Herb drug interaction:
Herbal drug + Allopathic drug = Some reactions
Natural product which alter the abnormal body functions.
Herb food interaction:
Tetracyclin + milk = Avoided
Definition:
 When herbal medicinal products and western drugs administered together may
interact with each other in body leading to kinetic and dynamic alterations.
 Herbs are often administerd in combination with therapeutic drugs, raising the
potential of herb-drug interactions.
