Elegimos un cuento sobre emociones
básicas: ira, tristeza y alegría. (Puede ser
videocuento, audiocuento o un cuento
en papel leído por el profesor)
Pedimos a los alumnos que cada vez
que se menciona una de las emociones
la imiten (el profesor también imita la
emoción haciendo de modelo)

Hablamos sobre el cuento:
A. ¿Qué emoción ha salido más? ¿Qué emoción ha salido menos?
B. ¿Qué te ha gustado del cuento?
8. Otras emociones: sorpresa y miedo
Preguntamos primero si alguien lo sabe y si puede imitar
cómo es la cara de miedo y cómo es la cara de sorpresa

(que sean ellos quienes nos lo digan)
Lo explicamos si no lo entienden y ponemos ejemplos

El profesor dice “¿Cómo estoy…?” seguido de una situación
cotidiana que pueda generar alguna de las emociones vistas
Ejemplo: ¿Cómo estoy si abro un regalo que no me esperaba?
Una vez conocidas las tres emociones básicas, el miedo y la sorpresa
procederemos a este juego para que integren la información

Si surgen diferentes emociones a una misma situación,
explicamos que algunas situaciones pueden generar
diferentes emociones en una persona
Ejemplo: ¿Cómo estoy cuando salgo del cole? Puede que
algunos estén tristes porque no quieren que se acabe y otros
estén contentos por volver a casa

Variantes: puede hacerse individualmente (es decir, sacar a un alumno cada vez)
o de manera grupal, esto es, que todos reaccionen a la vez

Pedimos a un alumno que salga y le decimos al oído qué emoción
tiene que simular

El alumno elegido simula la emoción y los demás dirán en voz alta
de qué emoción se trata (miedo, ira, alegría, sorpresa o tristeza)

Variantes: en lugar de decir el profe la emoción al oído, podemos pedirles
que hagan ellos la emoción que quieran sin decir el nombre. Si no sabe le
ayudamos diciéndole una emoción y simulando con nuestra cara la
emoción para que nos imite, sin que el resto lo vea
