Shakespeare, Hamlet dabbles with the concepts of deceit, revenge, and death. Hamlet, the protagonist

Have you ever wondered how the world would be like if dinosaurs came back to life? Or how people
would react? Well, early Monday morning on May 31st 2017, a Tyrannosaurs Rex changed people s
lives by killing 33 innocent people including young school children.
The police claimed responsibility after the dreadful incident at Blossom Hill High School (BHHS).
This is by far the worst terrorist attack Brisbane has experienced.
There were 50 taken to hospital and 55 others treated at the scene.
The traumatised witnesses have stated that the vicious reptile has torn down the entire school, leaving
over millions of pieces scattered across school grounds.
Classrooms left ripped apart and school buses been squashed to the ground.
Some school students at the incident ran for their lives, while others were shocked and whipped out
their phones to record the outrageous event. Tyrannosaurs Rex large, vicious reptile hovered over the

Literature Review
Organizations need their employees to feel like they are a part of the family in order for them to
perform well and become an asset to the organization which is related to them feeling empowered. An
employee is the most important resource for any company. How employees are treated and how much
they value the company will have an impact on the overall company s performance. Empowerment
refers to a process in which a manager shares power with a subordinate. The dictionary s definition of
empowerment is to give someone the authority to do something. Employee empowerment is the
process of enabling an employee to think, behave, act, react and control their work in more
autonomous ways as to be in control of one s destiny. Employee empowerment is a motivational
technique that is designed to improve performance if managed properly through increased levels of
employee s participation and self determination (Veccho, 1995). Blanchard et al. (1996) for instance
argued that that empowerment is not only having the freedom to act, but also having higher degree of
responsibility and accountability. It has to deal with creating a working environment where an
employee is allowed to make his own decisions in specific work related situations (Fryer 2012).
According to Herzberg 1968, empowering employees had a link between job enrichment and

In 1933, Adolf Hitler was legally named chancellor of Germany by President Paul von Hindenburg. In
the following years, Hitler would take power as Führer and the Nazi party would create laws that
pretty much allowed them to kill eleven million people. While the anti semitic laws and the laws
against undesirables were horrible, they were still laws. The truth of the matter was that Hitler
belonged to the Nazi party and it was a legitimate political party with a substantial following; and their

As RMS continues to indicate, based on our observations and more importantly on the review of
assets during our weekly calls with Altisource, RMS continues to believe on many of these assets, the
condition or location of the property is the primary driver behind not only the large reduction in list
price, but ultimately a sales price well below the initial list price, all of which contribute to extended

Because Altisource cannot be directed to set the list price of an asset, RMS attempts to get Altisource
to recognize assets that are listed too high and to make appropriate adjustments that will generate
activity and offers.
RMS continues to review assets where we believe the list price set by Altisource is high relative to our
opinion of market value. On listed assets with DOM of more than 60 days, RMS and Altisource
discuss the list price and agent feedback to understand why purchase offers have not been received.
RMS targets these assets for review every 2 weeks.
Another recent observation is an increase in the number of assets in pending contract that fall out
because the buyer fails to return the purchase agreement. This trend has continued to increase over the
past several months. Although Altisource does not provide statistics regarding overall fallout, RMS
has seen an increase based on our observations and the weekly calls. We believe this relates to the
process by which Altisource sells REO assets (on the HUBZU website), where there is no economic
penalty to the bidder if they place an offer on a property but fail to deliver an executed purchase
agreement (similar to what would happen in a traditional sale transaction). In addition, we believe the
lack of agent to agent contact and knowledge of whether a buyer visits the property prior to making an
