1. Who are you and where do you come from?
Greet your interviewer and tell your name to start the formal introduction.

giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Nishant Jain. I have
been born and brought up in Jaipur. I came to Delhi 3 months ago to explore

8. Good Afternoon, first of all I would like to thank you for giving me this
opportunity to introduce myself. I’m Sidharth Mehta. I have been born and
brought up in Yamunanagar, Haryana. I did my Bachelor’s of Pharmacy from
Kurukshetra University, there I’m a “Gold Medalist”. To extinguish my thirst
for research, currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s of Pharmacy in Guru
Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar; specialized in
Pharmaceutics.

Along with my degree, I had done in-plant training in two pharmaceutical
companies and improved my research skills as per the industry standards.
I worked really hard on both my academic and practical skills. As a result of
that, I qualified national level Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT)
thrice, and NIPER with good rank.
9. Currently, I’m working on project of formulation of novel drug delivery system
to serve mankind with the best of healthcare approaches in association with
Panjab University, Chandigarh. I also published two review articles in open-
access peer-reviewed journals (Cancer Advances and Clinical Research
Communications) and rest of the two are in-process.

I have also good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and data retrieval
from various secondary sources. Apart from that, also has a good handling
skills to various analytical instruments.
I’m also the Placement Coordinator of M.Pharm appointed by Training &
Placement Cell and active member of Udbhavna-T&P Cell; GJUST, Hisar.
My strengths are, I’m Self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and disciplined
person. I intent to bring my learning and experiences for the welfare of the
society by contributing my part to the pharmaceutical industry.

10. Q2. Your weakness or areas of improvement?
I sometimes take on too much work. I’m now learning to take on tasks
and complete them as quickly and accurately as possible, before moving
on to the next one.
I'm confident with my ability to write reports, but I have little practice
presenting them. I'd like to improve my public speaking skills so I can
give confident and effective presentations. To begin developing my
skills, I've started reading books about public speaking.

The reason you should hire me for the job is because I have a sound
knowledge of Pharmacology & therapeutic areas, Pharmaceutical
regulatory affairs and clinical trials. I can also retrieve the data from
various secondary sources like Open web search, Company’s press
release and clinicaltrials.gov. I have also a good proficiency regarding
various computer softwares and databases.
12. Q4. Tell us about your strengths and weakness?
To start with my weakness, my inability to say no puts me under a lot of
stress at that time.
However, I’m learning to say ‘No’, so that I can focus more on productive
tasks.
Well talking about my strength, I’m good at multi-tasking.
In my college, I participated in cultural events. I’m also placement
coordinator of M.Pharm and an active member of Udbhavna-T&P Cell.
But, I still managed to get good marks all through my final year.
13. Q5. Are you okay with relocation?
Absolutely “Yes”. I believe this is the right opportunity for me to start my
career and I have no problem in relocating. I have informed my family &
well-wishers about this opportunity and as they trusted & supported all
my decisions in past, they also said “Yes” to it and moreover they’re very
happy and proud.
14. Q6. Are you planning for further studies?

Why a job, why not higher studies?
While I’m have no plans to seek an advanced degree at this time. I’m looking to
start my career and progress it with a solid organization. I’m interested in
gaining work experience.
15. Q7. Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?
In five years, I want to complete the internal training program for my
position. Not only I would get all the training for my role, but I would be
on the fast track to become a Sr. Research Analyst.
