When this class started, I wrote out goals that I wanted to accomplish during the class and after
the class is over. During the course, I have had some accomplishments with my fitness plan. I
also had challenges trying to accomplish my goals. The Fitbit app helped me track my activity
and helped me accomplish my daily goal. I learned a lot about fitness and what it takes to
become healthier. My attitude towards fitness changed after taking this course. I stayed
motivated in different ways. The content of the course did meet my expectations. I will continue

A liberalist has an optimistic view on the world; precisely human nature. Although instability

commitments of states to cooperate with each other. Although Transnationalism plays a great role
in keeping a stable international arena among all the states relations, integration is also key to a
stable international arena.
Integration encourages a stable international arena by developing state economies and encouraging
