designs after simulating different studies.
Capturing existing conditions with laser
scanners & converting them to
parametric models
This process is called Scan-to-BIM. It
requires capturing existing condition in
form of point cloud scans (accurate to
10mm) and then processing the multiple
scans to stitch them properly. Thereafter,
models can developed as the reference of
registered/stitched scan.

Use of Digital Conceptual Massing Tools for planning area-wide projects
With Conceptual Mass models, we can get ball park cost estimates for different
constructible options, we can simulate sun-and-shadow studies and also generate
conceptual tender drawings for the finalized option. It can also be used to plan
landscape layouts.

Use of Conceptual Infrastructure Models – Roads, Railways, Bridges, Underpasses
With the help of conceptual infrastructure, we can visualize, simulate infrastructure
