Hollywood s obsession with Hollywood
Hollywood has had an obsession with well, Hollywood from the black and white golden era until
now. While a smart business move, you run into problems where your movies may be seen as
something by Hollywood for Hollywood that celebrates their industry. An industry historically built
on underrepresentation and both thematic and screen white washing .
Each of these movies either invert or corrupt the image of Hollywood and the Industry creating a
unique audiovisual experience, in an environment familiar to those who work in the industry, and

6.What is the nature of their relationship? Use examples from the text to justify your response.
The two characters, the short story Hills like White Elephants by Ernest Hemingway is centred
around can be perceived to be close to one another, in some form. This can be inferred from the
passage It s really an awfully simple operation, Jig, the man said. It s not really an operation at
all. where the two talk of the operation used to induce a miscarriage, a topic that tends to only be
breached between trusted individuals; although this excerpt does not determine the nature of their
relationship. However, in tandem with And if I do it you ll be happy and things will be like they

Jig also displays a subtle defiance to the man, which proves that there may be more problems than
the story depicts. For example I ve never seen one, the man drank his beer. No, you wouldn t have.
My sympathy with Jig is strongly cemented by the sentence I feel fine, she said. There s nothing
wrong with me. I feel fine. where Jig closes the story with a more sarcastic response to being well,

Children have been used in armed conflicts since time immemorial. Today the world sees this
issue as immoral and reprehensible. However, the use of children in armed conflicts continues.
Statistics produced by various organizations including the United Nations human rights, Human
Rights Watch and Peace Direct suggests that anywhere from 200,000 to 300,000 children under
the age of 18 are serving as child soldiers in 50 different conflicts across 33 different countries.

In today s society, we realize the importance of education and how it will benefit all to have an
adequate education that will give the best opportunities. However, individual states have
jurisdictions over the curriculum and funding over the public education. This means that California
students may have a higher academic standing than Utah. The 14th Amendment and other various
versions have brought upon the issue of equal, free and adequate educationYet, it has been denied
several times because it is not federal jurisdiction and they has no power in this issue. The main

8. Freedom Of Speech And The Right Of Bear Arms
After 9/11, Netanyahu argued against regarding basic liberties such free speech and the right to
bear arms as absolutes. In modern western society, we have rights, such as freedom of speech, and
in some countries, the right to bear arms. In response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Netanyahu
argues that these rights are not universal to everybody. We need to set limits as to how far these
rights can take us and suspend these rights for some people, because not everybody deserves to be
granted these rights. At times when we are under threat from terrorism, we need to reduce freedom
of speech and the second amendment in order to protect ourselves. There are also people who do
not deserve these rights at all, because they will use them in order to further the terrorists agenda.
Freedom of speech will encourage people to convince others that terrorist acts are acceptable, and
will further convince people to join terrorist organizations and participate in terrorist acts.
Furthermore, Netanyahu believes that terrorism is something that should not be taken lightly. We
must do everything in our power to prevent and fight terrorism, and reducing the levels of rights
that we have is one of the measures that we have to take. It is not only what we should do in the
country that we live in. Netanyahu believes that we should take a hardline approach to terrorism. It
is important for us to go into other countries and fight terrorists through whatever methods are
necessary,

Consent, in its various forms and states in certain contexts, forms a crucial part of legality and

distinctions. The issue of intervention can to some degree be seen as problematic in its
fundamental aim to represent and advocate for a particular victim , in spite of the circumstances of

The Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s and 1970s paved a way towards a more racially
harmonious America. Two famous men during this movement for the black community were
Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X. Two very different men with two very different
ideologies and two very different strategies towards equality. One was credited as the Father of the
Civil Rights Movement while another one was a hostile extremist who encouraged violence only
for self defense. Both men made an impact on civil rights for the black community, but people were
more gravitated towards King than they were to Malcolm X. On August 28th, 1963; one of

and Malcolm X giving two completely different speeches, both had similar strengths in these
speeches. Both men were powerful speakers who provoked powerful speeches. They were sure
to clarify what they meant and where they stood, and both knew just what to say to their
audience. These two men were very popular in their time and had many followers, but the people
tended to gravitate more towards King than Malcolm X. King knew how to make his speeches
memorable, not just by who wrote it but how he wrote it. King used metaphors, used repetition,
and quoted well known documents in his speeches. I have dream is a well known and
remembered phrase in his speech, but is not said until closer to the end of his speech. One
hundred years later... and Now is the time... and let freedom ring... are also phrases King repeats.
By using repetition in his speech, he made it more memorable to his audience and made the
meaning of his speech clearer. Using metaphors painted a more illustrated picture for his
audience. King described America s promise of freedom as a check marked insufficient funds,
which made his speech more illustrated and therefore, more memorable to his audience.
Malcolm X used metaphors as well, though did not use as much repetition in his speech like
King did. Malcolm X s speeches, while just as powerful, were not as memorable. His main
points were expressed, that the Honorable Elijah Muhammad was a prophet and was the only
means of escape from the doomed White America. Malcolm X does not quote the Bible word for
word but does explain the prophets and their stories. The main prophet he uses is Moses, and he
compares and contrasts Moses to Elijah Muhammad. He compares how Pharaoh did not take
Moses seriously and that now White America is doing the same to Muhammad. Even comparing
the Civil Right leaders to the magicians Pharaoh hired to throw off Moses people. They have been

Teaching Styles, Learning Styles, and Cultural Location in Relation to Academic Success The
mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great

it comes to academic success of students, how do the teaching styles affect the overall outcome of
the student success. Although teaching styles and learning styles have a massive role to play and
academic success, so does cultural location. Teaching styles will form students learning behavior
and how they see their future. Teaching styles meshed with learning style of an individual student
is the biggest predictor of students academic success in all cultural locations. There are many ideas
for what happens in the classroom although many believe that teaching styles will affect the
academic success within a classroom based upon a teacher and his or her own beliefs and
influences. We all have our own beliefs and values which may be different from another s. Because
beliefs influence teacher action, and context influences beliefs, it seems logical that national context
would influence teachers use of and beliefs about Mosston s Spectrum of Teaching Styles.

their own personal teaching style. Due to this not every single teacher has the same ways of

the attack on the town of Couffignal by an unknown gang, and more specifically, the robberies and
murders that ensue. Hammett s story is classified as hard boiled fiction, which Encyclopaedia

15. The Shah of Bratpur in Player s Piano
One literary technique that authors often employ is to use a character who is a visitor to provide
insight into a society s culture. In Kurt Vonnegut s novel Player Piano, the author employs the
Shah of Bratpuhr in such a manner. Instead of seeing a society that is better because of its reliance
on machines, the Shah instead observes that the people of Ilium have become slaves to their
machines instead. Instead of observing a society that worships a religious God and looks to him for
inspiration and guidance, the Shah sees that Proteus world instead ridiculously worships and obeys
the dictates of the giant computer brain EPICAC. Instead of admiring Paul Proteus society for

Having the distance of a visitor instead of one already immersed in the brainwashing in Ilium,
the Shah is thus able to provide insight into the ridiculousness of a society that relies on a
machine instead of humans for its knowledge and guidance. The Shah is also able to cut through
the façade presented in Ilium about the powers of the President, as a spiritual leader or
otherwise, providing insight into who or what truly holds the power in Paul Proteus world. To
underscore the significance of the Shah s insights as an outsider to Ilium, Vonnegut even has
the announcer at the ceremony say Perhaps the Shah will give us the fresh impressions of a
visitor from another part of the world, come from another way of life (120). And so the Shah
does, in ever a dramatic way, when he turns his back on the President and drops to his knees to
perform some sort of worship ritual at the foot of EPICAC, as he asks a riddle which in his
culture will identify the arrival of an all wise god (122). When he gets no response from the
machine, the Shah then likens it to Baku, or a false god. In doing so, the Shah once again
underscores how ludicrous it is for the society of Ilium to essentially worship a machine. Not only
do the people of Illium worship the machines, they also compete with the machines. Part of the

The term kinesics was coined by anthropologist Ray Birdwhistell in 1952 and refers to the
interpretation of body movements, facial expressions, and gestures. Understanding the grammar of
kinesics can be difficult because it requires careful longitudinal observations and are situationally
dependent. To add to the issues not everyone has the same body language, however, some
nonverbal behaviors are believed to originate from the limbic brain and are universal.
Much of the interpretation of kinesics seems to be in some cases speculative offering a range of
possibilities and other interpretations are obvious. For example nail biting is obviously nervous
behavior that I think all people recognize. However, Joe Navarro claims that bouncing ... Show

It records memories of behaviors and is responsible for what we call emotions. The hippocampus,
amygdala, and hypothalamus are the main components of the limbic brain. The limbic brain is
where make value judgments that influence on our behavior. It is thought that this part of the brain
reacts reflexively and is difficult to disguise or eliminate.
The neocortex first appeared in primates and is most developed in humans. These developed
hemispheres are thought to be responsible for the development of language, abstract thought, and
consciousness. The neocortex has almost limitless learning abilities. However, the reptilian, limbic,
and neocortex do not operate independently. They have many connections with one another.
Terms for these parts of the brain originated in the 1940s, and some neuroscientists have suggested
that the concept should be abandoned. However, while the limbic system remains the predominate
explanation (both in neuroscience and popular culture) of how the brain makes emotion, it is a
flawed and inadequate theory of the emotional brain (LeDoux 2003). The limbic system theory has
trouble explaining why damage to limbic areas like the hippocampus can result in deficits with
cognition and memory. When the limbic system is activated in a purely cognitive task it is
assumed that there must have been some emotional component to the task. Many researchers seem
to think this explanation is based in tradition rather than facts.

Animal cruelty is a crime that is more often than not dismissed and rarely brought to justice. You

a woman named Kristen Lindsey participated in a despicable act of animal cruelty when she took

controversy over the issues of hunting and the safety of our pets. On April 17th, 2015, Lindsey,

As Germany and Japan recovered from their devastating defeats in the Second World War, they

The newly gained economic and military strength in their respective regions is substantial enough
to sway the North s thought process, when constructing an effective foreign policy strategy. As
China s influence grows, the United States is fraught to come up with an effective counter response
without debilitating economic repercussion from the Chinese government. Many analysts believe
that an alliance between Washington and Beijing is the only sensible option, however, Indonesia s
emergence as a key actor on the South China Sea issue, shows that so called middle powers , like
Mexico or Australia, that aren t permanent members of the United Nations Security Council or

Through proactive and impartial diplomacy, middle powers Indonesia, South Korea and Philippines
may be able to contain the rise of China in ways that the United States or Japan cannot.
Pursuing a middle power option on conflicts like the South China Sea and Syria would mean
allowing friendly countries to take the lead in diplomatic work, because they are less threatening to
other great powers. While this may entail some compromises, it is more likely to generate solutions
that a regional power will heed . This rising diplomatic dependency on middle powers is precisely

20. Mohammad s Creation Of A Trans Tribal State
Mohammad s creation of a trans tribal state occurred during his population of Medina. After he was
persecuted in Mecca, Mohammad sought refuge in Medina. After successfully gaining protection
from its tribes Mohammad sought to make Medina a better place. Mohammad immediately planted
crops, created employment, found water alternatives, and created a town center. After surpassing
necessities Mohammad moved on to his ultimate goal a unified, religious state. Mohammad sought
to make Medinaa monotheistic state in contrast to the rampant paganism. Those who lived in
Medina and did not agree with Mohammad s ideals were either kicked out or ended up converting.

The aim of the Constitution was to unify, this meant that non natives and immigrants would be
considered equal in the eyes of the law. The term, believer, frequently used in the document was not
exclusive to Muslims, the articles clarify that a protected believer could be from a different faith so
long as they agree to the terms of the Constitution. It is important to note that some Muslim
countries today would actually be in violation of the Constitution seeing as they do believe in a
hierarchical social and legal system. The ideal state sought to eradicate Pagan practices from the
land by bringing in other nations for a stronger monotheistic presence. Articles 29 40of the
Constitution deal with the specifications for Jewish tribes, including protection and status. At first
glance the extensive amount of articles seems unnecessary, but Khan points out that each article is
specified to show the Jews equality in the eyes of Muhammad. Each article specified a different
Jewish tribe, this showed Muhammad s acknowledgement of each unique tribe while also stating
their equality in his eyes; each tribe s article is identical therefore no tribe is considered loftier than
another. Article 28 states that all disagreements which cannot be settled between people will be
answered by Allah and Muhammad. Although other minorities agreed to live in peace with and

Gaius Julius Caesar, which was the same as his father s name. Julius Caesar was the most

areas. Those areas are politics, government, religion, and in the military. Using these amazing
powers he controlled many aspects of Roman life. In 84B.C. Caesar married Cornelia, the

Rome. He crushed an army led by Pompey. This left Caesar in charge of the military in Rome. It
also signified the end of the Roman Republic. In 44B.C he was appointed dictator for life and in
the same year was assassinated. Before his death he introduced reforms that helped strengthen
Rome and protect his own power. He distributed land and money to the poor and granted Roman
citizenship to people in provinces outside Italy. He also reduced unemployment by creating many
building projects and increased the soldiers pay. He introduced a new calendar that was more
accurate. It was based on the Hellenistic astronomy. It was called the Julian Calendar and was used
in Europe until 1582A.D. Even though the Senate and Assembly of tribes continued to exist, he still

23. How Did Operation Barbarossa Invade Russia
1941: Operation Barbarossa
Russia tried to avoid war with Germany at the start of World War II, but this changed on June 22,
1941. Operation Barbarossa joined Russia into the World War II. This was the largest German
military attack, and unfortunately for the Russians, a very well planned operation. Operation
Barbarossa s name originated from the Holy Roman emperor, Fredrick Barbarossa, who set out to
conquer the Holy Land. This name was completely appropriate since the goal of Operation
Barbarossa was to capture the capitol of Russia, Moscow. Operation Barbarossa was an attack by
the Germans to join Russia into the war with Germany.
The plan of Operation Barbarossa started in July of 1940. Hitler decided he wanted to make an
attack on Russia. He saw a threat to his oil supply in Romania who was one of Germany s allies.
Hitler signed the first order of Barbarossa on December 18, 1940. Germany was breaking a non
aggression pact with Russia on August 23, 1939 with this operation. Although, it wasn t just
Germany who was paranoid; Russia was also suspicious of Germany. Germany s bold idea of
attacking Russia wasn t just to take over Russian territory, but destroy the Red Army(Soviet army)
with large battles and enormous amounts of demolition.
After much strategy and months of preparation, Germany invaded Russia on June 22, 1941.

25. Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( Mri )
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a powerful medical imaging modality which gives high
spatial resolution images without radiation risk. MRI acquires signals from hydrogen protons of
subject. Under external static magnetic field (B0), the spins of hydrogen protons precess with a
Larmor frequency, while they align parallel to the direction of B0. The spins align antiparallel to
the direction of B0 when additional radio frequency (RF) pulse with the Larmer requency is ap
plied. After RF pulse is removed, the protons relax through the recovery of mag netization
parallel to the direction of B0 (longitudinal or T1 relaxation) and the de cay of transverse
magnetization caused by the de phasing of the spins (transverse or T2 relaxation) [4]. The tissue
specific parameters of proton density, T1 relaxa tion, and T2 relaxation gives contrast to the MR
images. Due to this principle, MRI gives great spatial resolution for soft tissues which contain
more water molecules. The major drawback of this technique is its relatively poor sensitivity, due
to the weak signal from protons [5]. T1 and T2 contrast agents which shorten relaxation times
have been developed to overcome its poor sensitivity and improve specifici ty. Gd(III) chelates are
the most widely used T1 contrast agents in clinical applica tions [6]. Although Gd(III) chelates
have good paramagnetic property and short en T1 relaxation, the toxicity of gadolinium ions and
their rapid renal clearance limit their use [7]. To reduce

It is said that women are usually the ones that suffer the most when dealing with infertility. For
some women, motherhood is a large part of their image of themselves as females. Men tend not to
be pressured the same way to become fathers. Most men are able to deal with this matter better
because they are brought up to repress their feelings. (www.babycenter.com) If it is known that the
fertility problem is his then a man s image of himself will begin to suffer. Infertile couples end up on

30. Is Liz Liable for Assault or Murder
When assessing whether Liz is liable for assault, it is necessary to give reference to her unlawful
conduct, and evaluate whether her conduct was intentional. To prove assault, three factors have to
be visible. These include: the act was one of force, there was intention and the act was unlawful.
We are assuming unlawfulness and thus we will concentrate on omission and voluntariness.
Conduct should be voluntary in order for criminal liability to follow . It is evident that Liz was
suffering from hypoglycaemia, this is classified as sane automatism, which is a defence for
voluntariness. Liz had been fasting for two days (actus reus) and the accident happened on the
night of the second (mens rea) this results in Liz not being liable for assault regarding the principle
of contemporaneity because the actus reus and mens rea didn t occur at the same time. However
antecedent liability is an opposing principle which states that the actus reus and mens rea don t
have to occur at the same time. The above two mentioned principles are examples of crystalized
categories. Thus it s necessary to prove that Liz is a reasonable person, who has participated in
fasting throughout her life and has subsequently only fainted twice, thus neither the element of
negligence, or the element of intention are evident due to the contemporaneity principle. Liz couldn
t have foreseen that she would faint and have an accident, and therefore not liable for assault. Word

32. Job Cost Of Job Costing
Introduction
Accounting to determine which items or jobs are generating the most net income can be extremely
important to financial managers in today s economy. Managers must determine which products are
making performing the best so that they can capitalize on profits. This also helps to know when it
should cut its losses. There are three very useful methods of identifying costs associated to a
particular item which are job order costing, activity based costing (ABC), process costing. Job
order costing isolates costs to a particular job. ABC compares multiple items which are
manufactured. Process costing assesses items which are massed produced and provides analysis to
the cost through the various stages from beginning to completion. This essay will explain each of
these methods and then provide examples for each of them.
Job Order Costing
Job costing is a method of calculating the amount of dollars that it will take to perform a job in
its entirety for the entity performing the work. Job costing is a valuable tool for managers of
financial information in a company because it is an efficient way of learning which jobs have
made money and which jobs have lost money. This is because the job costing method can trace or
link how much resource such as labor, material, and overhead are spent to complete the job. Steven

39. Questioning the Normal American Family in American Beauty
American Beauty, released in 1999, was a tragic comedy, created by Sam Mendes. The movie had
audiences questioning the ideal American family. You see the usual midlife crisis that most people
go through but watching further uncovers a deeper conflict of feeling oppressed with what society
considers a normal life. The movie has many connecting themes through plot, characterization, and
cinematography and these themes carry well throughout the movie. The main themes are listed
accordingly, appearance versus reality, loneliness versus feeling connected, denialand repression,
and beauty.
A theme that is consistent throughout the movie is of empty promises of materialism. From afar

innocentest, best old soul [he] ever see. But it warn t surprising; because [Silas] warn t only just
a farmer, he was a preacher, too and when his wife Sally Phelps sees Tom walking up to the
house, who she does not know is Tom, she does not hesitate to having him over and excitingly
states, why, I do believe it s a stranger... put on another plate for dinner (Twain 229). Even though
they treat Jim better than others have, they still treat him fit to their beliefs and keep him locked
up in a shed since they believe that it is right to own him as their property because the color of his
skin makes him worth less than a white person. The Phelpses are depicted as good, big hearted
people even if they embrace the South s institution of slavery. Tom Sawyeris actually harsher than
the Phelpses, and decides to help Huck free Jim. Unbeknownst to Huck and Jim, Jim s former
owner actually passed away right after he ran away so Jim has been free this whole time. There
were multiple instances when the boys could have set Jim free and all they had to do was to lift
up the bedstead and slip off the chain to get him freed, but Tom needed a lot of difficulties and
dangers to free Jim

44. What Is The Theme Of The Decameron
Set in Florence during the Black Death (late 1340 s), Giovanni Boccaccio s Decameron started
his reputation as a writer. The story revolves around ten young Florentines who escape the
plague by leaving the city for the clean country air. However, time seems to go by slowly when
nothing is happening, so to pass the time they agree to each tell one story every day. And each
day one person is chosen to decide the topic for the day s set of tales. This brings in multiple
genres of stories, ranging from romantic tales of true love to adventures and trickery. Incidentally, at
the time Boccaccio begins to write the Decameron the Black Deathstarts coming to an end in
Europe. And in fact, much like the characters of his story, many left the dirtiest of cities, in the
beginning, for clean country air in an attempt to escape the plague. These escapees left behind
them the crowded, filthy streets where disease was easily contracted for clean, spacious
countryside. However the plague infected the animals as well, meaning as they moved, it did too.
But for those who chose to stay in the cities, avoiding the disease meant avoiding people. Many
shops closed down and some priests even refused to give people their last rites.... Show more

However, the major difference in his portrayal of each gender, is that the stories seem to favor
females. During the Middle Ages, women would work at home and tend to the children. In society,
they had a lower status than men and usually had little influence over their own lives. But, in the
Decameron, the women often come out victorious through their own cunning ways or extreme
patience and flexibility due to the hardships they must deal with every day. Boccaccio s
representation of women reveals the somewhat hidden aspects of women (from his time) and how
they can often outdo

45. Essay on Defining Military Discipline and Values
Military Discipline is a state of order and obedience existing within a command. Self discipline
in the military is where soldiers do the 4 rights without being told, even in the absence of the
commander. Discipline is created within a unit by instilling a sense of confidence and
responsibility in each individual. To strengthen discipline, senior leaders need to give praise to
their subordinates, either individually or as a whole, for tasks done well. By doing this, it will
accomplish every commanders goal of having a unit that functions well and builds a bond which
binds together the team. Everything in life requires some sort of discipline. Whether it is hitting a
baseball, learning to sew , playing a musical instrument, making good... Show more content on

An example is when a soldier is talking bad about an NCO and another soldier sticks up for the
NCO not only because they can get into trouble for talking like that, but because it is the right
thing to do. It helps build a unit and unites them and builds trust. Missing PT on Wednesday was
a prime example of disloyalty. If I was punctual and made sure the alarm was set the night before,
I wouldn t have let the team down. It showed the unit that I couldn t be trusted with the smallest
of tasks, such as being on time. Had I been more disciplines, I would have been more aware of
the fact that the alarm was not set. Duty is the easiest to define. It is doing what you are
supposed to do when you are supposed to do it. Simply, it is your job. As air traffic controllers,
our first duty priority is to separate aircraft and issue safety alerts as required. If we neglected
this priority, then we would lose tons of valuable lives. It was my duty to show up to PT on
time. By deselecting this duty I let down my unit. Self discipline is the vital key to duty. If you
don t have self discipline you won t know what right is, or you will know what it is but you won
t have the discipline to do it. The 4 rights take a lot of discipline. It is our duty to accomplish the 4
rights: right time, right place, right uniform/ equipment, and right attitude. By missing PT, I failed
to accomplish all 4 or the rights as I

46. My Meme Speech
For as long as I can remember, My Meme has been one of the most intelligent and godly people I
know. She and my Pawpaw helped my single mother raise me and my two sisters. They played a
huge part in turning me into the person I am today. Whether it was something that you needed to
know or when you were feeling down, Meme was there. She was a librarian and a teacher for
decades and everyone of her former students I ve met talk about how she was their favorite. Meme
was also the first to send out birthday or get well letters to members of our church, friends, and
family. A few years ago, she started to act a little strange and ditzy. At first we just thought she was
getting goofy in her old age, but as time went on, things got worse.
At first, she stopped recognizing little things like food being spoiled or the smell of gas. One
day, I came into Meme and Pawpaw s house and the air reeked of gas. Meme had unknowingly
left the gas stove on, unlit. I turned it off and cleared the air by opening up some doors and
windows. Soon we began to recognize that Meme was showing signs of Alzheimers. Eventually
we couldn t have candles in the house and we had to take the keys to Meme s car. My Pawpaw s
sight physical condition wouldn t allow him to drive, but my Meme couldn t understand why we
wouldn t let her. Before we took them, we would find her driving aimlessly around town or circling
the high school, looking for the post office.
Then three years ago, on the morning of August 23rd, my step dad Larry came into my room
and woke me up. Pawpaw had passed away in his sleep. The world stopped spinning, but my
head went reeling as I sat in my bed, surrounded by the darkness of the room. He was the best
man I ever knew and his death broke the hearts of so many. However, the one person who would
have been affected the most by his death couldn t quite grasp the concept of it. When the funeral
home gave us the box of Pawpaw s ashes for a service, it peaked her curiosity. After she finally
made us explain to her that Pawpaw s remains were in the box, she said Where s the rest of him? I
bet they cut his legs off! . Meme eventually recognized that Pawpaw was gone and he isn t coming
back. But even in her fractured mental state,

(Waller, 2006). Through examination of the drawings and objective findings, it appears that a
visual measurement of creative growth was achieved. (Valerie Smitheman Brown Lutherville,
Robin R Church, 1996). Art therapy uses creative expression to provide individuals with a safe
outlet for expressing thoughts and emotions to successfully facilitate recovery from physiological
distress. In Israel, a model for art therapy has been developed for educational settings with
children who behave aggressively (Edna Nissimov Nahum, 2008 ). Verbal communication is
difficult for adolescents and more difficult for aggressive adolescents, it was found that art therapy
can reduce anger and improve self esteem of aggressive adolescents. (Ramin alavinezhad,
Masoumeh Mousavi , Nadereh Sohrabi, 2014). It shows that arts therapies can help to decrease
regression. (Henk Smeijsters, Gorry Cleven,

48. Specific Heat Lab Report
Have you ever wondered why a fire burns orange, or why a lighter burns blue towards the bottom of
the flame? If we take a quick step back, this is mostly due to a chemical reaction that is known as
the specific heat . This must be achieved (as well as the other two properties that every fire is
required to possess in order to burn) in order for a flameto become present. After this specific heat
is reached, a chemical reaction occurs and turns the fuel source of the fireinto a vapor. The aspects
that are required for a flame to be created are a heat source, some sort of fuel, as well as some
sort of oxidizing agent. The only way that a change in flame color can be observed is by
manipulating the fuel source. After we manipulate the source

previous work experience where I increased the number of files being closely processed per day

Colombia Pharmacy I managed to sell products that had not been sold by the pharmacy in a long
time, also at this placement I learnt how to keep customers interested in our store by suggesting
items they could buy and coming up with deals that saw items previously ignored, suddenly
bought, I also had to ensure customers left satisfied and that their needs were met. Moreover, my
