Community Loan Fund
• Loan amounts ranging from €10k to €100k are considered
• Interest rate of 3% for community groups
• Projects must be able to demonstrate repayment capacity
• We seek projects with formal legal status which can demonstrate strong
community spirit, committed personnel and which deliver a positive social
impact
• Bridging Finance can also be provided for approved Leader Grants at a rate of
1%, subject to conditions.
