In the last year, I have moved from New Jersey to New York to Iowa. Moving away from your

the participants will be given questionnaires, one at the beginning of a 12 week commitment to
treatment for a Substance Abuse Disorder, and one after its completion. Those chosen for the
experimental group will attend Mindful Meditation sessions Monday Friday for half an hour for 12

Attitudes to inclusion play a pivotal role in the success of inclusion strategies in the classroom
(Graham Spandaguo, 2011; Morin, Rivard, Crocker, Boursier Caron, 2013). Successful inclusion
incorporates the student s ecological context including peers, family, school staff and the broader
community (Foreman Arthur Kelly, 2014). Since the 1990s attitudes towards inclusionhave become
more positive (Morin et al., 2013). Nevertheless, negativity towards inclusion continues among
stakeholders. These negative attitudes may relate to which schools students attend, how prepared
schools and teachers are and how to adapt the curriculum to their needs. The attitudes of various
stakeholders may impact on the success of inclusion in the classroom. Therefore, stakeholder
attitudes require understanding and consideration for possible intervention strategies. Through a
synthesis of current research, three recommendations will be outlined to help various stakeholder

Marketing can be defined as a managerial and social process whereby groups and individuals
obtain what they need or desire through the creation of a product, offering it and exchanging the
product of value with others. Some of the marketing concepts include needs, wants, and demand;
products; cost, value, and satisfaction; transactions and exchanges; networks and relationships;
markets; marketers and prospects. A need is a state by which basic satisfaction is deprived. A
need is usually a biological concept that is not created by the marketer. Examples of needs are
thirst, safety, shelter, food and clothing. Wants, on the other hand, can be defined as the desire
for a particular satisfaction of need that is considered to be another level of need. An example of
a want is when an individual is in need of food; he would want the food to be prepared in a
particular way and would want the food to be fish or chicken. Demand, on the other hand, is a
want of a particular product backed by the ability as well as willingness to buy the product. A
product can be defined as goods and services that bring forth the satisfaction to human needs, wants
and value. Cost satisfaction, on the other hand, is defined as the consumer estimates and the
capacity of the product to satisfy another need. For one to get the value of something then there
must be something that he is able to give up the opportunity cost. Different products cost differently
depending on the level of satisfaction perceived.

We Real Cool: Poetry Explication
We Real Cool is a poem written by Gwendolyn Brooks in 1959, and published in her book The
Bean Eaters (We Real Cool, pg 1). A simple and light poem, We Real Cool is vague enough to
allow readers to visualize their own characters and setting, but specific enough to keep a consistent
rebellious image. Brook s attitude toward the characters is undecided, as the tone is neither tragic
nor victorious, but more so just balanced and neutral.
We Real Cool is written from the perspective of the involved fictional characters. It is as if the
reader is in the presence of these characters as they introduce themselves. They speak with

The second half of this stanza is, We left school. This is an obvious statement of action, but leaves
the reader questioning whether they left a not yet dismissed school day or a school day that had
come to an end. As a third option, the reader might also assume they left school for good.
The couplets continue in the next stanza with, We lurk late. With this line we can assume the verb
lurk is meant to represent a much less gracious movement, an almost monstrous, but comical way
of walking. In the poem s consistent three word lines, the word late is included to end the
sentence. This gives the reader an idea of when the poem can possibly take place within the time
of day. Although it may not be a literal statement regarding the time of day, as it can also translate
to a rebellious activity the characters wish to point out. The second sentence within this stanza is,
We strike straight. This line can also have multiple meanings depending on the usage and
perspective of the words strike and straight. Two possible literal translations can be deal with
fighting, as strike means hit or punch, while another meaning of strike is how one lights a cigarette.
The fourth stanza begins with, We sing sin, a line that can also have multiple meanings. If taken
from a paradox angle, the gentleness and innocence of singing contradicts with the literal meaning
of sin. This method of verbal irony is what keeps the tone consistently light throughout
