The average difference of registered coffee capsules taken to recycling
by Nespresso Brazil employees was about 9kg per month higher in
the 2nd
wave of the campaign.
The 1st
wave lasted 14 months and the 2nd
wave lasted 11 months,
so we must consider the possibility of this average getting even higher
in the 2nd wave, regarding the participation of more employees that the
operational improvements made possible.
Besides, the operational improvements of the campaign showed its
value also based on the unities´ engagement, getting of the one of
the smallest boutiques (at the time it happened) champion of 2nd
wave,
due to the proportional ranking implemented in the 2nd
wave.
