2. Weaknesses Of The Black Scholes Model
1. Introduction
In 1973, Fischer Black, Myron Scholes and Robert Merton derived the Black Scholes model of
modelling derivatives prices for European stock options (Black Scholes, 1973) and (Merton, 1973).
This model has great importance on how traders determine the price and ways to hedge derivatives
since the 1970 s (Hull, 2012), and led to other derivative instruments that have similar
characteristics to option. Fundamentally, the Black Scholes model make sure of a simple formula
to determine the price of an option contract using the underlying asset s price and its volatility, the
strike price and the market risk free interest rate (Merton, 1973).
An option is a contract to buy or sell a specific financial product which the value is derived ... Show

Nonetheless, Black Scholes model remains popularly used for estimating the price of European
style options. In fact, the Black Scholes theory has been used as a standard in the financial world
(Ray, 2012). The weakness of the Black Scholes model will be evaluated in later sections together
with solutions to tackle some of these limitations.
3. Strengths
The Black Scholes model is widely used due to the following strengths:
1.The formula is considerably easy to calculate. The call option price subjects to only five
parameters which are deducible or measureable. It uses simple mathematical terms and option
prices can be calculated within a short period of time.
2.It gives a very good approximation despite not perfectly correct due to the non constant volatility.
The model helps to give a first approximation in establishing hedges in the correct ratios to
minimise risk. In addition, the non constant variables, which are reflected as the Greeks, could be
hedged to mitigate the risk associated with these parameters.
3.It provides a fundamental framework for future research to extend or refine it. Many literatures
have be subsequently produced to evaluate the claims of the

3. The Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales
Everything from music, to movies, and fairytales has been influenced by society. More
specifically, society has influenced the Grimm Brothers fairy tales. The Grimm Brothers fairy
tales would be considered dark and gruesome by today s standards. Parents would not allow their
own children near the stories, which caused society to give the tales a more PG feeling. The
tales changed and became what we know them as today. Disney has played a major role in
creating the innocent versions that today s early generations have experienced. While they rarely
admit it, societies, such as Disney, caused the original works of the Grimm Brothers to be
overshadowed by their infantile adaptations. Most of you have probably heard of the Grimm
brothers, and if you haven t heard of them, you have most likely seen their work. Disney movies
like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Cinderellaare child friendly versions of the Grimm
brothers original fairy tales. Ironically, the brothers had no intention on becoming story tellers,
when first starting their journey. The book The Annotated Brothers Grimmstated, that when trying
to study other languages they found it easiest and best to share stories that had been passed down
generation to generation. The brothers kept all the stories they had heard and published a book in
1812 called Kinder und Hausmarchen, which translates to Tales of Children and thee Home .
Believe it or not, fairy tales were not always about finding true love, and having a

There are many possibilities that can happen during the nine months that make a child. During
those 9 months in the womb, there can be changes in the process of creating the baby. Usually
the chance of having a baby with a disorder is about one in several thousands or millions. These
disorders are illnesses caused by changes in a person s DNA. Genetic disorders make people unique
from others.
Hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia is a rare disorder that not many people get. Before birth, there
is abnormal development of structures in the baby. They include the skin, hair, nails, teeth, and
sweat glands. There is a mutation in the DNA. In a case of this disorder, the gene, TP63, changed.
Situs inversus is a condition in which the arrangement of the internal organs is a mirror image of
normal internal body. The cilia we have spins, sending the organs where they need to be. In this

In the United States children and adolescents that partake in illegal behavior or commit crimes are
classified as juvenile delinquents. Those who are tried by the juvenile court system and continue
their illegal behavior are classified as repeat offenders. Juvenile crime can be either status offenses,
like under age drinking and range to violent crime, such as rape, aggravated assault, and even
property crimes. In many cases juveniles commit heinous acts that one would think only an adult is
capable of doing, this leads to sentences of life without parole.
In the past juveniles have been sentenced to life without parole, recent U.S. Supreme Court cases

Malware Assignment In these days, cyber attacks have become a huge problem for online
communities. Malware, such as viruses, Trojans, worms, spware, ad ware, and many other forms
are becoming an increasingly popular methods to infect computer machines. Malware, also known
as malicious software, is used by hackers, and criminals around the world to disrupt computer
activities, and gain access to private, or important information in computer systems, and to gather
that information illegally. There are countless forms of malicious software, and they can be located
everywhere, such as on widely known websites, advertisements being displayed, and more.
Computer Viruses The first type of malware, and probably the most popular, is the computer virus.
Computer viruses are man made malicious software programs, that are designed to duplicate
numerous times into other computer programs, or data files. They enter the computer, without the
user knowing. When the replication is completed, the areas that were affected with the viruses are
known to be infected. Viruses quickly take up available memory, and can even be capable of
transmitting themselves through networks, and bypass anti virus programs. Most of the time,
computer viruses are spread by attachments in email messages, or other methods of messaging,
which is why it is essential for users to not open emails from anonymous senders. There are

Knapping is a when two rocks collide until they create a sharp edge. To knap you need two rocks
one to be used as a hammer and the other is called a core rock this is the rock you ll make sharp.
Bluestone Bluestone is used for hand axes and other tools similar. It is a fine grained ballast this
makes it stronger because the particles are all close together. The rock being fine grained means
that it will sustain any edges that it will eventually have for a long period of time. It can be
flaked so that it can be made to the convenient size that is required for whatever use it is needed
for. The rock is then given a sharp, strong and curved edge. This rock would be useful for carving

10. A Short Note On Emphysema, The Irreversible Enlargement Of...
Emphysema
Megan Kehn
Delta College
April 15, 2015
Pathophysiology Emphysema is the irreversible enlargement of the acini that includes the
destruction of the walls of the alveoli without apparent fibrosis (Huether McCance, 2012). The
alveolar septa is destroyed which then amplifies the amount of air in the acinus. Inhalation of
pulmonary irritants such as cigarette smoke and certain environmental pollutants is thought to lead
to the hindering of the endogenous antiproteases and stimulate inflammation with the increased
activity of the proteases. With This results in the destruction of the aveoli and decline in the
elastic recoil of the bronchi. When alveoli are damaged it leads to a decrease in the surface area

There are numerous factors that increase the possibility of developing COPD, including
occupational and environmental exposure to chemicals, dusts, and pollutants, alpha1 antitrypsin
deficiency and cigarette smoking. When cigarette smoke is inhaled the particles enter the lungs and
create an inflammatory response. In response to the inflammation, macrophages and neutrophils
penetrate into the lung and release cytokines, chemokines and elastases which destroy the lung
parenchyma. Objective manifestations of emphysema include barrel chest, accessory muscle use,
diminished breath sounds, and wheezing on auscultation. Subjective manifestations consist of
patient complaints of wheezing, persistent cough, anorexia, dyspnea, weight loss, chest tightness
and fatigue. Dyspnea is a progressive manifestation that begins with exertion and eventually leads to

Problem 2.
(a). Here in the given problem we have scheduling problem, which we call multiple interval
scheduling. Here the change is job require a process for more than one set of intervals.
(b). This problem belongs to NP complete, because we have k set of times and we can check that it
overlaps or not.
(c). Suppose we have Algorithm A to solve this problem we have k collection of interval. And we
will take the instance of the 3 dimension that is, set of 3 intervals.
So, we have triples (t1i, t2j, t3k) from the set T1, T2 and T3 of size n each. We divide the time in
3n disjoint interval. For each tuple, we can find job that require same intervals si, sn+j, s2n+k.
Now as per algorithm if there is valid triple matching then this is the set of jobs where intervals
are completely disjoint, hence we can accept this set of jobs to run on the processor as there is no
overlapping. The size of the multiple interval scheduling is polynomial n.

The United States government changed the face of computer and internet use when it signed the
USA Patriot Act on October 26, 2001. This act was created in the wake of the terrorist attacks in
New York City on September 11 that same year. Many people believe that this act is a good thing

Agencies previously used subpoenas to obtain these records. The problem with this was that there
was a court process that had to be gone through before records could be obtained. Now, the
agencies only need to obtain a search warrant for this, greatly speeding up their process.
The USAPA provides agencies the ability to ask for student records in concurrence with a terrorism
investigation. This was previously protected by Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. These
agencies must, however, receive a court order from a Federal District court. The United States
Immigration and Naturalization Service is given quite extensive powers concerning foreign

circumstances that were Baca s life. All circumstances considered into his young adulthood Baca

that he found poetry. His interest began at twenty one when Baca was in prison, sentenced to

steady communication with the church how to read and write. The writinggave him something to

friend who was a poet. After this moment Baca s life would never be the same. I believe

the latent fingerprint.
To carry out DFO enhancement a lab oven must be set at 100В°C with no humidity. The DFO is
mixed with methanol and acetic acid. The methanol is used as it allows DFO to form hemiketals
which give a higher reactivity with the amino acids in the print. Using longer chain alcohols doesn

ridges of the print. Acetic acid is a catalyst which allows the formation of Ruhemann s purple. It
has to be kept at low concentrations as it could cause ink on the paper to run and therefore damage
evidence.
To carry out Ninhydrin enhancement a humidity controlled oven must be set at 65% humidity
and 80В°c. The paper will either just be undergoing this process or just dried from DFO placed
in the ninhydrin solution for 5 seconds on either side and placed on a tray into the oven for 5 7
minutes. The finger prints will develop producing a distinct purple colour known as Ruhemann s
purple. When the reaction is less intense a red/pink colour is produced. The finger prints are
removed and pictures taken of the paper containing the print with a scale and labelled. The prints
can continue to develop for a couple of weeks after initially being processed. Ninhydrin prints on
their own can be further enhanced using metal salts such as zinc chloride and cadmium salts. These
fluoresces increasing the visibility and detail of the print.

How Fate and Free Will Play a Part in The Odyssey
Fate and free will are epic subjects in life. When we cannot control something we blame it on
fate, but we try to change the way things are with our free will. Fate is something unknown that
determines what will happen. It may seem like a coincidence or may feel like an omen, but it is
something no person controls for oneself. Fate, to some, may be in the hands of a higher power
such as gods or God. For others fate is merely something that happened they were unable to
control. Fate can be looked at like a book for every person. In it are all the events that are going to
happen in your life. However you use free will to maneuver through these planned events. Free will

He used his knowledge to save his men from her magic, and cleverly had her swear that he would
not play any tricks. He is there for a couple of years and before leaving is told of the dangers
awaiting him, and what he must do to make it home alive. He learns he must first go to the
underworld and see Tiresias, who will give him instructions about returning home. Then Odysseus
must get past the Sirens and Scylla. He follows Circe s instructions and puts beeswax in the
mens ears and has them tie him to the mast, so they will not be lured to there deaths by the
Sirens. However he does not follow her orders to flee from Scylla. Instead he wished to try fight.
This is an example of him using his free will instead of choosing the fate that possibly Circe has
already prepared. In this instance it turns out for the worst and he loses all his men. Fate is
something we have no control over. It can be what determines the death of a child or marriage of
a couple. Fate is very controversial. If everything that happens is planned ahead it contradicts
many things, one being religion. If it was fate that Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit then the
original sin would not be the fault of man, but of God for he would be the one who made Adam
and Eve do it. It is something no one can

25. Ethics And Diversity Research Paper
Two very important aspects of a counseling career are ethics and diversity. To my understanding,
ethics refers to a set of moral codes and policies created to protect a client s rights and privacy and
to promote an ethically competent counselor client atmosphere. Understanding the diversity among
societies and being able to respect and comprehend issues among them creates a positive
therapeutic relationship. Diversity is a broad term referring to different groups and subgroups of
individuals. The purpose of this paper is to explain each term in more detail and explain how they
relate to clinical mental health counseling.

diverse societies. Examples of gaining knowledge might be consulting with a colleague,
researching articles, attending educational workshops, incorporating specialized training, or other

understand each client and be able to address issues that arise from cultural differences. As
Newsome and Gladding (2014) explained in chapter 4, clients from a different background may
seek counseling for many reasons. Some of those reasons may be for their own personal growth

pancreas, spleen, kidneys and adrenal glands, and the digestive tract. The cavity is lined by a thin,

every organ or structure contained in it. A common affliction of the abdominal cavity is peritonitis,
which is an inflammation of the peritoneum membrane caused by the introduction of a fungal or

Primary peritonitis is an infection that develops in the abdominal (ascitic) fluid of the peritoneal
cavity. It is mostly seen in patients suffering from advanced liver disease with cirrhosis, where
abdominal fluid builds up (ascites) in the peritoneal cavity and may become infected. Although rare
in the absence of a perforation, there are many underlying conditions that can contribute to the
growth of bacteria in the ascitic fluid. This type is called spontaneous bacterial peritonitis and is the
most common reason of primary peritonitis. Factors that increase risk of primary peritonitis include
medical procedures like peritoneal dialysis, medical conditions such as cirrhosis, kidney failure, and
heart disease, and patient history of peritonitis. However, in most cases the type of infection that
develops is secondary peritonitis, which is usually caused by an infection that has spread from the
digestive tract after trauma or perforation of the abdominal viscera that allows infectious organisms
to contaminate the sterile environment of the peritoneal cavity. Most common causes of secondary
peritonitis include injury or trauma to the peritoneum, a ruptured appendix, or stomach ulcer,
digestive diseases such as Crohn s Disease, and diverticulitis, perforations of the stomach, or
intestines, and abdominal trauma such as injury from a knife or gunshot wound. Both types of
peritonitis are life threatening, and when left untreated can enter into the bloodstream spreading the

O er my spirit thy full supremacy thou knew st, and that thy beck might from the bidding of the

Antony s love for Cleopatra forces him to follow her. She is the commander of his actions, even
in the political and military areas of his life, because of his overpowering love for her. Power in
the play is apparently a political force, as the play turns around the competition between Antony
and Caesar for dominance in Rome. But it has other faces too, most notably the effect of love.
Antony refuses to be dominated by Caesar, but he willingly submits to Cleopatra. Power is thus
a political and a personal force, one that impacts the desires of both individuals. Caesar states
that between love and political power, there is a certain degree of interaction between both of

an aircraft propeller represents the highest sophistication in aerodynamics, mechanical engineering
and structural design. This report will touch on the history of the propeller, from early pioneers

The creation of the propeller can be traced back to Leonardo da Vinci. Da Vinci s helical screw

This dilemma made designing the propeller one of the Wright brothers most challenging problems.
Despite the lack of previous information to consult, the brothers were able to learn, through
investigation and trial/error, that large propeller diameters would produce high thrust for a given
power input. The brothers also determined that high torque produced by large, slow turning blades
adversely affected the flying qualities (p factor). On their first aircraft, they utilized 8 ВЅ ft
propellers installed behind the wind to minimize airflow disturbance, incorporated counter rotating
propellers to eliminate the problems associated with torque, and gained thrust efficiency by
reducing the blades rotational speed using a chain and sprocket transmission. The Wright brother s
propeller was 66% efficient which was much higher that any other propeller of the time. The
foundations of a disciplined approach to propeller design evolved soon thereafter. With the
advancements and refinements made by early inventors, engineers could use those test results to
design propellers with better performance and structural reliability. These advancements led to the
development of the first generation of well designed propellers. One of the first designs was the

45. Preparing For The Amle 2015 National Conference My Intent
AMLE 2015
In preparing for the AMLE 2015 National Conference my intent was to get inspiration, and to find
something I could use in class and also share with co teachers
I m in a unique position in that I teach at an online school, ECOT, and much of what is presented
at conferences applies well to a brick and mortar school, but needs adaptation to work for my
classroom and my students. I knew finding information to meet my classroom requirements might
not be easy. I also knew there were a few sessions I was particularly interested in, for instance
Cultivating Resilience and Perseverance in Students with Rick Wormeli.
The energy during the General Session while Marcia Tate spoke inspired me to go to her session
Worksheets Don t Grow Dendrites: 20 Instructional Strategies that Engage the Brain. This session
was amazing. She taught the session the same way she was teaching us to teach in our classrooms.
Not only did I realize I use many of the techniques she employed, but I was forced to think about
how I can use strategies such as movement, and Cooperative Learning and Reciprocal Teaching in
my online setting. This first session with Marcia Tate had me looking forward to the afternoon as I
walked out of her session to meet with a coworker for lunch.
After lunch I attended the 3 hour workshop Talk, Move, and Mess Active Strategies That Engage
More Students with David Shepard. I honestly was concerned about being in one session for three
hours; however, when the session

46. What Are The Techniques Used In Monty Python And The Holy...
Monty Python and the Holy Grail, directed by Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones (1975), is a clever
film that uses a variety of techniques to satirise King Arthur and his Knights of the Round table.
Three techniques the film uses are breaking the dramatic illusion, 2 D animation and anachronisms.
This is what puts them apart from other films in their time. First I m going to talk about breaking
the dramatic illusion.
Many times in the film Terry Gilliamand Terry Jones use a technique called breaking the dramatic
illusion. It is a technique when the filmmaker mentally pokes you in the ribs to give you a
reminder that you really are watching a movie while other films do the opposite and try to pull you
into the story.
My first example is the scene ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
ARTHUR: There it is! The Bridge of Death! ROBIN: Oh, great. KNIGHT: Look! ARTHUR: There
s the old man from Scene 24! BEDEMIR: What is he doing here?
With this technique the filmmakers can belittle the famous story of King Arthur and his Knights of
the Round Table by making this story look trivial. They also use this technique as a tool to put
more jokes into the film.
Now I m going to talk about anachronisms. An anachronism is when two or more things come from
different time periods, like a power tool in a story set in the middle of the 14th century.
My first example of an anachronism is when the french soldiers in the castle talk about the
airspeed velocity of a european and african swallow. This is clearly modern science not 932 AD
science.
GUARD #1: It s not a question of where he grips it! It s a simple question of weight ratios! A five
ounce bird could not carry a 1 pound coconut. ARTHUR: Well, it doesn t matter. Will you go and
tell your master that Arthur from the Court of Camelot is here. GUARD #1: Listen, in order to
maintain air speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings 43 times every second,

47. Waterfront Community Business Plan
6. Ipswich
Placed along the coast, this waterfront community is the site of the Sandy Point state Reservation
and the Willowdale State Forest. Because of the community s location, it is a popular site for real
estate investments and home developments. While the city is primarily residential, it has a strong
tourism industry. Investors can start a business that caters to tourists like a hotel, restaurant or shop.
During annual celebrations like the Ipswich Chowderfest, these kinds of investments earn a
respectable profit from the many tourists who flood the town.
Located in Essex County, this community is only 28 miles away from Boston. Meanwhile, Salem is
only 13 miles south of the city. Currently, investors can find properties in the area for a median
price of $510,000. In the last year, the median ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is bordered by Boxford on the west and Rowley on the north. Essex, Hamilton, Gloucester and

94. Route 1 can be found along the western edge of town.
Many Types of Developments Are Available
Once investors locate the right property, they can transform it into a number of different
developments. Because of the recreational nature of this waterfront community, luxury condos are a
top investment option. Residents are drawn to the area because of its tranquility and seaside appeal.
With luxury condos or apartments, property owners can ensure a consistent income.
Other than residential structures, property owners can also create commercial businesses. Some of
the most successful businesses in town focus on hospitality and tourism, but there are still a
number of under served business needs in the town. From shopping options to restaurants, investors
have a number of potential options for creating a business in this

48. A Recent Change Within Staples Inc.
2. SITUATION ANALYSIS WEAKNESSES In a recent change within Staples Inc. they have
begun to shut down 140 of its 330 stores located across North America under scoring the pressure
that big box retailers feel from rival e commerce and discount players. With the end of the plan
resulting in 225 stores being closed down as a choice of Staples trying to reduce their square
footage. Due to this change within the company Staples Inc. must take in to account what this
change will do to their company s infrastructures, price, services, and its reputation. An effect from

The fact that Staples has shut down some of the infrastructures has taken a direct deduction
from their income. Staples reported $96 million in net income, a figure that marks a 43.5%
decline over the prior year period and resulted in earnings of 15 cents per share. These results
include tax charges as well as expenses related to the closing of 16 stores during the quarter;
excluding these one time charges (McGrath, 2014). Even though technology does play an
enormous role in our lives, infrastructures still are important and do appeal to all generations
because it is a physical building where we can all find what we are looking for or at least have
assistance in doing so. In addition, another weakness would be the pricing of the products. Now
that Staples has adapted to selling their products mostly on their online stores, many customers
might have the issue of paying not only tax but also shipping and handling as well. Paying tax is
already one of the big factors of buying anything, especially in the province in Ontario since we
are known to have one of the highest tax rates in Canada. As said by Forbes Magazine Staples
decreased 10% part of that reason is from foreign exchange rates. Having shipping and handling
as a new factor can cause more decrease in income annually over the years. With competitive
pricing being used as an advantage it will still not be enough to drive the company s growth
(McGrath, 2014). Even

50. Commentary On A Police Series Episode Essay
Commentary On A Police Series Episode
The commentary I am going to write about is on a police series called the Bill. The Bill first
started in 1983 and quickly came a national institution, renowned for its real life feel, likeable
characters and accessible short story format but things have changed since then.
It is heading in a new direction bidding for larger audiences by making the Bill an all out serial with
longer running plot lines.
The particular episode I am writing about attracted a whopping 8.6 million viewers and shocked
the nation. In this episode P.C. Des Taviner threw a petrol bomb through his inspector s office
window.

Earlier on that day, Des Taviner placed some counterfeit money into Inspector Conway s
memorial fund. He had also been killed by the racist gang. Taviner was intent on destroying the
money so he decided to throw a petrol bomb into the office. His actions cause 6 other officers to
be killed. It was a shocking spectacle. Later on Taviner claimed someone from the gang climbed the
wall and through the bomb at him. He was cleared for then but the past soon caught up with him.
There was only one officer who saw what Des did but he died in the result of the bomb blast. Most
of the other members of the station were not harmed although some were slightly injured.
The camera angles vary at different points of the scene. If two people are having a conversation
then you would have a medium shot from a high angle. If the shot is designed to focus attention
on someone s facial expression then the camera will have a close up of his face. When Des
threw the bomb the camera would have had a high angle and a close up view to express the size
of the bomb blast. Then would have had a close up of Taviners facial expression. The camera
would zoom slowly to create suspense and climax. This way the audience will be at the edge of their
seat. This sort of scene would be at the end of

51. Video Games And The Era Of Technology
Video games have been a favorite pass time for Americans and people all over the world for many
centuries. I have always loved video games ever since I was introduced to the Nintendo 64 when I
was a little girl. I found Super Mario Bros. and Donkey Kong very addicting when I began playing
it. However, a new level of gameaddiction has been introduced into the era of technology. Games
on our phones have been a new popularity in recent years. Usually when I hear the words video
game, I think of a console, like the Wii or PlayStation. I don t consider games that are on the app
store like Flappy Bird or Temple Run a legitimate video game. Even though they don t fall under
that category, these games are downloaded over a million times. A... Show more content on

I played Angry Birds myself and found the game to be very addictive and fun. I remember playing
it consistently for about two weeks. I didn t play the game for five minutes at a time; I played for
about 2 hours trying to pass as many levels as I could in one session. Angry Birds was an activity
that took time away from other things that needed to be done and was less and activity in [my]
day than a blank space in [my] day, (Anderson 66). Anderson argues that a phone like the iPhone
became a legitimate game console because of all the games available from the app store
(Anderson 67). However, the downside to a phone being a game console is that, it responds not
to the fast twitch button combos... but to more intuitive and intimate motion: poking, pinching,
tapping, tickling, (Anderson 67). A shooter game would not seem to work on a phone, which
does not make it a game console in my opinion. This type of game attracts the type of person who
is not a high level gamer and would like a game that does not cost a lot of money and strategy to
play. Some people argue that these little minisystems are better because they do not have the
distraction of narrative, (Anderson 67). Besides being a mini game that people like because of no
narrative, stupid games have been said to be an answer to humanity s problems, (Anderson 67).

II.Restriction on Loudspeakers
Now a days it is very difficult to deal with the issue of Noise. In early times there was no
disturbance to students by early worshipping of various religious temples but now this has
increased and I wonder how will students like us who study in morning be able to work in this.
Then came the judgment of Supreme Court in 2005
Issue: Supreme court on Noise Pollution
All types of horns (some are extremely loud) in automobiles, factories, industries, painting of cars,
loudspeakers, amplifiers which generate loud noises and when it is played in residential area, it is
prohibited.
Use of loudspeakers in temple, gurudwaras, mosques have to be regulated soon.
There is always a certain limit to noise in decibels which should not be exceeded. So law does not
totally prohibit but has condition that it should not disturb other peaceful life. Therefore during
Diwali, Fire crackers are completely prohibited if it makes noise which is above the specified
decibels. o And it has to be regulated and prevented that unnecessarily crackers are not burnt
especially during night hours.

53. Cell Structures Under Different Magnifications Essay
Title: Cell Structures under different magnifications
Abstract
As per the cell hypothesis, the cell is the essential natural unit, the structure having the attributes of
life. The principle target is to watch different cases of protected plant and animal cells to recognize
contrasts between the two cell sorts and to distinguish regular organelles unmistakable in these
examples. Cells can be characterized by sort, for example, prokaryotic or eukaryotic or plant or
creature cells. These sorts have particular, identifiable contrasts that adjust the capacities and
abilities of the cells. While plant and animal cells are both cases of a eukaryotic cell, there are
contrasts that you ought to have the capacity to see in lab. The cell structures when viewed under
different power of magnification, depicts different clarity of organelles.
Introduction
The assorted qualities of structure and capacity in the cell world parallel the differences of species
in the biosphere. Numerous plant and creature cells are steadfastly altered as a major aspect of
multicellular tissues (Pruitt, 2002). The morphology of tissue cells is very associated with their
capacity (Alberts, 2002). Notwithstanding basic and hierarchical contrasts, varieties in cell measure
likewise add to the differing qualities of cell sorts, as far as possible (Bregman Bregman, 1990). The
littler the cell the more noteworthy the surface territory/volume proportion and the more proficient

companies which are big and well known for their offerings and timely innovations. There are many
factors that lead companies to stumble. They are bureaucracy, arrogance, tired executives, poor

Sustaining technologies improve the products and services which help in achieving the same result
but in a better way. This helps the customers to understand the value of improvement. Sustaining
technologies are easier to use in already established firms than in new emerging firms. They focus
on improved quality and refine service over the period of time which leads to increase in cost but is
justifiable. Disruptive Technologies Disruptive technologies are the ones that bring different value
preposition to the market. They are usually cheaper and underperform the products in mainstream
markets. Being cheaper, disruptive technologies are also simpler, smaller and more convenient to
use too. They are usually technologically straight forward and capture emerging markets. As
disruptive technologies improve faster, this serves as a danger to established firms because they are

55. Honesty In 12 Angry Men
In tough times, it is easy to forget what is right and wrong. The movie Twelve Angry Men is a
very clear demonstration on right and wrong. The film is about twelve jurors who are deciding the
fate of a young man accused of killing his father. These twelve men all vote for guilty, except for
the eighth juror, who votes innocent. It seems very clear that the suspect is guilty, and the eighth
juror goes against everyone to give the young mana fair chance. Although all other jurors try to
pressure him into votingguilty, he sticks to his gut and eventually proves the suspect innocent. In the
1957 film 12 Angry Men, the eighth juror, Mr. Davis, sticks to his core values of honesty, fair
judgement, and hard work to prove the young man accused of killing his father to be innocent.
Honesty is a very important trait to have. The eighth juror from 12 Angry Men believes that
honesty is of great importance. Not much is known about Mr. Davis, or any of the jurors at the
beginning of the movie. As the plot develops, however, the nature of each character is revealed to
the audience. It is easy to see that one of Mr. Davis personality traits is honesty. Those who are
honest are the most trustworthy, and are often the most loyal. Having complete honesty will get
anyone far in life, whether it be through a job, marriage, friendship, or really anything at all,
(unless they decide to become a lawyer.) After watching the film 12 Angry Men, it is easy to see
that the eighth juror

In recent times, the economy has plummeted at a horrific rate. We can see it in our everyday life,
from how much our produce costs to the price we pay for gas. But one thing that we may not see
until it s to late is the damage caused by the funding cuts for the arts programs and education in
America. In addition to impeding American children s educational and moral development, we
revert to a poor cultural quality by lowering our standards of arts educationdue to the poor economic

57. Difference Between Fate And Free Will
Fate and Free Will
Introduction
Why is the Tralfamadorian idea of time incompatible with free will? Free Will is a philosophical
term of art for a particular sort of capacity of rational agents to choose a course of action from
among various alternatives. In simple terms free will is what makes us able to make a decision, to
choose something you want over something you do not want. Since the Tralfamadorians are aliens
and have the ability to see the fourth dimension they can see things humans cannot see and have a
different understanding of the world, the universe and how everything in life works.
Does Billy Pilgrim exercise his own will at any point in the novel?
Billy Pilgrim comes across as a pretty simple guy, often other people make decisions for him but
as he grows older he takes things in his own hands more often. But does that mean he makes
decisions out of his own will?

believe what we want to believe, we can also believe that Free Will is always possible. Even if
some things are given and cannot be changed why should there not be multiple ways to get to the
same end? At the same time, why should we even need free will? Is it not better without it?
