A presentation about the architectural tool clinometer that is made for the purposes of an international eTwinning project Photo mARTh.

2. What is a
clinometer?
 A clinometer is a tool for measuring the
angle of an incline, and with its help we can
calculate the height of objects

4. How to make a clinometer?
 We need: protractor (or a piece of cardboard that has marked
angles on it), a piece of rope and some kind of weight (a nut or
something similar). We can also add some kind of visor.
 We tie the nut to one end of the rope and tie it to the protractor
with the other end.

6. Task
 We gave ourselves a task to calculate
the height of our students’ dormitory
using our clinometer.
 We picked 2 spots that have 2.5
meters of distance between them.
From those 2 spots, we used the
clinometer to get the angle of the
incline.
 The first angle is 40 degrees, and the
other one is 50.
