1. Buy An Essay Paper
Crafting an essay on the subject of "Buy An Essay Paper" poses a unique set of challenges, as it
requires navigating the delicate balance between discussing the merits and drawbacks of
purchasing academic papers. On one hand, the task involves delving into the motivations behind
seeking external assistance for academic assignments, exploring the potential benefits of such
services, and understanding the various perspectives on the ethical implications. On the other
hand, it demands a critical examination of the risks associated with buying essays, such as issues
related to plagiarism, academic integrity, and the long-term impact on one's learning and
personal development.
Addressing this topic necessitates a comprehensive exploration of the factors that drive
individuals to consider buying an essay paper, including time constraints, academic pressure, and
a lack of confidence in one's writing abilities. Analyzing the potential advantages involves
assessing the role of professional writing services in providing support, fostering a better
understanding of the subject matter, and facilitating academic success.
However, the essay must also delve into the ethical concerns surrounding this practice.
Discussing the potential consequences, both in terms of academic penalties and the broader
impact on a student's education, is crucial. Additionally, it is essential to explore the societal
implications of a culture that tolerates or even encourages such practices.
Furthermore, weaving a coherent narrative requires a nuanced approach to present a well-
rounded perspective. This involves considering the viewpoints of educators, institutions, and
students themselves. It's important to acknowledge that while external assistance may offer
short-term relief, the long-term consequences may outweigh the immediate benefits.
In conclusion, tackling the topic of "Buy An Essay Paper" in an essay demands a careful balance
of examining the motivations, advantages, and ethical concerns associated with such actions. It
requires a thorough exploration of the complexities involved and a nuanced understanding of the
implications for both individuals and the educational system.

2. A Comparison Of Shakespeare In High School
Shakespeare In this essay I will be arguing that shakespeare should be taught in High
School. In my opinion, I think that William Shakespeare s Romeo and Juliet in the
9th grade curriculum should be taught because it relates to teenagers during this part
of their life as they are going thru love, jealously, and ect.. The three topics of which
teenagers begin to experience during the beginning of their High Schooleducation. As
William Shakespeareonce said, Nice and easy does it; those that run too fast will fall
. Just like 9th graders wanting to experience it all too fast without understanding
what Shakespeare is trying to get across to the reader. In these paragraph i have
how shakespeare relates to teenagers feeling at this age. In my other paragraph i
will be explaining how William became famous all over the world. My third
paragraph with be an counter argument. I will be talking to u about william
shakespeare and how it relate to teenagers feelings. I will now show you two
quotes that ties back to me argument that shakespeare should be taught in school.
William says in romeo and juliet Did my heart love till now? Forswear it sight! For
I ne er saw true beauty till this night. This is an example of love, this shows how
people feel when they first see that one girl that has taken there heart. This ties back
to some teenagers because when they first go into high school they see that one girl
that they have dream about and they will do anything to see her
3. Essay on Ducati Case Study
February 1, 2014 Introduction:
Being a motorcycle company that produces high performance, highly successful
racing motorcycles, as well as motorcycles for the commercial market, has proven to
be a winning strategy for Ducati. This case focuses on Ducati Corse, a subsidiary of
Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. that manages racing teams, bike development,
promotions, and sponsorship areas of the company. Ducati Corse is a relatively small
organization that encourages cross departmental integration with its internal teams to
achieve the best motorcycle design and racing outcomes as possible. Ducati started
racing in the new MotoGP Circuit during the 2003 race season. With unexpected
positive racing results, Ducati took the data collected ... Show more content on

Ducati s success was a combination of Ducati engineers passion for their work, their
detailed attention to the design process, and a well defined, developed method called
the Ducati Method. The Ducati Method helped lead to modular design via extensive
use of CAD and simulation technology to optimize the design before physically
developing the components followed by intense testing to validate the design.
Question 2: How did Ducati use data?
Processing, interpreting, and using real time data is a complex task which the
Ducati engineers employed with the help of other departments. They utilized rider
feedback from the races, videos of each race, track tests, data on race performance,
and functional data acquired by on bike sensors. Ducati used the data from the track
to identify problems that could not be detected in simulation. This type of data is
excellent for measuring relative performance, evaluating structural stress loads,
drivetrain torque, and system temperatures. However, it can be greatly influenced by
the driver and environmental conditions. Data of this volume proved difficult to sift
through, and additional staffers were hired to tackle it for the 2004 season.
Question 3: What is your assessment of their approach?
We feel that Ducati s approach was ineffective due to the lack of a structured plan
with clear priorities. Ducati Corse tried to solve more problems than they were able,
which seemed to result in missed

1)In Stephen Doloff s The Opposite Sex, he writes that in general, his female
students were eager to imagine being male for a day; whereas, his male students
were reluctant to imagine being female for a day. Doloff concludes that both genders
are burdened with sexist stereotypes and sexist self images, but what disturbs me
more is the idea that males not only do not want to be femalefor a day, but that they
can t even imagine what it is like to be a female. Are females so objectified in our
society that males can t conceptualize females as human beings, as just like
themselves?
R/ We live in a society where integrity, manners, and respect are either not well

Alex Ferguson s leadership style Case study
Introduction
Alexander Chapman Ferguson, known as Alex Ferguson, was born in 1941, in
Govan Glasgow Scotland. As a teenager he was working as a tool s apprentice in
his father shipyard then in his 19, he became a labor union activist and an active
member of the Labor Party . As far as Ferguson s the football player career is
concerned, actually, he did not achieve a successful career. In fact, as a player
Ferguson started with a small local football team the Queens Park and St Johnston
club. Afterward, he got the chance to join the Glasgow Ranger club, yet this union

What in your reading have you been able to find that supports your view?
Sir Alex Ferguson has been using the charismatic leadership style. In order to
understand, Alex Ferguson style we have to start by defining the charismatic
leadership style as well as the charismatic personality treats. Charismatic leadership
is defined as a social influence process that involves the formulation and articulation
of an evocative vision, provides inspiration to motivate collective action ...and
displays unconventional and personal risk taking behavior (Sosik, Dinger, 2007). As
far as the personality treats as concerned, charismatic leaders are most of the time
being dominant, having a strong desire to influence others, being self confident, and
having a strong sense of one s own moral values (Northouse, 2004).
Concerning Alex Ferguson style, he has been using encouragement and
enthusiasm as motivation methods. In fact, Ferguson has been known as the
greatest motivator in the modern football times. To illustrate his cheerleading
feature, in 1999, during the European Cup final, he indicated to his team at the end
of this game, the European cup will be only three feet away from you and you will
not be able to touch it if we lose (Alex Ferguson, 1999). Furthermore, as a leader he
has been very demanding and always expecting a 100% from his players since he
believes that hard work is the key of success: I think it is important to work and I m
entitled to work, some

Ronald Reagan s transcript of his tear down this wall speech has gone done in
history as one of the more influential speeches. In regards to importance, some people
compare Reagan s speech in West Berlin as being just as influential as other speeches,
such as Martin Luther King s famous speech. Within the transcript, there are some
common themes. Some of the themes within the transcript are freedom, prosperity,
and union. The purpose of this short paper is to discuss the significant of Reagan s
speech, and possibly discuss some contradictions within the transcript. In America,
Reagan s speech was well received, but in the Soviet Union, it was seen as a treat to
all they believed in.
The basic understanding of Reagan s speech demonstrates the need for union and
freedom of the Soviet Union. Through union, a true peace could be achieved between
these two people. In addition to peace, Reagan claimed there would be certain

Reagan s tear down this wall speech calls for two different people to come together
in union to evolve as a country. Through union, both peace and freedom can be
achieved for the people of the Soviet Union. Upon reading this paper though, for
there to be union, the Soviet Union must submit and forfeit their own national
ideals. Can there truly be freedom if one is force to conform to ideals which are not
their own? Ultimately, the understanding of Reagan s speech depends on one s
ideals of what they believe is right and wrong. My personally option is that although
Reagan s speech is inspirational in an American point of view, it is ultimately
threating and an act of forced suppression. Regarding capitalism and communism, I
believe both are flawed and that there needs to be change in the current system for
the world to grow. As capitalism currently stands and the gap of inequality grows, I
do not believe our system can maintain itself and at some point, will

Constantine and people swore an oath to him. Later it was revealed that in some

a revolt and they guessed that all soldiers and people too would be confused in
such a situation. They decided not to swear an oath and refuse Nicholas as Tsar on
December 14, 1825 and call a revolt at the same day. The DecembristsRevolt at The

This movement was the outgrowth of a national condition which can be traced back
into eighteenth century. Decembrism itself was not only a short lived revolutionary
idea but it was an attitude held by at least two generations, a philosophy of political
rebellion which came to climax on December 14, 1825. Though defeated, the
Decembrists left an indelible impression upon Nicholas and throughout his reign, he
always considered developments from a viewpoint determined by his sad memories
of December 14. In spite of the fact that it failed to achieve immediate positive
results, the revolt bore healthy seeds and it has been considered as the first
revolutionary movement. The testimonies of the Decembrists directed the
government s attention to the gravity of general condition in the state, to increasing
discontent and necessity for economic improvements. The government took definite
measures and reforms were also introduced. Serfdom was also abolished in 1861.
Although the revolt remained a neglected and suppressed topic during Nicholas s
reign but Alexander Herzen placed profiles of executed Decembrists on the cover of
his periodical Polar Star. In spite of all the shortcomings of The Decembrist Revolt,
this was the first ever open breach between the government and liberal elements, and
it subsequently in some way helped Russia
10. Steven Spielberg s Film Jaws
Steven Spielberg s film JAWS (1975), (Spielberg/Universal), uses the motif of an
essentially unseen shark, ominously present through unpredictable displays of
terrifying violence, to sculpt a message about good, evil, power, arrogance, and
vanity within the hegemony of small town middle class America. Spielberg
markets this High Concept (Cook 40), film and its nationalist ideals on a story that
is principally based on one image, the shark, and the fallibility of the human
decision making process. In a relatively short scene that lasts no longer than a
minute and a half, eleven or so minutes into the film, the viewer is presented with
the hierarchy of the town s political decision making process, its hubris and the lack
of concern for the physical safety of the common citizenry over which they
govern. The scene takes place on a small ferry boat in the town s harbor. The
previous evening there was an unwitnessed shark attack in the harbor water which
killed a young woman. The discussion on the ferry, held by the town s mayor,
selectmen, medical examiner, and police chief, is primarily between police chief
Brody and Mayor Vaughn. Brody tells Vaughn that he is going to shut the beach
down, no swimming will be allowed because it is unsafe. The mayor tell him that
he, the police chief, does not have the authority to do so and that only he, the mayor,
does and he has no intention to give him authority to do do. Amity is a summer town

Preliminary Issues A major outbreak of Lead Poisoning in Northern Nigeria, more
specifically in the area of the Zamfara State, is described by the Human Rights
Watch (HRW) as the biggest epidemic of Lead Poisoning in modern history. The
height of the outbreak caused children mortality rates to sky rocket. This situation
is still a current crisis today for those who still suffer from lead poisoning, and for
the survivors who are now struggling with the dire disabilities. According to news
report released by NPR Health, the original crisis was caused due to locals processing
of ore for gold. The area that was being processed for ore was laced with lead; when
the ore was grinded to extract the gold, the process generated clouds of lead laden
dust, which was carried home by the workers and inhaled by the children (NPR
Health News). The result showed an alarming impact on the mortality rate of
children who were exposed to lead. According to The African Journal of Medicine
and Medical Sciences, approximately 400 children died within the first couple days
of the lead infested mining incident, and a total of 40% of children died in the
village of Zamfara within the year (The African Journal of Medicine and Medical
Sciences). Medical attention was brought to the area when there was an unusual
notice for the experience of deaths, vomiting of blood, and seizures in children.
Health professionals discovered that while the international concerned level of lead

statement that during his lifetime, H.G. Wells made many predictions that turned out
to be surprisingly accurate, including the rise of major cities and suburbs, and the
splitting of an atom. Starting in the nineteenth century and continuing into the
twentieth century, Herbert George Wells wrote many books influencing the way
people live and see the world around them. Two of his most remembered works are
The Time Machine, and The War of the Worlds; both of which teach people about
the unexpected. In The Time Machine, Wells wants to warn people not to get too
comfortable. Just because things are going well at the moment, doesn t provide an
accurate reading for things that are to come in the future. In The War of the
Worlds, similarly, Wells is trying to prepare people for the unexpected. This is
somewhat of an irony because H.G. Wells s cause of death was an unrecognized

rationale will outline the focus of the curriculum initiative, address its significance,
demonstrate how to implement the initiative into Study of Society, and why senior
students would find it interesting and worthwhile. To address these areas the rationale
will draw on the initiative itself, and will apply the initiative to the Study of Society

The first goal is that Australian schooling should promote equity and excellence (p.7).
In relation to global education, this initiative requires that the school promotes high
expectations and outcomes of all students no matter their gender, language, sexual
orientation, pregnancy, culture, ethnicity, religion, health or disability,
socioeconomic background, or geographic location and that the school contributes to
a socially cohesive society that respects and appreciates cultural, social and religious
diversity (p.7). The second goal from the Melbourne Declaration on Educational
Goals for Young Australians (MCEETYA, 2008) states, all young Australians should
have the opportunity to become successful learners, confident and creative
individuals, and active and informed citizens (p.7). Global education fits comfortably
into the descriptors of this goal. These goals require the school and wider community
to model the values associated with global education. Further commitment to the
goals can be achieved through the study of global education and promoting the
concepts found within the Melbourne Declaration, Study of Society syllabus, and
global education frameworks. There are many ways in which global education can be
implemented in senior Study of Society, which promote student knowledge and

15. The Pros And Cons Of Capitalization
Capitalization
We live in the era of Globalization, which refers to the international integration of
goods, services, people, and money with the purpose of making an area more
profitable or productive, or useful. This term sounds good for everybody. If we
exchange all these components, the living of the global citizens raises, but this is
not all true. In fact, this exchange originates more macrolevel issues globally, and
with these problems, also microlevel issues. I m not saying it has not been an
effective way all these past years to benefit the population with a more worldwide
opportunity to success, but has it been addressed correctly? Let s take a look to some
of the problems that overrun our world.
Many nations go blind with the idea of producing more profitable people for their
countries economic growth to the point that they strength up iceberg issues in
society, problems that only their top are known but their bottom are unacknowledged.
When we explore these issues deeper we find that there is an inequality in human
rights. One of the main rights that is not given in a same quality to everybody is
education. For instance, students from wealthy families get the chance to go to good
schools and universities, while students living in poverty have minimum chances to
go to good schools or they don t even get the opportunity to attend college, as it has
been proven to us in the podcast Carlos doesn t remember , when Carlos is given the

Brand awareness is the most important indicator of the consumers knowledge about
a brand. Brand awareness and customer loyalty go hand in hand. Loyalty of a
customer is an emotional attachment to the brand. This attachment is driven by
brand image and brand awareness. Brand awareness and brand image should
develop an affection similar to a friendship. When buying a product for the first
time, brand awareness is key. It is what gets the consumer to purchase that product.
Measuring brand awareness is another key part in relating it to consumer buying
behaviors. Three ways to measure brand awareness are spontaneous brand recall, top
of mind recall, and aided recall. The ways that measure brand awareness are key in
successfully marketing your product. Brand awareness is a starting point for all
customer satisfaction.
Another integral part of understanding your customer, conveying your brand s image,
and trying to retain that customer that shows evidence of brand loyalty is the customer
s buying decision process. There are five steps in this process, to briefly gloss over
these steps, they go as follows: Problem Recognition, Information Search, Evaluation
of Alternatives, Purchase Decision, and Postpurchase behavior. Although these are
decisions that the consumer makes, as a marketer for a company, it is extremely
important to understand the importance of each step of this process in order to

Introduction
1.1Purpose of the Report
The purpose of this investigation is to research aspects of water quality such as
guidelines for water quality, water quality parameters, contaminants that effect water
quality, water quality tests and catchment area influences. Samples from the Dee
River, from above and below the former Mount Morgan mine site, will be tested and
compared in terms of pH level, conductivity and water hardness. The links that exist
between pH levels and water hardness will also be investigated. These three variables
have dramatic influences on the water quality of the Dee River which will be
discussed throughout the investigation.

Water quality protects and maintains public health, provides stable habitats for
ecosystems, plays a major role in the agriculture and mining industries and contributes
to recreation and tourism.
Because water is not pure, except in its vapour form, it is affected by a range of
different parameters. For example, agriculture, urban, recreation, industrial uses can
alter the quality as well as the modification of natural stream flows by man made
infrastructure and the weather, in particular the wrath of droughts.
Water is generally at a higher quality higher in the river, the best water quality is
typically found in the headwaters. The quality often declines as rivers flow through
regions where land and water use are intense and where pollution from industry
increases.
1.2.1Water Hardness
Water hardness is typically known as the amount of minerals present in an aqueous
solution. It specifically looks at the amounts of dissolved calcium and magnesium in
the water. Hard water generally has high levels of dissolved minerals whilst soft
water has low levels.
According to South East Water, the general guidelines classifications for soft water

21. Linguists Mixed On Effects Of Text Messaging On Students
Smartphones are influencing the behaviors and the way of thinking of users
worldwide. Language, for example, is affected by smartphones due to text messaging.
A user s writing and speech can be changed because of the usage of abbreviated words
and shortcuts. Specifically, text messaging impacts students in the classroom because
it establishes a trend, enforces disorganized thoughts in written communication, and
the use of word abbreviations and shortcuts are used in a daily basis. Text messaging
creates a craze in a specific way of using communication in writing and in speech. It
establishes lingos that should not be used in one s academic life. As stated by Naomi
Baron in Linguists Mixed on Effects of Text Messaging, Problems arise when people
use the quick casual language in other forms of written communication. The method

According to the writing, That alarms some linguists, who worry that the
proliferation of text messaging where cellphone users type and send short
messages to other phones or computers will enforce sloppy, undisciplined habits
among American youths (Linguists Mixed on Effects of Text Messaging). The
undisciplined habits in text messaging is used in academic classes. As a result,
students are affected due to the common use of altered language in text messaging.
Furthermore, the form of conversing in text messaging is often used in a person s
everyday lives. As it states in the essay, And as more people use the lingo for text
messaging, Sheidlower said, it is more likely to spill into speech or writing
(Linguists Mixed on Effects of Text Messaging). The method of communicating in
cell phones reflects a person s approach in their normal lives. Accordingly, the
different ways of conversing in cell phones and in real life can have an effect on a

Other than that research, Todd Sandler (2013) saw the correlation between the
Terrorism Game Theory, as he explains: Game theory shows how terrorists exploit
asymmetric warfare to their strategic advantage. Terrorist networks allow terrorists to
deploy their best shot effort against targeted countries whose lack of cooperation
means that there are always soft targets or the weakest links for terrorists to attack for
maximum gain. In addition, terrorists choose an optimal risk minimizing network

with fathers who were hostile.
Regarding the behavioral explaination, Post (1998) stated that if terrorism was
strategic and rational, such groups should be more likely to disband after they

23. Identifying The Title Shift Leaders As Exempt Essay
Classifying the Title Shift Leaders as Exempt Classifying the title, shift leader as
exempt is more complicated than it seems. A journalist for the Chicago Tribune,
Rex Huppke (2012) says, There was a time when job titles were simple. You were
either the boss or not the boss. Today times has changed, the FLSA (2010) says,
some jobs are classified as exempt by definition. For instance, in this case the Jones
Department storetitled their employees shift leader, but fail to distinguish
administrative employees from operational or production employees and called their
statues exempt without corrective qualification. Consequently, the department
manager assumes the same, though pattern and classifies Jane, a shift leader, exempt

assumptions about human nature how upper, middle, and lower level management
attitudes and assumptions are either effective or ineffective because some managers

There are several reasons Amy classified Jane an exempt employee besides her job

as the manager, assigns the associates to various work areas as needed, and offers

24. Surveillance And The National Security Agency
There are all different types of surveillance now a days. The thought of it has come
a long way and it has evolved significantly. There are many pros and cons as to
surveillance in today s world. Also, there are many different ways that technology
allows people to get surveillance on many different things such as people, where they
go, who they talk to, private information, and so much more. Surveillanceand security
in the United States has also changed significantly since September 11th, 2001. The
National SecurityAgency also plays a big role in surveillance and security today and it
has come a long way.
The National Security Agency, also known as the NSA, was created on November 4,
1952, by President Harry S. Truman. It was created during World War 2 to try and
decode codes from the Germans and Japanese (Murse, What is the National Security
Agency). According to the Article What is the National Security Agency written by
U.S. Politics expert Tom Murse, the National Security Agency gathers intellect by
piloting surveillance on its adversaries through the assembly of phone call, email and
Internet data. He also states that the National Security Agency s surveillance
activities are directed by the U.S. Constitution and overseen by members of Congress,
precisely members of the House Intelligence Subcommittee on Technical and Tactical

25. Causes And Failures Of The Weimar Republic
To a significant extent the failures of the Weimar Republic assisted in the rise of
Hitler and the Nazi Party. The underlying fatal flaw of the economics was never
resolved creating the first of many failings that the Weimar Republic faced. Another
apparent weak point was the instability of the political government. Along with
inability to foresee potential vulnerability they were placing themselves in. This all
led the people of Germany to form a distrust in the Weimar Republicand
fundamentally allow extremists parties to offer change. Nevertheless, Adolf Hitlerhad
inherited talent in the ability to manipulate and lead the masses.
The Weimar Republic failed to fully get Germany out of the Great Depression,
creating a spiral effect, allowing Hitler and the Nazi party to propose change and
eventually rise to power. Germany has a long history of being a proud nation and
when the depression hit, it hit hard and was faced with complete resentment.
Historian Knut Borchadt argues that Germany was unable to respond effectively to
the Great Depression because of underlying economic weaknesses , for example
foreign debt, high wage levels and a very powerful trade union movement, Borchadt
also suggests after the Great Depression and Wall street crash, democracy had no
chance (Borchadt in Wormald, 2017). Historian Richard Bessel suggest similarly that
because the SPD never fully consolidated/accepting the new democracy within the

Alexander, 1997; Kim et al., 2007) using molecular based techniques for analyzing
the genome sizes (Knipe and Hetsley, 2001). The classification schemes adopted
for Avian Avulavirus 1, is based on the sequences and phylogenetic analysis of HN,
L, M and F genes and these have been advanced to group isolates (Aldous et al.,
2003; Liu et al., 2011; Miller et al., 2010; Pedersen, 2010). Depending on the
researcher s preference, nominal differences arise in the grouping of isolates.
Using genotypes or genetic lineages proposed by Aldous et al., Avian Avulavirus 1
is placed in serotype 1 with six lineages and 13 sublineages (AVV 1) (Aldous et al.,
2003), to which three other sublineages were added (Snoeck, et al 2009). Most ND
vaccines are grouped under Class II, genotype I and II while genotype III X are
velogenic that might be used as challenge viruses in vaccination experiments.
Using the genome size scheme, Avian Avulavirus 1 is placed into six lineages (1 to

and 4 (a to d) and in lineage 5 (a to e). On the other hand, using genomic

several characters who experience much pain and difficulty. There is one character,
however, named Lieutenant Commander Oram, who was forced to deal with a very

hit by an unexpected mine, causing the submarine to malfunction. The mine was
responsible for the steering wheel system to break along with the propellers to fall
off. As a result of this, the men were trapped inside the submarine with no way of
getting out. What made the situation even worse was that the team was unable to get
any outside help from the base on shore due to a major storm that prevented planes

Do you think animals should be in captive? I think they should not be in captive. I

mates, number two they are isolated, number three limited space and diet.. All of
these reason make me feel bad for all of the animals in captive. Today if you think
they should be in captive. I what to try to change your mind about animals in captive.
If we put animals in captive the will not have the chance to pick their own mate. In
zoos and a circus they are forced into a relationships. They might not like the mate
they are put with. This can cause mine problems with the animals. They can fight and
hurt one another. They will not have offspring. If they are the last two of their
species and they don t have offspring they can become extinct. Every time I ve been
to the zoo or the circus to me all of the animals looked sad. Like they wanted to go
back to their birthplace. Other people believe that they are protected from extinction
in the article The Impact of Animal Protection paragraph 3 and 8, and people think
they are happy being in captive. I still believe that they should be in the wild because
if we take them to somewhere different we are hurting other animals.

30. Evaluation Of The Gym Program
Case 1
1.We used operation time to calculate the utilization of various facilities. Calculation
is as below.
After analysing the calculated result, we found out that cardio equipment is over
booked during peak hours in 2000 as per the five year growth trend, the gym
membership is going to grow in future years. So in order to accommodate the future
members the gym has to increase the capacity of the cardio equipment s with
40%cushion capacity and the rest of the facilities which are nearing the 30% cushion
rate should be next in line for capacity upgrading.
2. Expansionist strategy would be appropriate for the Fitness Plus gym. Since the
gym is expecting new enrolment in January and that is also the peak period of the
year. And according to the case if they need to increase the capacity that would take 4
month time for renovation. So in order to accommodate the new enrollment and the
current member gym they need to increase the capacity of some of the facilities as
per the cushion.
For the long time strategy the gym should adopt wait and see as it has to evaluate the
effect of competition on their customer base.
If it was not affecting, they should adopt continuous expansion strategy
If it is affecting, they should stick with Wait and see strategy. 3. Capacity decision
made were based on the capacity utilisation of the facilities provided by the gym.
Since the gym financial stand point is not strong; only the over utilised facilities are
planned for expansion.

The Strategic Family Therapy Center is a family based intervention and its target is
to understand problems through interactions and behaviors in each client family.
According to Haley Jay this therapy is very practical because it is a therapy where the
therapist initiates what happens during therapy, designs a specific approach for each
person s presenting problem, and where the therapist takes responsibility for directly
influencing people. (www.mri.org/strategic_family_therapy.html). In other word, the
therapist has the authority to direct the clients in the direction he finds best in order
to bring necessary changes in that specific system.
The therapy is identified as being brief and seeks to observe family interactions,
looking at the system and, the goal is to get every family member to take part in the
session and to highlight the specific issue that need to be addressed. In out case

Starbucks is one of the top contenders in the coffee industry and their income

Starbucks Corporation s (SBUX) revenues have consistently grown from $10,707
million USD in 2010 to $16,448 million USD in 2014, while its competitor, Dunkin
Doughnuts had a revenue of $577 million in 2010 and $749 million in 2014. These
statistics definitely reveal that Starbucksgenerates a substantially larger volume of
revenue than Dunkin Doughnuts. Starbucks s revenue over the five year period
indicates the company has strong brand recognition with consumers for its high
quality products and attracts a high income customer base. Additionally, Starbucks
rapid pace of growth domestically and internationally has created a large target
market, which positively influenced revenues. Furthermore, the introduction of
Starbucks and Tazo brand single serve K cup packs into grocery stores and other
retail stores has significantly increased Starbucks revenue. Even during the economic
financial crisis in the United States, Starbucks revenue continued on an upward trend.
Starbucks gross profit showed a continuous rise between the years of 2010 to 2014

Monsters are often thought of as green, abnormally large and scary. They are

these thoughts are generic and relics of a much safer past. In our morally bankrupt
society monsters exist in the realist scariest form. As we step into adulthood and

It is worth mentioning that BIRADS readings have been found to correlate better
with volumetric rather than area estimation methods despite the fact that visual
assessment is done from a 2D projection of a mammogram, with suggestions that
probably radiologists assessment of breast density from a 2D projection image is
different from that of a software and the radiologist assesses the two views in a semi
volumetric fashion.73This is also probably the reason why density reporting by
radiologists in two view screening shows less variability than one view screening.
In addition BIRADS is a categorical scale and so has limitations to its application
due to its coarseness. For example it cannot be used where monitoring of small
incremental changes in breast density is desired. Using visual BIRADS is also labor
intensive and so needs to be assessed with regard to availability of scarce and
valuable radiologist time especially in the context of a limited resource low and
middle income country (LMIC) like Nigeria.
Despite their limitations, BI RADS density assessment has shown strong relationship

40. Advantages Of Star Model Of Evidence Based Practice
Introduction:
A model is a representation of concepts which are used to help people know,
understand or simulate a subject matter. Moreover, a model is used to create the
various hypothesis which can be tested in the laboratory or utilized for explaining a
case study. The goal of this assignment is to explore three models of evidence based
practice (EBP) that interest the authors and give a summary. Although several models
used in research, this paper will highlight three specific models and provide a
summary, strengths, weaknesses and a model that can be implemented in a particular
practice.

The John Hopkins Nursing Evidence Based Practice Model is a powerful problem
solving approach to clinical decision making and is used in research. The model is
designed to meet the needs of the practicing bedside nurses and used a three step
process called a PET, facilitating nurses in translating evidence to clinical,
administrative and education based on evidence. According to Melnyk and Overholt
(2015), there are three steps to the JHNEBP model. The first phrase is practice
questions: Identification of an EBP question and defines its scope. The second phrase
is evidence of internal and external evidence team determine if its feasibility to

Models are the conceptual framework that helps people to understand specific
concepts. In examining the three types of models, each presents a unique concept of
understanding evidence based practice. The John Hopkins model integrates cultural
values into evidence based practice. Furthermore, the main strength of this model is it
provides a simple framework for nurses at the bedside and incorporates internal and
external factors that may affect research. On the other hand,

42. Short StoryFly Away Home, By Eve Bunting
A wise person once said, Being strong doesn t mean you ll never get hurt. It means
even when you get hurt, you ll never let it defeat you. This quote relates to the short
story Fly Away Home, by Eve Bunting. In this story, a young boy named Andrew
lives in an airport with his father, while living there Andrew shows us that it is
important to staystrong through tough times.
In the beginning of the story, being strong through tough times comes up a lot. In
one instance in the story, Andrew couldn t talk with the people he knew at the
airport because they could get him noticed. This shows that he stayed strong
because it s really tempting to talk to people you know and carry on conversation
with them, but Andrew had to choose his way of life over pleasure and decide he
would rather not be noticed over having friendship. This would be a big challenge
for most of us, but Andrew stayed strong through it. In addition, because Andrew
lived in an airport, he had to sleep sitting up because he had no bed. This is
important because not only is it difficult to sleep sitting up, but it s even tougher to
have no hope of getting a real bed. Andrew had no hope of getting a bed because he
and his father couldn t even afford a home, so there wasn t really any chance of
Andrew getting a real bed at that moment. Furthermore, Andrew stayed strong when
he saw everyone leaving to go home when he stayed at the airport. Strength is shown
here because Andrew must have known these people were
43. Examples Of Political Socialization
Political socialization is something that goes unnoticed for a while until you
realize what your political views are and why they are that way. Political
Socialization can be defined as the lifelong process by which people form their
ideas about politics and acquire political values. This process can be influenced by
several factors such as what our peers think and what see on the news. These
factors will shape an individual s set of political attitudes and form opinions about
social issues. Political ideology is a certain set of ethical ideals, principles, doctrines,
myths or symbols of a social movement, institution, class or large group that explains
how society should work, and offers some political and cultural blueprint for a...

views are quite similar especially due to our geographical position in the U.S.

2016 presidential election was going on, my teacher hated Donald Trump with a
passion. He felt that he was not suitable to be the U.S. president and that Hilary
Clinton would ve been an exceptional president if she was elected. My school is in
Elizabeth, New Jersey and it is considered a relatively low income state so we
receive a lot of federal funding so our city can function and has everything it needs.
Donald Trump wanted to cut federal spending to schools because it was putting
the country in an unredeemable debt but without federal funding, the well being of
schools in Elizabeth would cease to exist. School has greatly informed me on what
is going on in our world today and has shaped my political views to what they are.

Tale of Two Coaches and Leadership

Abstract
Coaching and leadership seem to be synonymous with each other, in that if you re a
high caliber coach you must be a great leader, how else would you have achieved
your success. While coaching in the NCAA division 1 basketball the goal is to win
national championships, while also being a mentor to your students. Bobby Knight
is a great basketball legend at Indiana, with a past of outrageous unacceptable
behavior to the fans and to players, while also having one of the best collegiate
records of all time. Coach Krzyzewski was also a great coach, was mentored by coach

(Bob Carter) Integrity is the ability of a leader to live and lead with some principles
and take responsibility for their actions. The ability to possess integrity should build
confidence in your team. Integrity is probably where the two coaches will separate
their styles of leadership. Coach Knight through the years did several things to
damage that integrity, through his actions in Panama or ways he degraded
assistant coaches or lecturing teams with the use of props of soiled toilet paper.
There were many times where his actions did not represent the role which he was
given and he made little effort to change unless he was forced. Coach K built much
of what he was on his integrity; he stuck up for his players many times. Once his
team was graded by the student paper, it was the fact that the paper portrayed the
players as instruments of entertainment and ego indulgence; this infuriated the coach,
which he later apologized. What Coach K stood for was a caring, communication
and trust within the team, and that was what he wanted for the whole student body,
and why his fan base was so strong. The last important trait style of leadership is the
ability for a leader to seek out good pleasant social relationships. The leader should be
thought of as friendly, outgoing, courteous, tactful and diplomatic. Coach Knight, I
believe, started out his career with these traits as
46. Science In Stephen Gould s Mismeasure Of Man
Stephen Gould wrote the book Mismeasure of Man and did a great job giving his
opinion about eugenics and refuting other scientist beliefs on how to measure the
intelligence of a man or woman. Gould does not write a chapter on eugenics but he
does reference it a few times throughout his book and he does so to make a point that
he doesn t necessarily believe it was right. Eugenicsis a type of sciencethat studied
the ways to make the human population better and better, with the use of science
and heredity factors to try and increase the chance of certain traits to be passed
down to his/her future offspring. The good thing is that in today s society, we no
longer rely and use eugenics to improve the population. Gould wrote this book to
provide his opinions and ideas on measuring humans intelligence and to also tell
what errors he has discovered during his research. Gould also references certain
works by Charles Darwin, Paul Broca, and Francis Galton. In the case of Eugenics
and the science behind it, I am very glad we as a society no longer believe in it and
depend on it. Science is used in every aspect of life for new discoveries and life but
I do personally believe that in the case of Eugenics, that science was misused. In
the past, eugenics was used and many women was sterilized for not having high
enough IQ scores and considered to have a low intelligence against their will. I
don t think that an IQ test can test how smart a person can become or how smart
their future offspring will become. I do believe in genetics and heredity but we do
have the right in our own intelligence. Humans are made to go to school to learn
the basics of life and history and I don t believe there is a limit to how much a
person can learn. I have gone through all of high school, undergrad, and now going
for my masters and I of all people should know that every day we all learn new
things and our brain can constantly make new connections and become more
intelligent. It is up to each and every person as to when they want their intelligence
to stop. Now back to Gould s book, he offers many good arguments about
intelligence and how history has improved and ideas are always changing. In this
book, Gould discusses how early on, many

The incentive to tank for GMs is compounded by two other factors: geographic
restrictions and the maximum contract provision. Between 1976 and 2011, the
five teams from New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles have been represented in
33% of all NBA Finals, and have won 47% of all titles . Because teams outside of
Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago are at a disadvantage in terms of their ability
to attract players, except for unusual circumstances (like the appeal of playing with a
generational talent like LeBron James), they have to resort to hoping for exceptional
talent in the form of early draftpicks, whose rights they have the ability to control for

Scholars like Michael Munger have spoken to exactly how rent seeking destroys
value on aggregate, while others like Michael DeBow and Milton Friedman have
spoken to the morality behind rent seeking, and why managers are obligated to do
so based on the morality of their role. I propose a bidding system which places a
cap on the amount of league wide value teams can destroy in the pursuit of a top
draft pick. This same spending cap concept can also be applied to other instances of
rent seeking in corporate America, as the government can show more consideration
for the effects of the free money they give out in the form of rents like subsidies and
grants. All in all, with proper legal restriction and a more societally focused mindset,
the negative effects of rent seeking, while difficult to remove, can at least be
48. Effectiveness Of Redefining Failure By Julia Baird
The Effectiveness of Redefining Failure
The article, Redefining Failure by Julia Baird focuses on the development of failure
throughout time. Her argument addresses that the definition of failure has evolved
over the years because with time and events the word becomes classified
differently. In her article, she offers examples of different circumstances to
effectively portray her stance on the topic. In Julia Baird s standpoint, a person s
economic standing is not the most effective way of measuring one s success or
failure. Redefining Failure is a persuasive and effective article because of the way it
is organized, constructed, and the numerous examples that it provides.
When evaluating the article Redefining Failure, it is important to ... Show more

Initially, Baird introduces the idea that America s beliefs about failure were formed
in the 1800 s and progressed further into the 19th century. She brings up her opinion
on how the 19th century was different from today because of the way that their
society believed failure to be such a devastating occurrence. Additionally, the article
explains how the people in these times believed that failure was a cause of a lack of
ambition. She presents this idea by quoting another author, Scott Sandage, who wrote
the novel, Born Losers: A History of Failure in America. She quotes Sandage by
saying, By the end of the 19th century, says Sandage, failure had gone from being a
professional mishap to a name for a deficient self, an identity in the red. (Baird,
Redefining Failure). By quoting from another source who has a similar opinion,
Baird is giving the reader multiple references that represent her goal. This shows a
competent understanding of the argument that she is providing. Additionally, at this
point in Baird s article, she reinstates why Willy from the Death of a Salesman is
related to the changing definition of failure. She does this by quoting yet another
source, saying, By the middle of the last century, at the time Willy Loman was
hawking his wares, Americans could not face the possibility of defeat in one s
personal life or one s work without being morally destroyed, according to sociologist
David Riesman. (Baird, Redefining Failure). Baird uses this

Just what is The Matrix? This is the question that the extremely entertaining and
absurdly thought provoking movie The Matrix, by The Wachowski Brothers,
hopes to answer. How can we know that WE don t live in the Matrix? That is the
question that the movie hopes that we can answer for ourselves. The movie opens
with the apparent double life of Thomas Anderson. Thomas Anderson works a
normal job as a computer programmer, but spends his free time as a freelance
hacker known by the name of Neo. He is contacted one day by the team of the
Nebuchadnezzar, a ship in the real world full of a crew that has been pulled from the

Not the movie the Matrix, but the Matrix in the movie, The Matrix. The Matrix is
pulls on the problem of perception. Humans are grown in fields, harvested, and then
their brains are hooked up to a machine that simulated life while their energy is
harvested. The problem is however, when your senses are being perfectly spoofed
and you are in a near perfect simulation of the world you will not know that you are
not living the real life. The movie makes some interesting parallels to the idea of
dreams. We have all had those dreams that seemed very real when they happened,
only to wake up the next day and think about how ridiculous they were. The idea of
the Matrix is to be close enough to the real world that the human mind doesn t catch
on. This raises an interesting question though. If the humans are really grown and
harvested and the Matrix is the only thing that they ever know, why did the Matrix
have to simulate the reality that did exist. Would it not be equally possible for the
simulated Matrix to be completely different in physical laws and color spectrum and
general makeup from the world that humans are accustomed too? The Matrix was
extremely successful, in my experience, with illustrating this problem that we have.
In the movie, there was someone there to clue the main character into the fact that he
was being deceived, and there was an easy way out the real world was but a phone

Behind the Beauty of Victoria s Secret Introduction: I remember the first time I
ever stepped foot into a Victoria s Secret, I was fifteen years old. I was
mesmerized by the bright pink and white walls. The signature PINK dogs scattered
all over the PINK side of the store. The cosmetics section was sparkling in the
distance and the signature fragrances filled the air. I remember the feeling of
finally being grown up, here I was shopping for fragrances and bras in the same
store that my Mom and Aunt bought theirs at. When you are fifteen there is
nothing else in the world that matters more than feeling grown up, you are no
longer a kid and there is a whole new world for you to explore. Talking to women,
most have the same first experience at the store, in fact it is nearly the closest thing
to magic some young girls will experience in this era of their lives. This
unfortunately, is not going to be about that coming of age experience this paper is

Lee Campbell Flight 811 Investigation Anthony Vallido Aviation Safety 409
Abstract United Airlines Flight 811 left Honolulu bound for Auckland, New
Zealand on February 24, 1989. A few minutes in the flight the cargo doors blew out
and because of the decompression, nine passengers were immediately sucked out of
the plane. The debris from the cargo door damaged the planes Number 3 and 4
engines. Captain David Cronin prepared for an emergency landing. The parents of
one of the fatalities, Lee Campbell, investigated the accident because they want to
know what caused the cargo door to open in midair. Kevin and Susan Campbell were
very persistent and relentless in their fight to prove that the cause of the cargo door
opening is a malfunction... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
From these documents they found information that was not released to the public.
There were reports that there disturbing problems with the forward cargo door
going right back to its original design. Instead of a plug door that gets jammed into
its frame as the aircraft pressure rises, Boeing opted for an outward opening door
which allows for more cargo space but the door is not failsafe like the plug design
so Boeing built was they thought was a fool proof locking mechanism. Boeing
built in multiple redundancies to make sure the door is properly latched and does
not open. They built it to a point where it is extremely improbable for the door to
open. The Campbell s discovered that the problem lies with the locking
mechanism. To lock the cargo door on the 747, electric motors rotate C shaped
latches around pins in the door frame. A handle then moves L shaped arms known
as locking sectors over the top of the C shaped latches to prevent them opening. But
as early as 1975, problems were found with the locking sectors. Kevin Campbell, an
experienced engineer, built a model to show the weakness of the Boeing design.
Initially the locking mechanisms were made of aluminum and in 1975 they did not
realize that it was not strong enough. The weakness of the aluminum drastically
increased the risk of the door accidentally opening. With the aluminum locking
sectors, if the C locks tried to backwind open
54. Edwin Arlington Robinson
Edwin Arlington Robinson uses word choice, rhyme, and figurative language to
convey the message that wealth does not make a person complete or equal
happiness. Richard Cory was seen as polished, poised, and graceful. He was stared
in awe at the wealth he possessed and many wished to have his life. However one
calm night, he ends his life with a single bullet to the head. The author uses vibrant
word choice to describe Richard Coryand why he was envied. Robinson writes, He
was a gentleman from sole to crown/ Clean favored, and imperially slim (3 4).
This shows he was very poised and somewhat regarded as elegant .This description
also shows he must be extremely wealthy since he is being compared to
royalty.Robinson also says , .. we thought that he was everything/ To make us wish
that we were in his place (11 12) This quote shows that people wanted to be him and
have the luxurious life he had. Apart from describing RichardCory, the author also
described the other people.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One example of this is when the author writes fluttered pulses . In context it means
that people were amazed by him so greatly that they were flustered by him.
Another example is when the author writes, So on we worked, and waited for the
light. (13). This is an example of a metaphor and it shows how everyone else had
to work hard to survive and were constantly waiting for the light which means that
they were working to one day be able to live like Richard Cory. The attitude of this
poem is contemplative. Images of Richard Cory can be sculpted by the reader
based on how the author worded his poem. In this poem, readers are told that
Richard Cory had what everything man worked for and wanted, but decides to end
his seemingly perfect life. This makes readers question why and think about how
Richard Cory must have made the decision when he had what everyone thought was a
perfect
55. The Music Industry Became Aware Of Napster After John...
In June of 1999 Shawn Fanning, John Fanning, and Sean Parker created an
independent peer to peer file sharing website called Napster, Named after John
Fanning s high school nickname. A peer to peer (P2P) service allows access to
media files like movies, music, books and games by using a certain program that
connects to other computers on the same network, meaning that when someone
downloaded a file it was coming directly from another person s computer. The
website was specifically designed to transfer MP3 files with a search engine
dedicated to retrieving MP3 files only, and a chat service which allowed users to
communicate with each other while using this system (Tyson). At its prime, Napster
was home to about 80 million users (Gowan). The issue with Napster was that it
wasn t properly licensed to distribute the files and it allowed its users unlimited free
access to other individual s intellectual property without their consent. The music
industry became aware of Napster when the heavy metal band, Metallica discovered
that an unreleased version of one of their songs was circling the internet. Metallica
sued Napster, providing evidence that over 300 thousand people had exchanged
their work without the approval of the band or the record label, and that Napster
contributed to their infringements (Vaver). Napster s main defense against the
lawsuit was the Audio Home Recording Act of 1992. What this law does is allow
anyone who has legally purchased a CD or cassette the
