Law enforcers and city officials in Baltimore are cracking down on the curfew for children in
their city. Recent events such as a 3 year old being killed by a stray bullet make law enforcers
believe that having a curfew can help to protect innocent children from misfortunate events. The
new curfew states that children younger than 14 must be inside by nine o clock, while 14 16 year
olds have to be home by ten o clock on school nights. On weekends and summer nights 14 16 year

Social Issues In The Walking Dead By Richard Kirkman
In the graphic novel, The Walking Dead by Richard Kirkman (writer), Tony Moore (art) and Cliff
Rathburn (gray tones) introduce us to see how it is to survive in the zombie apocalypse, where the
main story is not about the zombies themselves but the survivors. This is where a neighbor may
turn into a walker (slang of zombies, and infected) and probably they should consider murdering
him or her with an unsharpened object. This blunt object, the horrendous zombies, and the
expressions of the characters are well represented by Tony Moore through the art in this book.
Kirkman shows us that there are social issues between the survivors. Through his story, Kirkman
tells us that in a post apocalyptic world, there is no administration, there is no law implementation,
