sniper. During this film I focused on 2
male characters, Chris Kyle and Marcus Lutrell and one female character, Taya Kyle. I believe
that the 2 male characters I choose and the female character I choose all fir the the stereotypes
for their gender. Chris Kyle was a Navy SEAL. Chris married his wife Taya and had 2 kids, one
girl and one boy. Chris was stationed in Iraq for many years, while there he became one of the
deadliest snipers in history. Throughout this time Chris struggled a lot with the trauma from
combat and getting back to his normal life. Chris found his way back eventually and began
helping other Veteran. One day Chris was going to help one veteran when he was killed by... Show

Taya was a beautiful caring person who met Chris when he was training to become a SEAL.
Taya fell in love with him and later married him. Chris left Taya when he went to combat. Taya
later became a mother to two, one daughter and one son. As Chris would get deployed for long
lengths of time Taya was expected but also willing to hold up their house and raise there children.
A few of the many stereotypes that fit the social stereotypes associated with females that Taya
posses are: beautiful, caring, mother, wife, proud, hard working, understanding, and thankful. She
loved her kids with all of her heart. Taya was so proud of what Chris has accomplished, but was
most proud when he made it home and was the person that she had once fell in love with was

Explain How Have Political Communication Changed...
1.How have political communications changed throughout history? Radio, and Television was a
big game changer in the politic world. politicians could now speak to many people at once, and
send their message trying to get you to support them and their mission. When television started
putting the debates on live T.V politicians had to worry about how they presented themselves on
television as opposed to just being face to face because of the impression that could make. Also
still having to plan a good speech and say the right things, but now they had to worry about whether
they looked good on television, too. 2.What are the issues that are debated today? A few of the
major issues that is giving an argument and stating something that moves us

John Coltrane
Intro to Music Masterworks
Final Paper
Jazz music was originally developed by African Americans during the start of the twentieth century.
Throughout the semester we have studied the timeline of musical periods including the Romantic
and Classical eras of music. Becoming internationally popular in the 1920 s, jazz music has been
typically described as America s Classical Music. The musical periods we have discussed in this
course have influenced and show a strong relation to jazz music and also jazz musicians. Among
these musicians, is John Coltrane, considered one of the greatest jazz saxophonists and composers
of all time. He was also one of the most important and influential musicians of the twentieth century.

This performance was perhaps the most memorable of his career. During this stage of his career
he released an individual album Blue Train recorded by Alfred Lion and Blue Note productions,
which was considered the powerhouse of this era in jazz. Blue Train was one of the most
important and best selling albums that Blue Note has ever released. In the late 50 s through the
early 60 s, Coltrane was welcomed back by Miles Davis and company since at this point he was
drug free. Jazz critic Ira Gitler invented the term sheets of sound expressing the one of a kind
style of Coltrane s music during this era with Davis. During this time they wrote sessions like
Milestones and Kind Of Blue and also recorded the hit single, So What which was recorded in
1959 with Coltrane soloing. Miles Davis and John Coltrane put together amazing jazz that we
appreciate today, but the audience at that present time were very critical. For instance, their last
show which was held in France resulted in them being booed off the stage. Soon after the duo went
their separate ways, John began playing soprano saxophone, an unusual transition that was
questioned by many people at the time. Rumor has it that he made the switch because the
mouthpiece of the tenor saxophone was causing severe

  • 2. Classic Greek Philosophy The downfall of Greece s Mycenaean period was thought to have begun from internal civil turmoils that led to an unstable government. The weakened government left the country vulnerable to foreign mariners who took advantage, invaded, and destroyed much of the country. 2. Describe Classic Greek Philosophy. Classic Greek Philosophy is largely based on the ideologies of Socrates and those who supported and added on to his ideas, such as Plato and Aristotle. Rather than believing that the world was created by one or many gods, Socrates and other Greeks relied on observable evidence, scientific reasoning, and realistic thoughts to explain the natural processes of the world. 3. What was the social organization of the Hellenistic Kingdoms? During the Hellenistic period, Greek culture was widespread across the Mediterranean. After the death of Alexander the Great, the Hellenistic empire broke up into kingdoms and were ruled by kings. The Hellenistic kingdoms retained much of the Greek s philosophy, science, literature, and art. The kingdoms administered cosmopolitan societies, interacted frequently with people from Greece to India, and integrated the economies and societies of far away regions by facilitating trade. 1. Identify and Explain the differences between Classical Greek Philosophy and Hellenistic Philosophy? (1/3) Hellenistic philosophers believed that a single god ruled the entire universe, whereas Greek philosophers believed that gods did not attribute to the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. The Reality of Corrupt Power Hungry Men in the Film Chinatown Roman Polanski s Hollywood film Chinatown, directed in 1974, tells the story of Jake Gittes, a private investigator. The film focuses in on the dark reality of corruption behind power hungry men, making this a true neo noir film. Chinatown reveals a depth narrative allowing the viewer to follow Gittes and uncover the secrets around the water dispute in California. I chose to bring focus to the significance of the male gazeand how this form of power can change and affect our views. The prominent female character in the film, Evelyn Mulwray, is a wealthy white woman. With her character comes active male attention and desire. Laura Mulveys Theory of The Gaze supports this argument by studying the power and influence of a patriarchal... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Like anything we can take this too far where the gaze becomes an obsession, particularly towards the female turning it into a sexual gaze. Therefore the male is the viewer and holds the power, he is what Mulvey states as being the active male while the female is then passive (1975). If the female becomes a passive character is she then needed for the development of the story? I do not think so, if we give her this position in the film she is not a valuable part of the narrative. The other way to view this gaze would be with cruelty towards the female character. The man is still in a position of control but in a victorious way. This may mean he treats her poorly. In the first scene I had mentioned earlier Evelyn is just meeting Jake for the first time. He is in his office with his male associates, which I may point out are all white men. Jake is telling a dirty joke about a man screwing his wife like the Chinese. When Jake turns to see Evelyn standing behind him all along both him and his co workers stop with all seriousness in her presence. They have changed their demeanour completely because there is a woman in the room. This seemed to put a freeze in time as what was just happening in the office came to an abrupt stop as she enters the room. Mulvey (1975) states in her essay, her visual presence tends to work against the development of a story line (p. 19). This means the men are holding the story line together with the added image ... Return On Investments ( Roi ) Return on Investments (ROI) is an excellent tool that business professionals use to measure the benefit an organization receives by administrating the training program. The formula for ROI is the ratio of the results divided by the training costs. An example of ROI is the dollar value of productivity divided by training costs. A company benefits from administrating a training program if the ratio of results to costs is high. There are apparently many formulas out there that organizations are using for ROI, but the formula recommended to use for training return on investment would be Training ROI = (Total returns Training cost) / Training cost (Schmidt). Management in many organizations requires proof that training is financially justified and a good return on investment. If not, then the cost of training may possibly be reduced. It is all about the money that an organization can or cannot afford to use for the purpose of training. There are some critics who feel that ROI is not a necessity, whereas there are some critics who feel that ROI is an important necessity for an organization now more than ever. The training program is more expensive than its returns to the organization if the ROI ratio is less than one. Unfortunately, such a training program has to be either changed or cancelled. Therefore, the ROI ratio has to be more than one in order for the training program to be of some value to the organization. Training expenditures, training costs, and ... Original Recordings Of British American Marchen Essay One of the earliest recordings of British American MГ¤rchen in the Archive of Folk Culture includes Sam Harmon s rendition of Stiff Dick , a Jack tale parallel to the Brave Little Tailor included in the Grimm Brother s Household Tales. These stories begin with Jack traveling the country usually looking for work. He encounters a group of insects, sometimes butterflies, most often house flies, and kills multiple with a stick or wooden paddle in one swing. The most common number killed is seven, whereby Jack proceeds to have a belt or belt buckle made to announce his accomplishment. In the Jack, Stiff Dick versions, the lettering reads, Stiff Dick, killed seven with one lick! In less suggestive versions, the message reads, Strong man Jack, killed seven at a whack! After the belt or belt buckle is made, Jack encounters the authority figure of the region who misunderstands the meaning of the message. The king, wealthy land owner, or lord of the region offers Jack a task based on his perception that Jack is a fierce fighter. The first task is to remove a wild boar that has been terrorizing the area, killing livestock and injuring people. Jack is offered a significant amount of money for the removal of the threat because all other men of the expanse are frightened. Jack is fearful of the boar himself, and decides to pretend to accept the offer but planning to slip out of the territory instead. I agree with the committee to honoring Bob Dylan with the Nobel Prize in literature for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition. Bob Dylan was born as Robert Allen Zimmerman on May 24, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota. While growing up, Bob was influenced by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Little Richard. He was also in a few bands while growing up. While he was in college he began performing folk and country music at local cafes under the name Bob Dillon. In 1960, he dropped out of college and moved to New York. In New York, Bob met his idol Woody Guthrie and visited him regularly and became great friends with him. The Pay It Forward idea demonstrates the Habermasian ethic in a plethora of ways. The Habermasian ethic refers the relationship between the ethical interaction between people promotes autonomy and social responsibility. The goal of a user interface is to maximize a user s ability to access all necessary components of the intended application or website with less effort exerted by the user; as a developer you want to create something beautiful that somebody with any previous experience of interfaces would be capable of using. Using an interface should be an enjoyable experience, the user shouldn t be stressed out or annoyed by UI, and its inability to present the necessary information in an aesthetically pleasing and efficient manner. Community Oriented Policing Community Oriented Policing In spite of the fact that the United States still exceeds many other industrialized nations in overall crime and violent crime, it has been effective in decreasing its crime rate, particularly during the 1990s. While some coalitions have attributed this positive development to changes in socio demographic trends and rigid enforcement approaches, one coalition highlights the success of the community oriented policing and problem oriented policing in eradicating the root causes of crime (Stephens, 2003). The problem with this model is that it is difficult for police departments to dedicate officer to public relations while there are serious crimes that need to be prevented. The idea of the public reporting crimes to the police in a community meeting is acceptable but in many cases especially with the current economic crisis that we are facing, it is impossible for police departments to have officers strictly assigned to community police. As discussed earlier without full cooperation from both sides the practice of community police is ineffective. The community policing plan created by the City of Aberdeen in Maryland provides a good example of how the partnership between the police and members of the community can be effective for dealing with crimes. In order to promote the police and community s adoption of these new roles, the Mid Atlantic Regional Community Policing Institute (MARCPI), along with the Johns Hopkins University, will offer training to the police and the community. Both the police and the community have to learn how to change their thinking processes in order to deal with the problems in a proactive way, instead of the conventional reactive fashion. Through the training sessions, the members of the community, the police officers and city department heads will acquire the skills and knowledge for addressing problems. • 29. Security Enforcement And Violence Within Schools Introduction Throughout the 1990s crime and violence within schools had significantly increased. The increasing presence of school shootings became a great cause for concern for parents, students, and school staff. To respond to this significantly increasing problem within schools, local police departments partnered with schools to implement school resource officers onto campuses to promote safety within schools. The research question How does the presence of security enforcement in schools affect students involvement in crime and violence within schools will determine the overall effect school resource officers have within schools. It will determine how their presence and increase security measures within schools truly impact students. Thesis Statement To determine how the presence of security enforcement in schools affects student s involvement in crime and violence, this paper will examine the roles of various security enforcement, the size, location, and demographics of schools with and without security enforcement, the communication and relationships between schools and security enforcement, and the implementation of additional security. History of Security Enforcement Officers In the 1990 s the number of school shootings and the overall increase of crime and violence taking place within schools was cause for action to ensure the safety of students. First Destination Transportation ( Fdt ) First Destination Transportation (FDT), the movement of material from suppliers to the first military depot or direct to military customer, is about to change from FOB destination to FOB origin. Slated to begin with solicitations and awards in late October 2013, FDT requires the removal of transportation related cost from contractor bids. Contractors need only be concerned with quoting the associated costs of manufacturing their products. Products affected by the October roll out will be those labeled as Class IX consumables and some Class IV and VII materials to CONUS destinations. Supply Chains included in the FDT initiative are: Aviation, Land and Maritime, Construction and Equipment, and Industrial Hardware. Then you also have Second Destination Transportation (SDT). This is where the cost comes into play to ship Army Post Office mail, transportation of organizational equipment, permanent change of station, temporary duty cost, depot maintenance, and any cost that is not funded through FDT. When Jimmy leaves, he robs many more banks, but does not get caught. Jimmy then goes to a small town so the cops will not be able to find him, and the town has a train station for him to make a quick getaway. When Jimmy first arrives to the town, he sees a woman named Annabel Adams and everything changes. He knows she will not like him if he keeps acting like his old self. This reconciliation being that in his worldview evil cannot exist, so to explain the seeming logical inconsistency of people having to toil for food, he sets up the idea the universe provides everyone with the opportunity to achieve, but one must be willing to utilize it. • 35. A Paradigm For Multiple Input Multiple Output ( Mimo )... Abstract A paradigm for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) channel modeling demands diversity technique to compensate the effects of fading and shadowing. In this paper, error performance of MIMO system is analyzed with orthogonal space time block code (OSTBC) and maximal ratio combining (MRC) techniques over Weibull gamma (WG) fading channel. WG distribution forms a composite channel model which is used to determine the effects of multipath as well as shadowing. Closed form expressions for symbol error rate (SER) are computed for MIMO systems using OSTBC and MRC in this scenario. Consequently, the effects of fading severity by varying shape parameters are also shown by simulation and analytical results. Keywords Multiple input multiple output (MIMO), orthogonal space time block code (OSTBC), maximal ratio combining (MRC), Weibull gamma (WG) fading, symbol error rate (SER). Introduction In the present wireless systems, the demand of proliferation of bandwidth for high data rate and reliable communication requirement is increasing. Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems are investigated to achieve these requirements. Also, diversity techniques are recommended to increase the reliability of system. Orthogonal space time block codes (OSTBCs) are employed in MIMO systems to achieve the full transmit diversity while allowing a simple maximum likelihood decoding algorithm. It is the manipulation of the audience by the actor. On the other hand, the back stage is where we practice all of those techniques which we are going to manipulate other people.
