Lycaonia, Pisidia, and Phrygia.10 Chapters 13 and 14 of the book of Acts indicate that Paul traveled
within the southern cities of Galatia on his first missionary journey.11 Although there is no explicit
mention of Paul visiting the northern territory, some believe that Acts 16:6 and 18:23 provide clear
indications that Paul was in the North not the South. 12 The North Many believe that the letter of
Galatians was written to those who lived in the northern territory of Galatia. Although this view was
once the predominant view, there are three problems with the northern theory: 1. Testament. 2. Very

Swan Lake Analysis
Matthew Bourne s Swan Lake was first performed at the Sadler Wells Theatre in London in 1995.
Bourne s version of Swan Lake is the longest running ballet in London s West End and on Broadway.
It has been performed in a number different countries such as United Kingdom, Europe, Australia,
South Korea, Japan, Israel and Singapore. Mathew Bourne s rendering is best known for having
traditionally female parts of the swans danced by men. Graeme Murphy version of Swan Lake is not
so much a battle between Odette (Good) and Odile (evil), which is presented through the original
Swan Lake. But it examines love and betrayal, and other elements of the original story. Through
comparing and contrasting Acts 2 and Act 4 of Graeme Murphy s rendering of Swan Lake and
Mathew Bourne s Act 2 and Act 4, this essay will interpret and evaluate how each choreographer
portrays movement and non movement components throughout their piece.
Act 2 By Royal Command, Odette is committed to a sanatorium
Throughout Act 2 by royal command, Odette is determined to a mental institution. Graeme Murphy
effective interprets Movement and non movement components throughout the duration of Act 2. He
uses movement components such as general and personal space, contracting, sustained and repetition
movements. He also interprets Port de bra, Allegro, Chaines and jete. He uses these to portray the
emotion of Odette frustration and here transition into a swan, he also uses abstract and contracting
movements such as

Persuasive Essay On Garage Door Opener
Many homeowners use power strips with surge protectors to protect their computers, televisions, and
other home electronics. Buying low cost surge protectors for expensive home technology is a wise
investment. However, there is one commonly overlooked item that s also made with vulnerable
electronics: your garage door opener. If the control board is damaged by a power surge, your garage
door opener may stop working altogether. Until you replace the control board, you will have to
manually open and close your garage door, which is an inconvenience. On the other hand, the damage
may cause your door to function erratically, which makes it unsafe. How Power Surges Occur A

Contract Law, Under The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
In contract law, under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), for businesses to complete the
commercial transactions, negotiable instruments must be used. According to the law, the negotiable
instruments are written or signed promises to pay a specified amount of money per the contract terms
at a particular time (Miller Hollowell, 2014). However, it must be determined if the instrument is, in
fact, a negotiable instrument or nonnegotiable. According to UCC, the negotiable instrument can fall
under two different categorize of which include orders to pay and promise to pay. Under the category
orders to pay are the negotiable instruments drafts and checks. A draft is an order that is written and
involves three parties (Miller Hollowell, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Unlike order to pay, the promise to pay has a maker and a bearer involved in the transaction. The
maker is the person that issues the promise to pay, and the bearer is the person that will be paid. A
promissory note is a written promise stating that one party will pay the other party the specific amount
to be paid (Miller Hollowell, 2014). A promissory note is also known as a note and is normally used in
credit transaction such as a mortgage transaction. The person that is entering into an agreement for a
mortgage will issue a promissory note stating that the balance of the house will be paid at a certain
time. These types of transactions are paid in installments over a period of time. A certificate of deposit
or CD is known as a bank note. A CD is used when a party deposits money into a bank. The bank will
issue a CD as a promise to pay the amount collected along with interest at a specified time (Miller
Hollowell, 2014). In this week s case, the parties involved are Joelle and Rio. Joelle has provided Rio
with a piece of paper that state that she promises to pay Rio the amount of $1000 on demand. The
paper promise is signed by Joelle. The type of negotiable instrument used by Joelle would fall under
the category promise to pay. The type of instrument would be considered a promissory note in which
Joelle is the maker of the promise, and

Prostate Carcinoma Essay
INTRODUCTION
Prostate cancer is the second most frequently diagnosed cancer and the sixth leading cause of cancer
death in males. Incidence rates vary more than 25 fold worldwide, with the highest rates in the
developed countries this may be due to the widespread use of prostate specific antigen testing and
subsequent prostate biopsy in these regions [1]. Overall, the complex morphology, histologic
heterogeneity, and the early signs of high malignant potential preclude a straightforward assessment of
the metastatic potential of localized prostate carcinoma and show the requirement for extra clinical
and pathologic tests for the evaluation of prostate carcinoma stage and clinical behavior[2]
Distant spread of primary malignant cells to local and distant sites was explained by several models.
Cumulative research shows a pivotal role of tumor microenvironment in the process of malignant cell
dissemination. This role occurs through angiogenesis and epithelial stromal interactions, via the
paracrine secretion of growth factors by stromal cells, which induce an epithelial mesenchymal
transition in neighboring epithelial cells. This result in the increased migration of epithelial cells [3].

hormone resistant human prostate cancer. Recent studies suggested a possible role for caveolin 1 in

Literature Of Greek Literature
Greek literature is an assortment of compositions in the Greek dialect, with a constant history reaching
out from the first thousand years B.C.E to the present day. From the earliest starting point, journalists
were Greeks living in Greece, as well as in Asia Minor, the Aegean Islands, and Magna Graecia
(Sicily and southern Italy). After the successes of Alexander the Great, Greek turned into the main
language of the eastern Mediterranean and the Byzantine Realm. Writing in Greek was created over a
substantially more extensive range as well as by those whose primary language was not Greek. Over a
period of over ten centuries, the ancient Greeks made their writing of such brightness that it has
infrequently been met and never outperformed. In poetry, tragedy, drama, and history, Greek writers
made gems that have roused, and affected readers to today.
The Greeks wrote Poetry before they made utilization of writing for literary purpose, and from the
earliest starting point their poetry was planned to be sung or presented. Writing was little known
before the 7th century. The content utilized as a part of Crete and Mycenae during the second thousand
years bc isn t known to have been utilized for other than authoritative purposes, and after the
destruction of the Mycenaean cities it had been forgotten.
Normally, an epic poem is a long, serious, poetic story about a noteworthy occasion, frequently
highlighting a legend. Prior to the advancement of composing, epic poems were

Antidepressants Cause Birth Defects
The main argument being made is that some antidepressants can cause birth defects, the article
provides us with a study to help prove this. The study looked at data on more than 38,000 women who
had given birth in 1997 2009 and compared what the mother s antidepressants are and the child s
number of birth defects (Neighmond, 2015). One concept or idea that ties into child development is
epigenetics, where the environment influences or alters gene expression (Berk, 2018), which makes
me wonder if in some cases the child being exposed to an environment of a depressed mother, it may
cause some genes to alter. This also ties into the concept of passive gene environment, where parents
who are genetically related to the child set up the environment ... Show more content on

An example could be, if the mother or father is showing signs of depression, they may neglect to take
proper care for the child. Maybe because they are depressed, they may not focus all their time into the
child, rather focusing on their depression. A woman who avoids taking antidepressants during her
pregnancy to try and ensure her baby is born without defects could still have a child with some sort of
birth defect, other things can cause birth defects, such as current or prior drug use illegal or prescribed,
or in other cases that child is just genetically predisposed to it. Birth defects can happen due to genes
malfunctioning or even when there are problems with a chromosome (Berk, 2018). So, it is impossible
to say that a pregnant mother can avoid birth defects by not taking antidepressants. This idea is further
reinforced by Jennita Reefhuis in her abstract video when she cautions us that antidepressants are not
the only thing that can cause birth defects, other possibilities such as pre existing conditions in the
mother who takes antidepressants or other unknown influences may have a large impact on birth
defects as well (Reefhuis,

The Anaconda Plan
In 1861, the United States was no longer united and its people were at war, in what is commonly
known as the American Civil War. This left President Abraham Lincoln in a tight spot on how to go
about dealing with the Southern states that had seceded, the Confederacy, who were now at war with
the Northern states, the Union. Lincoln met with his generals to devise a strategy by which the
Confederate states could be brought back into the Union. General Winfield Scott, commanding
general of the Union army, proposed one plan of battle that he had earlier proposed to Major General
George B. McClellan. His plan came to be known as the Anaconda plan. This plan, although it was
never technically adopted, ended up being extremely successful and ... Show more content on

This was to prevent them from exporting cotton, tobacco, and other cash crops and to keep them from
importing much needed war supplies. Since cotton was the South s staple product and what they relied
on for economic success, if the trade of this were to be shut down then they would run out of funds
and lose all financial power. The Confederate government was able to purchase a pound of cotton for
as low as 8¢, and sell it to Europe for as much as 54¢. This sale was often above 300% profit while
considering the costs of transport.[4] Therefore, if they were to lose this major source of income, they
would begin to crumble and lose any financial power they could possibly have over the Union. This
plan was never adopted mainly due to Winfield Scott s lack of planning. His proposal for the blockade
was not properly a strategy, despite the fact that it is often referred to by historians as one. It did not
estimate the forces that would be needed to guard the 3000 or more miles of coastline in the seceded
states.[5] Nor did it consider an allocation of resources, set out a time line, or even name points of
particular concern. Due to this lack of planning, Lincoln was extremely skeptical of the plan s possible
success. It was because his doubt of the plan s success that he chose to battle with the Confederacy in
ground campaigns, rather than waiting for a slow strangulation of the Confederacy to occur. In the

Jonbenet Ramsey Case Summary
JonBenet Ramsey was an interesting case, she was a child beauty queen that was murdered in her
house late at night in Colorado in 1996. Her father, John Ramsey, later found her body in the basement
along with a ridiculously long ransom note 8 hours after she was reported to be missing. Her autopsy
revealed that she was strangled and got hit in the head, which was estimated as her cause of death.
Back to the ransom note, it was sitting on the kitchen table in the Ramsey house and demanded a
whopping $118,000. The note was very detailed and the ransom itself demanded for $118,000, the
exact amount of money that John Ramsey received as a bonus that year, raising even more suspicions
about the Ramseys. Suspicions that the parents and brother ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

In order to fully understand and analyze a period of time, a full examination of people s everyday life
is quite necessary. Although inferior to men, the roles and status of women in eighteenth century
colonial America, contributed to the prospering society. The role of the family and extended kinship
ties in the lives of African Americans is seen as a unifying and supporting force in times of suffering.
The role and status of an eighteenth century colonial woman was clearly an overlooked responsibility.

According to the common law doctrine of coverture, she could not sue or be sued, make contracts, buy

cleaning, sewing, spinning and gardening. In addition to trading surplus foods and goods with other
women, they salted, pickled, and preserved fruits and vegetables. In the absence of ones husband, they
assumed their obligations. A woman s most important and most demanding responsibility was child
rearing. Most women could expect to bear at least six children and delivered children at fairly regular
intervals averaging every twenty to thirty months, often having the last child after the age of forty.
This is a time when women were not given equal rights to the common white man, as was true for the
African Americans who also faced many grueling hardships. Since slaves spent their whole lives in
complete bondage, they resorted and depended on their family as a source of comfort and control.
Slavery was a painful reality, which the African American men and women wished to escape. Planters
records reveal how members of extended kin groups provided support, assistance and comfort to each
other. In addition to the hard work in the fields, slaves were often beaten in front of the faces of their
relatives, which added more to the excruciating pain. They often protested the harsh treatment of those
people in their family. Families of slaves

Themes In Fahrenheit 451
Books are irreplaceable parts of society that help to form the opinions and beliefs of the people that
are within it. Without books we would lack the knowledge of those in the past, and the ability to see
the world from a different perspective. Each book contains information different from the last, but
each book is written with a purpose. Each book is written for a reason, and what we are able to obtain
from the books that we have been given reflect the person that we are. Without books we would be
lost as people, as members within the community, and as a society as a whole we would be searching
for something that we can not find. We would be hopeless and censored from the knowledge that is
given to us through books. It is hard to imagine what we would know without books, if anything at all.
The past would become the present and the future would have no meaning. Fahrenheit 451 displays a
deep and thought provoking message to those that read it by showing us what it would be like to live
in a society where we are forced to believe one thing, and are never able to form our own opinions.
Proving that happiness doesn t come from peace among the people, but rather the ability to to be able
to live our life the way that makes you happy. Fahrenheit 451 contains many valuable themes and
lessons that apply to our lives today and also remind us of some of the realities we are faced with.

The German Army During the Interwar Period Essay
Possibly one of the most asked questions in military history is how was the German Army able to
decisively defeat a numerically equivalent Allied Army in France during May and June 1940? One of
the primary reasons for Germany s success was their innovation in armored warfare, particularly at the
tactical and operational levels during the interwar period. The study of the German Army during a
period of prolonged peace and constrained resources reveals that one of the most important qualities
that a military should possess to innovate effectively is the ability to learn as an organization. A
learning organization creates knowledge internally, externally acquires knowledge, and diffuses
knowledge throughout the organization . ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Internal creation of knowledge and innovation also requires organizations to critically examine their
operations, and replace practices that do not work. General Von Seeckt produced a generation of
officers that were open to the idea of learning from their failures. Throughout the interwar period,
German officers routinely conducted after action reviews as a tool for open discussion. The ability to
identify failures served the German Army well after their first major combat operations since WWI in
Poland. The senior leadership recognized that although their doctrine and tactics were sound, the
campaign was not perfect. Their primary area of concern was that the maneuvering of unwieldy
armored formations overwhelmed inexperienced leadership, thus preventing them from taking the
initiative needed to leverage tactical advantages. During the seven months prior to the invasion of
France, the senior leadership focused on developing leadership especially at battalion level and below
and reorganizing armored formations to maximize their mobility and lethality . Learning organizations
not only look internally, but they also look at external organizations to gain knowledge as a base for
innovation . The German Army unable to possess tanks under the Versailles Treaty developed armored
tactics effectively by extensively studying British armored development and exercises during the
1920s drawing out their own lessons learned. The Germans already with a firm grasp of

Rose Of Sharon
The Grapes of Wrath was an amazing book. For myself, the book was simple to understand and relate
as many of the dilemmas that the Joad family had gone before, many people still experience today.
Similar to Rose of Sharon, numberless women have problems carrying and giving birth to their
children today. Although we don t have as many migrant workers as in the Joads time, we are still
rather nasty to each other. In this day of age, many people leave their significant other when they find
out that they are pregnant, like Connie left Rose of Sharon. Countless women have a difficult time
throughout pregnancy, a few even lose their child to a miscarriage or a stillborn, such as Rose of
Sharon did. Sadly, my great grandmother had a few miscarriages, as so have several other women.
After talking to my grandmother, I have come to the conclusion that although they didn t have the
chance to watch their child experience life, they still love their child the same. Sadly, people still treat
each other rather nastily and are quite rude to each other; even if we aren t migrant workers like the
Joads. People still call each other nasty names and do rather rude actions. They might think that they
are being civil but in reality, they are being downright rude and nasty. When I read that ... Show more

Transparent Pictures Kendall Walton Summary
In his chapter titled Transparent Pictures, Kendall Walton makes a claim, which most of us would
agree on. He states that photographs are more realistic and therefore better at representing fact than
paintings and drawings could hope to do. Walton also states that because of this realism we can see the
past through the photographs in our hands. I can agree with him on his first claim but I have to
disagree with him on his second claim. Photographs are realistic because of the details they can
capture. However, those details are only details and do not allow us to see beyond what was captured
in the image itself. If we could literally see into the physical object called a photograph, we could then
accept the maxim that photographs are by their nature more powerful in their ability to tell the truth.
This maxim though, needs careful consideration and must include a discussion on the failings that
photographs potentially contain.
For some time master artists have devoted time and effort to perfecting the elusive techniques needed
to create a realistic picture. Painters of the post Renaissance moved closer to realism by several
methods, one being perspective. To give a picture depth was difficult and required close observation.
Finding the horizon line and then relating it to the paint canvas creates a linear perspective, as does
proper sizing of objects in relation to each other. Making trees larger in the foreground and smaller in
the background gives a sense of space. Using

Molleda (2009) stated that the truly transnational corporations must account for much wider

create opportunities and challenges for these organisations while communicating with their key
publics or stakeholders (Lattimore et al. 2009). Consequently, these truly transactional entities,

Interracial Marriages In The United States
Diversity in cultures throughout the world can often create obstacles when developing relationships.
However, despite years of desegregation, social and cultural differences still exist. One of the
differences that still exist is the institution of marriage. This is especially true when it comes to the
topic of interracial marriages. Which has been described as a marriage between members of two
different races. Even though, it has not been that long ago since interracial marriage has been made
legal throughout the entire United States. It continues to be one of the biggest conflicts in society
today, considering everyone has their different viewpoints on the topic. Since these types of marriages
are considered to be an exception rather than a norm, many couples continue to encounter various
issues.
Racism has continued to be an ongoing issue in the United States. In the early years of colonization,
interracial marriages were made illegal in the United States. The biggest problem America faced with
interracial relationships arose during the slavery era. During this time period, it became extremely
common for plantation owners to sexually abuse African American women. Many were raped by
white males, which has helped lead to the ugly shadow cast on relationships between black women
and white men (Smedley). When slavery became institutionalized in the United States, several anti
miscegenation laws surfaced which implemented racial segregation on marriages and relationships.

He fought with exceptional strength. He did not give up as the monsters came from all around him.
When he was fighting the evil goddess Khione to protect his friends, he lost his spear and resorted to
using a wooden plank, Jason hefted his icy wooden plank a stupid weapon to die fighting with and the
monsters charged (Riordan 143). Jason stands against monsters, giants and wolves with only a
wooden plank and is still ready to fight. He confronts this battle with absolute bravery and completes
the most courageous task to protect his friends. Jason unlocked his inner demigod abilities and faced
Porphyrion, the king of giants. Half flying, half leaping, Jason landed on the giant s scaly reptilian
knee and climbed up the giant s arm before Porphyrion even realized what had happened (Riordan

Era 4 Western Religions
Era 4 Eastern and Western Religion Comparisons
All Religions are all the branches of the same exact tree. (Albert Einstein) Even arguably the smartest
or one of the smartest people to ever live says that all religions are very similar in many ways. Era
four was the beginning to four of these religions that Einstein was talking about, and they took part in
Eurasia at the time. Two of the religions that were on they west side of Eurasia were named
Christianity and Judaism. The other two religions on the east side of Eurasia were named Buddhism,
and Hinduism. Even though the east and west side religions were far apart, they still had many
similarities like a concept of a higher being or a god, supreme being, both have a book or multiple

The Western religions, Christianity and Judaism even had the same moral codes and that is the Ten
Commandments (Thrall). These Commandments also known as the Decalogue include: You Shall
have One God and no one else; You shall have no idols; You shall not use God s Name in vain; You
shall keep the Sabbath day holy; You shall honor your father and mother; You shall not kill; You shall
not commit adultery; You shall not steal; You shall not lie against your neighbor; You shall not covet
anything of your neighbors. In these religions you will be permitted into heaven if you follow all the
rules (Wikipedia). There is a very similar list of moral codes in the Eastern religions called the
eightfold path. The laws of this path involve: You must have the right view, You must have the right
resolve, You must have the right speech, You must have the right conduct, You must have the right
livelihood, You must have the right effort, You must have the right mindfulness, You must have the
right samadhi or you must know how to meditate right. The religions that follow these morals are
Buddhism, and Hinduism (Thrall and Wikipedia). Buddhism follows these codes in order to achieve a
state of enlightenment called Nirvana. Hinduism Follows these rules to have a better life in the next
life because they believe in rebirth. All these religions across Eurasia may have different perceptions

mouth opening . The patient reported with the marked improvement in mastication as he was able to
chew his food properly .The patient was also satisfied with the esthetics and light weight of the
prosthesis. Even though these thermoplastic resin materials have disadvantages like require special
instruments for adjustments, repairing is difficult , needs atleast 4mm of interoccusal space for
adequate retention of teeth to the denture base and technique sensitive , the flexible denture has

Marilyn Grief
Attachment, expectedness, and grief accumulation, are important variables that impact the way an
individual experiences grief, further influencing the way they heal (Golden, 2000). Marilyn is
experiencing circumstances that influence how she is grieving. Her son, who was a major part of her
life, died unexpectedly in a car accident. Additionally, she is experiencing accumulated grief from a
lack of closure after her father passed away. Golden (2000) reports that when an individual loses
someone they are very attached to they will experience a greater degree of grief. Furthermore, if the
loss was unexpected, such as a car accident, the grief will be significantly different than if it was
expected. Another important factor in the grieving process focuses on the presence of accumulated
grief. If grief isn t acknowledged and/or dealt with, it can have an impact on everyday life and can
affect the way an individual copes with other grief occurrences (Golden, 2000). Marilyn still has
unresolved issues revolving around her parents divorce and subsequent death of her father. ... Show

Feeling responsible for a child s safety and well being is a normal process. However, feelings of guilt
and powerlessness can permeate the healing process and complicate grief when a child dies (Matzo
Sherman, 2015). A therapist who specializes in grief counseling could address some of Marilyn s
unique circumstances surrounding her son s death, thus allowing her to move from chaos to

The Effect Of Calcium On The Contribution Of Calcium...
This research utilized calcium channel blockers to measure the contribution of calcium uptake in
relation to the vesicular glutamate released into the extracellular space. After the calcium channels
were blocked glutamate was applied directly to the extracellular space and the animals ability to
remove the glutamate was measured. The results showed that animals with traumatic brain injuries
had significantly higher levels of extracellular glutamate evidenced by a nearly 80% increase when
compared to the healthy mice (Hinzman et. Al., 2012). This showed that calcium mediated neuronal
glutamate release may contribute to the cytotoxicity experienced by patients affected by traumatic
brain injury. The second part of the study examined the importance of excitatory amino acid
transporters in patients suffering from traumatic brain injury. To accomplish this, researchers applied
an EAAT blocker to both injured and normal rats to measure their ability to remove extracellular
glutamate. The data suggested that mice subjected to a traumatic brain injury had a more significant
increase in extracellular glutamate after the EAAT blocker was applied. Additionally, mice in the
traumatic brain injury required a significantly longer time for the extracellular glutamate to return to
pre study levels (Hinzman et. Al., 2012). As such, it seems that the major mechanism responsible for
the cytotoxic levels of extracellular glutamate in traumatic brain injury is directly related to a

One Ordinary Day With Wallets Short Story
One Ordinary Day, with Wallets Mr. Johnson put on his uncomfortable shoes and then trudged out into
the way to bright and shiny morning sunshine. He was not in the best of moods, so when he stopped at
a newspaper stand to pick up his daily morning newspaper, he spoke angrily to the salesperson to
hurry up. When another man came to buy a paper, Mr. Johnson quickly stole his wallet and hid it in a
secret pocket in his jacket. Then he acted extremely apologetic when the man couldn t find it and even
paid the 60 cents for the paper, so as to not seem suspicious. When he had walked a few blocks away
from the newspaper stand Mr. Johnson hunched over some and began to walk slowly. He arrived at a
crosswalk and then started to painfully cross it. A naive woman quickly ran up and said Would you
like me to assist you, sir?
Mr. Johnson eyed the expensive looking dress and shoes the lady was wearing and replied Yes, thank
you, it is so kind of you to aid me.
As they reached the sidewalk the lady said Where are you headed? Oh, just simply down the street to
the drugstore to buy myself some heart medication. Mr. Johnson said.
The woman said, Well, then I ll walk you there.
Mr. Johnson then replied Oh that won t be necessary, but I appreciate your kindness in helping me
across the street. Then he swiftly and sneakily stole her wallet from her purse and rushed away. She
was dumbfounded about how he was suddenly able to walk fast, but simply shrugged it off and went
about her day, not knowing that her wallet was gone until it was too late. Mr. Johnson then headed to a
hot dog cart, along the way pickpocketing three more wallets off of rich looking businessmen. When
he got there he asked for a hot dog with mustard. The man gave him one and just as Mr. Johnson was
about to take a bite, he accidentally dropped it. The man at the cart said Oh sir, I m so sorry, let me
fetch you another one. Mr. Johnson sweetly replied Thank you so much, I am so glad that there are
people like you in the world. The man gave him another hot dog and Mr. Johnson took a bite. He then
cried This is the worst hot dog stand in New York, the meat is too hot and the bun is too cold. He then

The Americans With Disabilities Rights Movement
One of the most common questions we are asked as children is, What do you want to be when you
grow up? For the average child, their answer can be anything. The sky is the limit! For those with
disabilities, their answer could be the same but, realistically, their career choices are limited.
Organizations and programs such as Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services
(DARS) and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) offer ways to maximize
their abilities and improve their quality of life. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a
person with a disability as a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits
one or more major life activity. This includes people who ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Education for All Handicapped Children Act was passed in 1975. This law guaranteed equal
public and mainstream education to children with disabilities. In 1990, the law was renamed to the

education, this law allowed parents of those children to be involved in educational decisions that
affected their children.
Without the overwhelming support of the lawmakers and the families of those that are disabled, who
knows where society would stand when it comes to the livelihoods of persons with disabilities. As
stated earlier, more businesses should be educated when hiring or working with the disabled. For over
forty years, DARS has done just that. They assist to employ approximately 11,000 disabled people a
year. Following are some of the highlights that DARS assists companies with to help with their hiring

The Early Disagreements Within Christianity
I believe this is one of the reasons Christianity thrived because people needed some shrivel of hope. 7.
Outline some of the early disagreements within Christianity. See (Christianity for the First 3,000
Years) for details. Consider the nature of Jesus, the Gnostic gospels, the Council of Nicaea etc. The
resurrection of Jesus himself is a concept that is hard to believe. How can a man come back to life,
and why is this the first time this has happened? Jesus was not written about till after his death. The
gospels were told by Jesus apostles and their recollection of Jesus and his teachings. The Council of
Nicaea were Christian theologians who decided which stories about Jesus to include in the Bible. The
Council of Nicaea left out the Gnostic gospels hidden knowledge which talked about Jesus s early
childhood. Why should we believe the council when they left out the parts of Jesus life they did not
agree with. Even those whose hearts were inclined to accept the new faith required some intellectual
satisfaction before they were willing to commit: How can God be three separate beings God, Jesus,
and the Holy Spirit and one indivisible being at the same time? If Jesus is coeternal with God, why is
there no mention of him in the two thousand year tradition of Hebrew writings? If Jesus is the divine
Son of God, how could he experience such human emotions as temptation, fear, and loneliness? 1 (pg.

How Does Lenore Characterize In The Raven
Zack Griffin
Mrs. Ruiz
English 2
27 February 2018
Guilt is Evermore I think that Nicholas Rowe said it best when he said Guilt is the source of sorrows
the avenging fiend that follows us behind with whips and stings. In Edgar Allen Poe s narrative poem
The Raven The narrator is in a state of deep depression, guilt that he let his rare and radiant maiden
whom the angels name Lenore (The Raven) get away from him, the guilt has been eating away at him
to the point where he is driven mad. I believe in this poem there was no raven, just a guilty mad man
who s imagination overcame him, the guilt and regret of never being able to see his perfect maiden
again pushes him closer and closer towards insanity until he snaps.
I believe that there was no raven in this story at all, just a man cursing life itself for his hardships. In
the poem the narrator says to the raven, Get thee back into the tempest and the Night s Plutonian
shore! (The Raven) saying that the raven is a demon that has come straight from hell, he is saying this
because the raven said that he will see lenore, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
He says that the raven has eyes of a demon and it s shadow hangs over the narrators soul. The Ravens
darkness symbolizes the constant reminder of death and horror, this is what is eating away at the

god of death, and his shore would be a part of the underworld. The time of the play is at midnight in
December, midnight is traditionally the darkest most eerie time of day, and nothing lives in the winter,
everything is gloomy and lacking life and color. The one thing that Poe describes as radiant and good
is taken from the poem to create a mood of sadness and desperation. The raven starts as a reminder of
a past lover and changes into an embodiment of

The Role Of A Rocket Plane During The 1930 S Three Young...
In the late 1930 s, three young men, Frank Malina, Jack Parsons, and Ed Forman formed a group on
the Caltech campus in Pasadena, California known by students as the Suicide Squad, for their crazy
and often life threatening engineering antics; but as tensions heated up in Europe, the men s
experiments began to seem less wild to the US government: in 1939, they were awarded $1,000 to
conduct research into the development of a rocket plane for use in combat. With the money, the men
hired two of their colleagues, Barby and Richard Canright and created a testing site in the Arroyo Seco
canyon outside Pasadena. The group, ridiculed by scientists and engineers, and frowned upon by the
citizens of Pasadena, had just formed the Jet Propulsion ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
At the time, if women did choose to pursue a career instead of becoming a housewife, there were only
three main paths they could take: schoolteacher, nurse, or secretary. It was just one of the limits of
being born a woman (11). Women who chose to rebel even further and attempt to pursue careers in
science and technology were greeted with little to no diversity; many of the JPL computers recall
being the only woman in a group of men in both classrooms and workplaces (13). And even if they
made into a corresponding profession, they had far less chance of being promoted than their male
counterparts. Many of the JPL women longed to become engineers, a title with more distinction than
that of computers, but not only was engineering considered a man s profession , with women widely
discouraged from pursuing careers in it, but most engineering schools in the country wouldn t even
accept women. This was a prominent and long standing issue at JPL. When she was hired, Helen Ling
s knowledge of math and science was such that if she had been a man applying for the job, she wold
likely have been hired as an engineer (118). As such, there wasn t a single female engineer at JPL at
the time; Barbara Paulson says that in her mind an engineer was a man , adding even more
depressingly that she couldn t imagine that a

Albert Einstein Impact
Einstein: A World Changer
Imagine you are sitting in a room and you look down at your phone as it says it s 1:00 p.m. How do
you know it is actually 1:00? If it said 2:00 a.m. would you believe it if it was sunny outside? Without
Albert Einstein, we would not have many things including our current understanding of time. Albert
Einstein had a positive effect on the future of the world because without his discoveries many of today
s inventions would be non existent. He changed the way scientists view everything from matter and
energy, as well as light, Time Magazine even named him the most influential person of the 20th
century.
Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, in Ulm, Württemberg, Germany. He would not
remember the place he was born, as his family moved six weeks later to Munich. Albert Einstein grew
up in a secular Jewish family. His father Hermann Einstein was a salesman and engineer, and with his
brother founded Elektrotechnische Fabrik J. Einstein Cie, a Munich based company that manufactured
electrical equipment. At the age of five, Einstein was given a compass by his father for his birthday.
Einstein would become amazed at the unknown behind the compass and would continue this interest
in why and how things worked for the rest of his childhood. Growing up, Einstein had trouble with
speech and social abilities, and for hours Einstein could play by himself twiddling with anything that
amused his mind. This independence made Einstein question authority, often

Although this view was once the predominant view, there are three problems with the northern theory: 1. Testament. 2. Very little is known of recipients and churches in the North. 3. • 3. Swan Lake Analysis Matthew Bourne s Swan Lake was first performed at the Sadler Wells Theatre in London in 1995. Bourne s version of Swan Lake is the longest running ballet in London s West End and on Broadway. It has been performed in a number different countries such as United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Israel and Singapore. Mathew Bourne s rendering is best known for having traditionally female parts of the swans danced by men. Graeme Murphy version of Swan Lake is not so much a battle between Odette (Good) and Odile (evil), which is presented through the original Swan Lake. But it examines love and betrayal, and other elements of the original story. Through comparing and contrasting Acts 2 and Act 4 of Graeme Murphy s rendering of Swan Lake and Mathew Bourne s Act 2 and Act 4, this essay will interpret and evaluate how each choreographer portrays movement and non movement components throughout their piece. Act 2 By Royal Command, Odette is committed to a sanatorium Throughout Act 2 by royal command, Odette is determined to a mental institution. Graeme Murphy effective interprets Movement and non movement components throughout the duration of Act 2. He uses movement components such as general and personal space, contracting, sustained and repetition movements. He also interprets Port de bra, Allegro, Chaines and jete. He uses these to portray the emotion of Odette frustration and here transition into a swan, he also uses abstract and contracting movements such as ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Buying low cost surge protectors for expensive home technology is a wise investment. However, there is one commonly overlooked item that s also made with vulnerable electronics: your garage door opener. If the control board is damaged by a power surge, your garage door opener may stop working altogether. Until you replace the control board, you will have to manually open and close your garage door, which is an inconvenience. Contract Law, Under The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) In contract law, under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), for businesses to complete the commercial transactions, negotiable instruments must be used. According to the law, the negotiable instruments are written or signed promises to pay a specified amount of money per the contract terms at a particular time (Miller Hollowell, 2014). However, it must be determined if the instrument is, in fact, a negotiable instrument or nonnegotiable. According to UCC, the negotiable instrument can fall under two different categorize of which include orders to pay and promise to pay. Under the category orders to pay are the negotiable instruments drafts and checks. A draft is an order that is written and involves three parties (Miller Hollowell, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Unlike order to pay, the promise to pay has a maker and a bearer involved in the transaction. The maker is the person that issues the promise to pay, and the bearer is the person that will be paid. A promissory note is a written promise stating that one party will pay the other party the specific amount to be paid (Miller Hollowell, 2014). A promissory note is also known as a note and is normally used in credit transaction such as a mortgage transaction. The person that is entering into an agreement for a mortgage will issue a promissory note stating that the balance of the house will be paid at a certain time. These types of transactions are paid in installments over a period of time. A certificate of deposit or CD is known as a bank note. A CD is used when a party deposits money into a bank. The bank will issue a CD as a promise to pay the amount collected along with interest at a specified time (Miller Hollowell, 2014). In this week s case, the parties involved are Joelle and Rio. Joelle has provided Rio with a piece of paper that state that she promises to pay Rio the amount of $1000 on demand. The paper promise is signed by Joelle. • 7. Prostate Carcinoma Essay INTRODUCTION Prostate cancer is the second most frequently diagnosed cancer and the sixth leading cause of cancer death in males. Incidence rates vary more than 25 fold worldwide, with the highest rates in the developed countries this may be due to the widespread use of prostate specific antigen testing and subsequent prostate biopsy in these regions [1]. Overall, the complex morphology, histologic heterogeneity, and the early signs of high malignant potential preclude a straightforward assessment of the metastatic potential of localized prostate carcinoma and show the requirement for extra clinical and pathologic tests for the evaluation of prostate carcinoma stage and clinical behavior[2] Distant spread of primary malignant cells to local and distant sites was explained by several models. Cumulative research shows a pivotal role of tumor microenvironment in the process of malignant cell dissemination. This role occurs through angiogenesis and epithelial stromal interactions, via the paracrine secretion of growth factors by stromal cells, which induce an epithelial mesenchymal transition in neighboring epithelial cells. This result in the increased migration of epithelial cells [3]. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Caveolin 1 was overexpressed in mouse and human metastatic malignant prostate cells. • 8. Literature Of Greek Literature Greek literature is an assortment of compositions in the Greek dialect, with a constant history reaching out from the first thousand years B.C.E to the present day. From the earliest starting point, journalists were Greeks living in Greece, as well as in Asia Minor, the Aegean Islands, and Magna Graecia (Sicily and southern Italy). After the successes of Alexander the Great, Greek turned into the main language of the eastern Mediterranean and the Byzantine Realm. Writing in Greek was created over a substantially more extensive range as well as by those whose primary language was not Greek. Over a period of over ten centuries, the ancient Greeks made their writing of such brightness that it has infrequently been met and never outperformed. In poetry, tragedy, drama, and history, Greek writers made gems that have roused, and affected readers to today. The Greeks wrote Poetry before they made utilization of writing for literary purpose, and from the earliest starting point their poetry was planned to be sung or presented. Writing was little known before the 7th century. The content utilized as a part of Crete and Mycenae during the second thousand years bc isn t known to have been utilized for other than authoritative purposes, and after the destruction of the Mycenaean cities it had been forgotten. Normally, an epic poem is a long, serious, poetic story about a noteworthy occasion, frequently highlighting a legend. Prior to the advancement of composing, epic poems were ... • 9. Antidepressants Cause Birth Defects The main argument being made is that some antidepressants can cause birth defects, the article provides us with a study to help prove this. The study looked at data on more than 38,000 women who had given birth in 1997 2009 and compared what the mother s antidepressants are and the child s number of birth defects (Neighmond, 2015). One concept or idea that ties into child development is epigenetics, where the environment influences or alters gene expression (Berk, 2018), which makes me wonder if in some cases the child being exposed to an environment of a depressed mother, it may cause some genes to alter. This also ties into the concept of passive gene environment, where parents who are genetically related to the child set up the environment ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... An example could be, if the mother or father is showing signs of depression, they may neglect to take proper care for the child. Maybe because they are depressed, they may not focus all their time into the child, rather focusing on their depression. A woman who avoids taking antidepressants during her pregnancy to try and ensure her baby is born without defects could still have a child with some sort of birth defect, other things can cause birth defects, such as current or prior drug use illegal or prescribed, or in other cases that child is just genetically predisposed to it. Birth defects can happen due to genes malfunctioning or even when there are problems with a chromosome (Berk, 2018). So, it is impossible to say that a pregnant mother can avoid birth defects by not taking antidepressants. This idea is further reinforced by Jennita Reefhuis in her abstract video when she cautions us that antidepressants are not the only thing that can cause birth defects, other possibilities such as pre existing conditions in the mother who takes antidepressants or other unknown influences may have a large impact on birth defects as well (Reefhuis, ... • 10. The Anaconda Plan In 1861, the United States was no longer united and its people were at war, in what is commonly known as the American Civil War. This left President Abraham Lincoln in a tight spot on how to go about dealing with the Southern states that had seceded, the Confederacy, who were now at war with the Northern states, the Union. Lincoln met with his generals to devise a strategy by which the Confederate states could be brought back into the Union. General Winfield Scott, commanding general of the Union army, proposed one plan of battle that he had earlier proposed to Major General George B. McClellan. His plan came to be known as the Anaconda plan. This plan, although it was never technically adopted, ended up being extremely successful and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This was to prevent them from exporting cotton, tobacco, and other cash crops and to keep them from importing much needed war supplies. Since cotton was the South s staple product and what they relied on for economic success, if the trade of this were to be shut down then they would run out of funds and lose all financial power. The Confederate government was able to purchase a pound of cotton for as low as 8¢, and sell it to Europe for as much as 54¢. This sale was often above 300% profit while considering the costs of transport.[4] Therefore, if they were to lose this major source of income, they would begin to crumble and lose any financial power they could possibly have over the Union. This plan was never adopted mainly due to Winfield Scott s lack of planning. His proposal for the blockade was not properly a strategy, despite the fact that it is often referred to by historians as one. Her autopsy revealed that she was strangled and got hit in the head, which was estimated as her cause of death. • 14. Themes In Fahrenheit 451 Books are irreplaceable parts of society that help to form the opinions and beliefs of the people that are within it. Without books we would lack the knowledge of those in the past, and the ability to see the world from a different perspective. Each book contains information different from the last, but each book is written with a purpose. Each book is written for a reason, and what we are able to obtain from the books that we have been given reflect the person that we are. Without books we would be lost as people, as members within the community, and as a society as a whole we would be searching for something that we can not find. We would be hopeless and censored from the knowledge that is given to us through books. It is hard to imagine what we would know without books, if anything at all. The past would become the present and the future would have no meaning. Fahrenheit 451 displays a deep and thought provoking message to those that read it by showing us what it would be like to live in a society where we are forced to believe one thing, and are never able to form our own opinions. Proving that happiness doesn t come from peace among the people, but rather the ability to to be able to live our life the way that makes you happy. • 15. The German Army During the Interwar Period Essay Possibly one of the most asked questions in military history is how was the German Army able to decisively defeat a numerically equivalent Allied Army in France during May and June 1940? One of the primary reasons for Germany s success was their innovation in armored warfare, particularly at the tactical and operational levels during the interwar period. The study of the German Army during a period of prolonged peace and constrained resources reveals that one of the most important qualities that a military should possess to innovate effectively is the ability to learn as an organization. A learning organization creates knowledge internally, externally acquires knowledge, and diffuses knowledge throughout the organization . ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Internal creation of knowledge and innovation also requires organizations to critically examine their operations, and replace practices that do not work. General Von Seeckt produced a generation of officers that were open to the idea of learning from their failures. Throughout the interwar period, German officers routinely conducted after action reviews as a tool for open discussion. The ability to identify failures served the German Army well after their first major combat operations since WWI in Poland. The senior leadership recognized that although their doctrine and tactics were sound, the campaign was not perfect. Their primary area of concern was that the maneuvering of unwieldy armored formations overwhelmed inexperienced leadership, thus preventing them from taking the initiative needed to leverage tactical advantages. During the seven months prior to the invasion of France, the senior leadership focused on developing leadership especially at battalion level and below and reorganizing armored formations to maximize their mobility and lethality . Learning organizations not only look internally, but they also look at external organizations to gain knowledge as a base for innovation . The German Army unable to possess tanks under the Versailles Treaty developed armored tactics effectively by extensively studying British armored development and exercises during the 1920s drawing out their own lessons learned. Although we don t have as many migrant workers as in the Joads time, we are still rather nasty to each other. • 19. Transparent Pictures Kendall Walton Summary In his chapter titled Transparent Pictures, Kendall Walton makes a claim, which most of us would agree on. He states that photographs are more realistic and therefore better at representing fact than paintings and drawings could hope to do. Walton also states that because of this realism we can see the past through the photographs in our hands. I can agree with him on his first claim but I have to disagree with him on his second claim. Photographs are realistic because of the details they can capture. However, those details are only details and do not allow us to see beyond what was captured in the image itself. If we could literally see into the physical object called a photograph, we could then accept the maxim that photographs are by their nature more powerful in their ability to tell the truth. This maxim though, needs careful consideration and must include a discussion on the failings that photographs potentially contain. For some time master artists have devoted time and effort to perfecting the elusive techniques needed to create a realistic picture. Painters of the post Renaissance moved closer to realism by several methods, one being perspective. To give a picture depth was difficult and required close observation. Finding the horizon line and then relating it to the paint canvas creates a linear perspective, as does proper sizing of objects in relation to each other. Making trees larger in the foreground and smaller in the background gives a sense of space. Using ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The biggest problem America faced with interracial relationships arose during the slavery era. During this time period, it became extremely common for plantation owners to sexually abuse African American women. Many were raped by white males, which has helped lead to the ugly shadow cast on relationships between black women and white men (Smedley). This research utilized calcium channel blockers to measure the contribution of calcium uptake in relation to the vesicular glutamate released into the extracellular space. After the calcium channels were blocked glutamate was applied directly to the extracellular space and the animals ability to remove the glutamate was measured. The results showed that animals with traumatic brain injuries had significantly higher levels of extracellular glutamate evidenced by a nearly 80% increase when compared to the healthy mice (Hinzman et. Al., 2012). This showed that calcium mediated neuronal glutamate release may contribute to the cytotoxicity experienced by patients affected by traumatic brain injury. The second part of the study examined the importance of excitatory amino acid transporters in patients suffering from traumatic brain injury. To accomplish this, researchers applied an EAAT blocker to both injured and normal rats to measure their ability to remove extracellular glutamate. The data suggested that mice subjected to a traumatic brain injury had a more significant increase in extracellular glutamate after the EAAT blocker was applied. Additionally, mice in the traumatic brain injury required a significantly longer time for the extracellular glutamate to return to pre study levels (Hinzman et. Al., 2012). • 32. The Early Disagreements Within Christianity I believe this is one of the reasons Christianity thrived because people needed some shrivel of hope. 7. Outline some of the early disagreements within Christianity. See (Christianity for the First 3,000 Years) for details. Consider the nature of Jesus, the Gnostic gospels, the Council of Nicaea etc. The resurrection of Jesus himself is a concept that is hard to believe. How can a man come back to life, and why is this the first time this has happened? Jesus was not written about till after his death. The gospels were told by Jesus apostles and their recollection of Jesus and his teachings. The Council of Nicaea were Christian theologians who decided which stories about Jesus to include in the Bible. The Council of Nicaea left out the Gnostic gospels hidden knowledge which talked about Jesus s early childhood. Why should we believe the council when they left out the parts of Jesus life they did not agree with. Even those whose hearts were inclined to accept the new faith required some intellectual satisfaction before they were willing to commit: How can God be three separate beings God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit and one indivisible being at the same time? If Jesus is coeternal with God, why is there no mention of him in the two thousand year tradition of Hebrew writings? If Jesus is the divine Son of God, how could he experience such human emotions as temptation, fear, and loneliness? 1 (pg. 229) 8. Discuss the achievements of the Carolingian Dynasty. Under ... • 33. How Does Lenore Characterize In The Raven Zack Griffin Mrs. Ruiz English 2 27 February 2018 Guilt is Evermore I think that Nicholas Rowe said it best when he said Guilt is the source of sorrows the avenging fiend that follows us behind with whips and stings. In Edgar Allen Poe s narrative poem The Raven The narrator is in a state of deep depression, guilt that he let his rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore (The Raven) get away from him, the guilt has been eating away at him to the point where he is driven mad. I believe in this poem there was no raven, just a guilty mad man who s imagination overcame him, the guilt and regret of never being able to see his perfect maiden again pushes him closer and closer towards insanity until he snaps. I believe that there was no raven in this story at all, just a man cursing life itself for his hardships. In the poem the narrator says to the raven, Get thee back into the tempest and the Night s Plutonian shore! (The Raven) saying that the raven is a demon that has come straight from hell, he is saying this because the raven said that he will see lenore, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... He says that the raven has eyes of a demon and it s shadow hangs over the narrators soul. The Ravens darkness symbolizes the constant reminder of death and horror, this is what is eating away at the narrator. Another big use of dark imagery is the nights plutonium shore the Roman good Pluto is the god of death, and his shore would be a part of the underworld. The time of the play is at midnight in December, midnight is traditionally the darkest most eerie time of day, and nothing lives in the winter, everything is gloomy and lacking life and color. The one thing that Poe describes as radiant and good is taken from the poem to create a mood of sadness and desperation. The raven starts as a reminder of a past lover and changes into an embodiment of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 34. The Role Of A Rocket Plane During The 1930 S Three Young... In the late 1930 s, three young men, Frank Malina, Jack Parsons, and Ed Forman formed a group on the Caltech campus in Pasadena, California known by students as the Suicide Squad, for their crazy and often life threatening engineering antics; but as tensions heated up in Europe, the men s experiments began to seem less wild to the US government: in 1939, they were awarded $1,000 to conduct research into the development of a rocket plane for use in combat. With the money, the men hired two of their colleagues, Barby and Richard Canright and created a testing site in the Arroyo Seco canyon outside Pasadena. The group, ridiculed by scientists and engineers, and frowned upon by the citizens of Pasadena, had just formed the Jet Propulsion ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... At the time, if women did choose to pursue a career instead of becoming a housewife, there were only three main paths they could take: schoolteacher, nurse, or secretary. It was just one of the limits of being born a woman (11). Women who chose to rebel even further and attempt to pursue careers in science and technology were greeted with little to no diversity; many of the JPL computers recall being the only woman in a group of men in both classrooms and workplaces (13). And even if they made into a corresponding profession, they had far less chance of being promoted than their male counterparts. Many of the JPL women longed to become engineers, a title with more distinction than that of computers, but not only was engineering considered a man s profession , with women widely discouraged from pursuing careers in it, but most engineering schools in the country wouldn t even accept women. This was a prominent and long standing issue at JPL. When she was hired, Helen Ling s knowledge of math and science was such that if she had been a man applying for the job, she wold likely have been hired as an engineer (118). As such, there wasn t a single female engineer at JPL at the time; Barbara Paulson says that in her mind an engineer was a man , adding even more depressingly that she couldn t imagine that a ... • 35. Albert Einstein Impact Einstein: A World Changer Imagine you are sitting in a room and you look down at your phone as it says it s 1:00 p.m. How do you know it is actually 1:00? If it said 2:00 a.m. would you believe it if it was sunny outside? Without Albert Einstein, we would not have many things including our current understanding of time. Albert Einstein had a positive effect on the future of the world because without his discoveries many of today s inventions would be non existent. He changed the way scientists view everything from matter and energy, as well as light, Time Magazine even named him the most influential person of the 20th century. Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879, in Ulm, Württemberg, Germany. He would not remember the place he was born, as his family moved six weeks later to Munich. Albert Einstein grew up in a secular Jewish family. His father Hermann Einstein was a salesman and engineer, and with his brother founded Elektrotechnische Fabrik J. Einstein Cie, a Munich based company that manufactured electrical equipment. At the age of five, Einstein was given a compass by his father for his birthday. Einstein would become amazed at the unknown behind the compass and would continue this interest in why and how things worked for the rest of his childhood. Growing up, Einstein had trouble with speech and social abilities, and for hours Einstein could play by himself twiddling with anything that amused his mind. This independence made Einstein question authority, often ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
