It is indeed a beautiful evening, all soaked in the Pune theme. The decoration outside, the ambience

junction where a chapter closes and a new one begins. It is overwhelming that we now count 7

In the essays Homeplace by Scott Russell Sanders and I Must Be Going by Richard Ford, the
authors discuss their very different viewpoints on whether people should move around or stay put
in one home. In Homeplace, Sanders argues against moving with a didactic and self righteous tone
that aims to put his philosophy of staying put above any other. However, in I Must Be Going, Ford
approaches the topic differently, explaining his own reasons for moving from home to home.
Although he is defensive in reaction to others criticizing his choices to move, he does not put his
method of living above that of others, but simply seeks to justify it. Although the two authors
discuss the same topic in their essays and both use evocative methods of writing to explore the
motivations behind moving or staying put, they do so using very different viewpoints and attitudes
towards transience. Throughout Homeplace, Sanders conveys his moralistic attitude against

The right to a fair trial. It protects society from injustice and separates the guilty from the
innocent. Without this human right, law and order in society would not be as fair as it is today,
however, in some cases this right was not given. Six convicts from Adelaide, South Australia
were found guilty and sentenced to jail due to the evidence given by Doctor Colin Manock, a

given this right and although they may not be innocent they should still be given it. Dr Colin
Manock has presented questionable forensic evidence for all six of these cases which has lead to
wrongful convictions.
The men have had to live and put up with the brutal consequences for a crime they possibly did not
commit. Meaning, that the true murderer is roaming freely on the streets. Compensation may help
but never completely heal the damage done. This is showing that there is a huge flaw in our

Both Stephen Dunn and the Beach Boys wrote about their places of relaxation where they go to

SOULS, and is based on a true story. The author, Tom Shroder, was an editor at the Washington
Post Magazine, and as a curious but skeptical man, convinced the acclaimed psychologist, Dr. Ian
Stevenson, to allow him access on his journey through India and Lebanon, meeting various case
studies of children who could remember and recount details about their past lives that would be
completely impossible for them to know otherwise. Over the course of the journey and his book,

This prop is a long piece of white material (that has characteristics of a silk scarf) and is used to
symbolise the boundaries and restraints in the lives of the slaves. Her emotions change throughout
this section, she is hidden at first but then she progressively becomes angrier as she is frustrated
confined while doing things she does not want to do.
The movements used in this section are very long and flowing. There are several arm extensions
contractions that are soon followed by Jamison s torso pushing back up. I see the arm extension as
trying to reach out for freedom and something better outside of that small box of slavery and I see
the contractions as the pressure finally getting to her and then she decides to not give in to that
pressure.
In the second section it represents the women fighting for their freedom. The movements are a lot
more circular in this section. It uses more contractions, releasing vibratory movements. In the first
two sections, the dancer shows the struggle being not only physical but emotional also. She does
this by the powerful expressions she uses on her face. She even imitates a couple of screams that
play in the song Been On A Train . This gives the audience a clear understanding of the how she is
feeling.
The connection between the second and third section is that it goes from fighting for freedom to
