Reserves in Canada, we all know of the issues with limited access to safe water in other countries

drinking water, something that many of us in the Canada take for granted on a daily basis. As

The body needs lipids to generate energy, but a surplus in lipid intake contributes to the
development of heart disease (Nall, 2011). The honey baked ham and chicken that my family
enjoyed did have a fatty film of saturated fat. I also tend to cook with milk and butter that is

treatment for clinically significant macular edema (CSME) has been the mainstay treatment

50% reduction in moderate visual loss following focal laser photocoagulation [6,7].
The conventional Argon laser treatment is associated with heat to the surrounding tissues such as
the neurosensory retina and the choroid leading to collateral thermal damage. The greyish endpoint
of a laser burn means that the temperature is high enough to change the transparency of the retina
[8].
Possible side effects of conventional macular laser photocoagulation include visual loss due to
accidental foveal photocoagulation, pre and sub retinal fibrosis, choroidal neovascularization,

In the past two decades, the Washington Consensus approach codified by John Williamson (1990)
has been one of the most popular terms in the field of development. Consisting lists of reform
agenda, Washington Consensus used to be or at least believed as a rule of thumb policy to improve
economic growth in developing countries. However, due to the undesired result, now the
Washington Consensus have reached its fallacy.
There are rising debates on what will replace the Washington Consensus and the 1990s: Learning
from a Decade of Reform (2005, hereafter Learning from Reform) published by the World Bank
was one of the most regarded document which summarize the result effect of Washington
Consensus and proposed alternatives to complement the approach through institutionalization and
foreign aid. Dani Rodrik in his article Goodbye Washington Consensus, Hello Washington
Confusion? A Review of the World Bank s Economic Growth in the 1990s: Learning from a
Decade of Reform is skeptical that the proposed alternatives will better suit to replace the pre
sumptive strategy of Washington Consensus and therefore he posits the Growth Diagnostic
Approach that he and his collegue developed.

Organizational leadership is a twofold management style that works towards what is best for
employees/ people and what is greatest for the company or group as a whole at the same time. It
is also a mind set and a work ethic that empowers an individual in any role to lead from the top,

Key Factors During my research for this paper I learned that there are five key Factors of
organizational leadership which are, Worldview, Strength, communication, ethics and leadership.

Blake s vision is dialectical; the states of Innocence and Experience are interrelated. Blake argues
