Line-a group of words arranged into a row
Stanza-a group of two or more lines that form a unit in
a poem
Rhyme- the repetition of sounds at the ends of words
Rhyme Scheme- Pattern of end rhymes in a poem
Rhythm- the beat you hear as you read a poem aloud
Repetition-of a word, phrase, sound, or line more than
once
Mood- how the poem makes the reader feel.
Tone- the author’s attitude towards the subject.
