Rebuild Egypt Tourism brand and offerings making it the destination

Overview:
Presented with the mandate to create the most talked about knowledge event in the
region, we took it up as a challenge with the single minded aim of making it happen.
After all, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation under the patronage of His
Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum had put its faith in our ability to
create the most talked about knowledge event of the year. We made it happen in 2014
and 2015.
We have also delivered the prestigious Nobel in Dubai project handling 360 marketing
duties on behalf of MBRF.

Overview:
With a mandate to build the profile of MBRF as though-leader in the knowledge
sector, entourage created for the first time in the Middle East, Nobel Museum
roadshow and exhibition. The team was responsible for design, planning and
implementation of a month-long exhibition and workshop series in a custom-
designed venue at the base of Burj Khalifa.

Overview:
Create an impactful awareness campaign that will educate the public while
raising donation for Dubai Cares projects. Our effective ideation led to an
inspirational campaign that was the central attraction at Dubai Mall for
30 days of Ramadan. Creative execution of the idea and strategic media
selection led to city-wide awareness of Dubai Cares in addition to raising
record funds for worldwide projects

Overview:
Our mandate was to manage the 10,000 plus attendees of which 5,000 were VIPs, heads
of state and ministers while the other half were heads of world’s most admired companies:
UBER, Tesla, Cisco to name a few.
Our collaborative and strategic approach ensured that the event of this magnitude was
mapped out and tested in theoretical prototypes and simulations months before the actual
event. The core team then proceeded to train registration, data entry, logistics management,
delegate coordination staff in close collaboration with Prime Minister’s Office ensuring the
highest standards of efficiency and privacy.
Our design team implemented stand out themes to enliven the registration zones, showcasing
WGS and PMO in the highest light. Leveraging in-depth planning, attention to details and
passion for perfection, Dubai’s reputation was enhanced with a flawless execution throughout

The 6th chapter of the Abu Dhabi International Offset Conference (ADIOC) was hosted
by entourage on behalf of Tawazun Economic Council, under the patronage of His
Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy
