at high risk of getting breast and ovarian cancers due to their BRCA gene mutations. First a
likelihood estimation model is built based on a gradient boosting model. This model is capable

personal history of cancers. Then, a Markov decision process (MDP) model is formulated to help
BRCA mutation carriers and their health providers to find effective intervention actions (based on

(RMDP) model is presented to study the sensitivity of MDP optimal strategies under uncertainty. In

I have been taken care of 4 patients towards the end of my time on 2B. I think I handled it well.
It can be challenging sometimes. For example, I had to discharge one patient by 10am. And the
staff meeting for my newly admitted patient was around the same time. Besides, one of my
patients approached me to have PRNs, the forth patient also requested a shave. On 2B, shaving
has to be supervised by staff. All my patients needed me at once. I learned to ask help from other
RNs and delegate appropriate tasks to NA in order to get things done on time. Sometimes, we
don t have enough help. I had to prioritize my tasks and patients needs. Of course, I offer my help
to my fellow RNs when they re busy. I had completed blood draws for others many times (11).
The pain management on 2B is quite different. (7) This is because many of the common non
pharmacological interventions are considered unsafe due to the high suicide risk in our patient

The effect of this was that nothing could be simply looking at, but had to be looked over to find
the fact. With the invention of the telegraph, a large change came over the American culture.
Because of the increased speed of news, more news was sent out. This created an influx of
irrelevant news and the American people were forced to try to figure out what news was important
and which was worthless. With the influx, the idea of knowing something became not actually
knowing the background, but just knowing the headline. The biggest change to American culture
came from television. Television is viewed as a factual source; however, television...is devoted
entirely to supplying its audience with entertainment (Postman 87). The addition of television
changed culture because it a major source of so called facts was just a disguise for entertainment.
The effect of this is that people s information becomes a source of entertainment and the
entertainment is taken as fact. The changing forms of media and information creates a culture that
the perceived truth becomes the same as entertainment and there is a lack of ability to see the
