Since 1959, this refining, marketing, and international trading company served the Indian state with
the important task of reducing India s dependence on foreign oil and thus conserving valuable foreign
exchange. That changed in April 2002, however, when the Indian government deregulated its
petroleum industry and ended Indian Oil s monopoly on crude oil imports.

for the financial year 2010 2011.It is a major player in Oil and Gas Sector. It is mainly into
downstream oil business. The main operation of IOCL is refining crude oil and selling of subsidized
products. India generally imports around 70 % of its crude oil to cater the huge domestic demand.It is
the major supplier to core sector: Supplier of fuel (more than 80% of requirement) to Government
organizations i.e. army, railways, state road transport, air force navy.

I will now properly introduce to you the princess that started it all, the fairest of by far, Snow White.
Disney first released Snow White into the public in the1930 s. What set her apart was her stunning
beauty, something she has no control over, but was born into. Snow white was never seen as anything
more than a pretty face and a sweet nature. She was at the mercy of men, the dwarfs, the huntsman,

Younger children are used to getting what they want as children and grow up knowing the ability to
charm and manipulate others to their advantage. They also generally less uptight and more carefree
since the family rules are usually loosened by the time of their arrival. Parents are already confident in
their role as caregiver, and therefore are more lenient (Gross, 2014). They excuse behaviour that was
deemed unacceptable for the older children since the parents have already dealt with such situations in
the past and are not as stern with younger children. However, younger children may feel neglected by
their older siblings and may feel inadequate in comparison to the older siblings achievements.

over younger children, they may be misguided and more reckless than their older siblings who may

Southern Renaissance Influence
The Southern Renaissance was a time during the 1920s and 1930s where there was a change in
southern literature. Even though most of the Southern Renaissance took place during the 1920s and
30s it was still affected by WWII. The Southern Renaissance is important because it saw a bunch of
new southern writers and affected southern literature. People say that the Southern renaissance ended
before WWII but it actually continued after WWII and was Affected by it. One example of how WWII

not only confirmed those changes but it created a modern day south that in numerous respects seemed
to bear little relationship to the community in which the leading writers of the Southern Renaissance

Among schools with 12th grade students during the 2010 11 school year, the average percentage of
12th grade students who graduated with a high school diploma was 89 percent for traditional public

Educational Sciences). Traditional on campus classes are those in which a student earns a diploma or a
degree in a classroom environment taught by a professor. Students are provided with high amounts of

Another claim against immunization is personal opposition to big pharmaceutical companies. Some
believe vaccines are charged to patients solely for profit. This pharmaceutical profit motive can call
into question product safety and integrity. The overwhelming majority of vaccines are not highly
profitable though (Lam). Due to the massive investment of time and funds required to create vaccines,
coupled with only marginal returns on this investment, pharmaceutical corporations do not focus on
them. As result, nonprofit health organizations and political agencies such as the CDC, and the WHO,
generally lead the charge in vaccine development. It is a real danger that companies will stop

Voting is the foremost way to exhibit good citizenship and civil responsibility. People should get
involved in elections and educated in all political measures. By this they become good and responsible

preserve the freedom and voting opportunity as a sacred right. True democracy demands the
involvement of the people otherwise in absence of that there is no democracy(Akande, 2011).

In the early morning of April 25, 1915 ships from the Allied forces arrived at Gallipoli. They had
expected a flat beach, but due to an incorrect landing position they instead found steep cliffs. The
soldiers scurried to claim ground whilst enduring constant fire and shelling from the determined
Turkish soldiers, with many losing their lives in the process. The Anzacs had drawn plans to claim a
