made him think for himself. Dana is an African American woman in her late 20 s teleporting

Networks (RNN) in voltage instability early prediction. Voltage instability early detection is

research, the bus voltage phase is considered as the main factor of power system voltage instability
early detection. Voltage instability leads to a considerable change in the difference between the
consecutive buses voltage angles. A recurrent neural network trained with Particle Swarm
Optimization(PSO) is proposed in this paper. The proposed method is examined on 14 bus and 30
bus IEEE standard systems. These systems are simulated using MATLAB/Power System Toolbox
program. The performance of the proposed method is compared with Back propagation (BP)

increased the share of domestic savings that directed to cover the growing public deficit at the
expense of investment spending share. Ratios of public budget deficit to demand for domestic
savings fluctuated around upward sloping trend. This ratio recorded 40%, in average, with
standard deviation 14.5% during the considered period. Panel (a) in figure (3) shows that despite
ratio of investment spending to demand for domestic savings recorded 84%, in average, with
standard deviation 10.3%; however, these ratios fluctuated around a relatively horizontal trend
during the considered period. Accordingly, it can be said that public budget deficit works as a
constraint to investment spending. Panel (b) may confirm this suggestion, as it shows that
investment spending, as a percent of GDP, is following a downward sloping trend especially after
2008, where ratios of public budget deficit to demand for domestic savings started to follow an
upward sloping trend. In other words, it can be said that public spending competes with investment
spending for domestic savings, a familiar problem known as crowding out. Under such a
circumstance, financing domestic investment is at the mercy of foreign indirect capital flows
which depend on the efficiency of financial markets and political status and relations of the country.

As the PSAC is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year I think we should look back at many of
the accomplishments. The PSAC has achieved many gains for its members including safer
working conditions, better wages, equal pay for work of equal value, benefit coverage for same

according to the priority concerns of the membership, and according to changes in the workplace

De Leon who was an overweight boy of Dominican origin growing up in New Jersey. Leon
appears to be quite interested in science fiction and novels that relate to fantasy. The boy also
appears to be burdened with a curse that has followed his family for generations. The caretaker,
on the other hand, is a play that features three acts in that there are different actors, some of them
being Aston and Davies (Diaz 13). Aston has invited Davies who is homeless to his flat after he
has rescued him from a bar fight. Davies appears to be critical of Aston s house and comments
on how messy it is. The paper aims to discuss on ways in which the main characters of the Brief
Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao and The Caretaker embody the characteristics of the immigrant and

It s summer vacation and I m riding the gondola with my family up to the top of a rainforest in
Costa Rica. My brother and I are preparing ourselves mentally, to zip line across the monstrous

mentioned how high we were. Going up to the top, I felt the atmosphere change and suddenly the
air was really moist, and I was almost immediately covered in sweat. We were at the top of the
