Nutritional Analysis Project
After completing this nutritional analysis project, it opened my eyes to how many positive and
negatives are present in my diet. To begin, one of the positives of my nutritional status is the fact
that I get enough protein through the foods I eat. For example, on October 1, I ate 6 ounces of
chicken breast, which is high in protein. Furthermore, I also have a lot of vitaminB6 and B12 in my
diet. Vitamin B12 was in the 6 ounces of meatloaf I ate on September 30. This vitamin is vital
for normal brain functioning as well. In addition, I consume enough iron in my foods. Iron is
extremely important in the body as it helps red bloods cells transport oxygen. One example of
when I consumed a lot of iron was when I ate corn flakes for breakfast all three days. On the other
hand, this project also uncovered numerous ways my diet falls short. One of these is the fact that I
did not have enough... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I only consumed 11 grams of fiber on September 29 and October 1, and 12 grams on September 30.
This falls much lower than the target intake level of 38 grams. As a result, I am going to add
more fiber to my diet. One way I plan to accomplish this is by adding flaxseed to my yogurt as a
snack. This will add 2.8 grams of dietary fiber per 1 tablespoon serving. Moreover, a final
negative is how my current sodium intake is too high. For example, it was 2953 milligrams on
October 1, when my target was to have less than 2300 milligrams. Consuming too much sodium
can cause hypertension, so I need to make a change. I can accomplish this by adding less salts to
my foods and by removing sodium rich foods in my diet. One example is in the salad dressing I
have every day for lunch. In fact, 30 grams of ranch dressing has 328 milligrams of sodium. I am
going to switch to Caesar salad dressing instead, with only 158 milligrams of

Social Media s Impact On Public Relations
Social media forums have had a positive impact on the Public Relations industry in the twenty
first century. The massive increase in social media usage has provided a medium by which it is
easier to connect with a larger audience worldwide. This has resulted in an adoption of social
media strategies for many PR specialists. Sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram allow
these specialists to keep up with the public s opinions on current events as well as promote
businesses or products. The public relationsindustry is very different from advertising. While
advertisers pay for exposure and visual aids, PR specialists use language and conferences to
earn the trust of the public. According to the Public Relations Society of America Public
relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships
between organizations and their publics. PR specialists are image shapers and storytellers that
can be used to enhance, protect, and build reputations through any form of media or self created
production. If the news is bad, they formulate the best response to reduce the damage. Their job
is to create positive publicity for their client as well as enhance their reputation. Public relations
specialists over the years have had to stay on top of the changes in communication in order to
adapt for the sake of their business. Before all these new forms of media, the humble fax machine
was depended on to send press releases. Most early PR

War Memorial History
From the outset parish war memorial committees sent out requests to members of the public to
nominate names for inclusion on the memorials. They received these in writing from the next of
kin, from descendants and, in some cases, from an informed member of the public (either
privately or on behalf of an organisation). They accepted evidence through word of mouth, from
newspaper articles, church announcements and through door to door enquiries. Some committees
decided that only those born in a town or village would be commemorated; some opted for birth
and/or residence at time of death, whilst others allowed the names of anyone who had lived in the
village at any time. Some, as in the case of Misterton, saw the addition of a female whose nursing...

There were those who described it as evidence of a deplorable lack of interest by the general
public in this worthy object. When it was put on the agenda for the Parish Council to discuss,
the meeting had to be cancelled owing to the schoolroom having no heat and the likelihood of
there being no gas. For a time it looked as though there would be no resolution. Many felt this
would leave Epworth as a town without a site and cause considerable embarrassment, particularly
as places such as Belton, Finningley and Haxey were well advanced with their plans for a
memorial. Mr. Arthur Maw said that when he had spoken to people about a memorial, many
believed that, since the Parish Church and the Nonconformist Churches were erecting memorial
tablets in their respective places of worship, they felt there was no need for a public memorial.
When the decision to continue was taken there were issues over what style the memorial would
take. For those who favoured a stone monument their difficulty lay in finding a suitable site. Both
the Market Place and the frontage of Barnes and Breeze shop were considered but discounted. The
idea of buying the Imperial Hall and turning into a recreation and meeting place for the town was
rejected. Upgrading the town s water supply came up for consideration but was quickly dismissed.

The Neo Realist Thinking Of Waltz Along With John Mearsheimer
Neo realism, also known as structural realism or system level theory outlined in Theory of
International Politics (1979) has been Kenneth Waltz s response to the Realism theory by Hans
Morgenthau (1948). The neo realist thinking of Waltz along with John Mearsheimer, Robert
Keohane, Stephen Krasner, Charles Kindleberger and Robert Tucker George Modelski had a deep
impact both within and beyond the realist tradition. Unlike classical realism, Neo realism does not
consider human nature as relevant when it comes to the behaviour of states in international system
rather explains it in terms of structure of the international system. As per neo realists, the
international structure is predominately defined by their ordering principles (anarchy) and the
distribution of capabilities (power) across units. In the neo realist theory, power is simply the
combined capability of a state and changes in the structures can be explained by the distribution of
power across the states. Waltz claimed that any theory of international relationsshould be able to tell
both about the units states and the system as a whole.
This essay will focus on the neo realist approach of International relations and explain why,
according to the neo realists, states want power and argue how much power states should aim to
control. The first section of the essay will introduce the concept of power within the international
relations context and then the second section will delve into the question of why in

What Does The Scaffold Symbolize In The Scarlet Letter
Symbol of Sin In Nathaniel Hawthorne s The Scarlet Letter, the use of a torturous scaffold
symbolizes sin and redemption. In Hawthorne s novel, the afflicting scaffold is present in three
scenes throughout the story. The first scene occurs during the introduction of the novel, where
Hester Prynne is given time on the structure in return for her sinful crime of adultery. The second
scene occurs in the middle of the novel, where Arthur Dimmesdale stands on the scaffold, feeling
remorse and guilt for his crime which he commits with Prynne. The final scene takes place in the
resolution of the story, where Dimmesdale is dying and confesses his sin in front of the whole
town. Throughout The Scarlet Letter, the scaffold is a penalty described as ridicule, is used to
symbolize sin, and is used to tie the characters together.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Prynne was sentenced to the scaffold and was verbally and physically abused by her fellow
citizens. In addition, this quote is describing the scaffold in great detail, The same platform or

However, there is no way for your doctor to determine whether you ll have the same reaction or a

being stung is to avoid wearing bright and colorful clothes. Bright colors can confuse a bee or

Political Socialization Is A Process In Relation To...
Have you ever thought about a person in your life that influenced you on how you perceive life

process is a lifelong development of a person political values. A large range of things can play a
factor on a person train of thought. As an adolescent, my family played a major role on developing
my attitudes, values, beliefs, and behaviors that s needed to be a law abiding citizen. Today I will

A Research Project On The The Wong One Died
Life is simultaneously the hardest thing we will ever do and also the easiest thing we will ever do.
From the basic biological processes to the complex mental processes, all that we as humans do
contributes to our lives. In the story The Wong One Died (Yalom, 2012), we learned about Penny, a
woman who is experiencing great difficulty simply living her life. Yalom moves quickly to the heart
of the matter, primarily by building a therapeutic relationship, developing an accurate empathic
understanding, and using that understanding to help Penny. The therapeutic relationship is
fundamental to the therapeutic process, and Yalom provides an excellent example of what is
required of the helper in this story.

He does not deny that Penny could use help, or that he could certainly offer it, but he recognizes
his limitations and his commitments that would interfere with his ability to properly help Penny. I
think that this shows an important level of self awareness on the part of Yalom, and gives what
work he does with Penny its best chance at succeeding. While acknowledging she understands
Yalom s limitations, Penny mentions she had seen two therapists previously. One of them had
been at an alcohol clinic, where the counselor had been an alcoholic themselves. Penny remarks
that perhaps she need a therapist who has lost a child that could be an expert in what Penny is
experiencing. However, if it is true that a client can only be helped by someone who has
experienced the same things as themselves, then that places a severe limitation on the field of
psychology. Therapists could only help clients with similar experiences to themselves, which would
bring the focus of therapy to the therapist s subjective experience, and not the client s. Each
therapist would only have a narrow range of clients with which they could be effective, which I
do not believe to be the case. Yalom s work with Penny can serve of an example of two people
with different experiences forming a constructive therapeutic relationship. On the surface, there
would seem to be few similarities between a Stanford professor and an overworked cab driver, but

Fifty Shades Darker Analysis
Dakota Johnson of Fifty Shades Darker is believed to be angry with her stepfather Antonio
Banderas. Johnson supposedly blames former stepfather Antonio for her mom Melanie Griffith s
condition. Recently, Melanie is reported to be in a depression mode due to his ex husband Banderas.
According to the reports, Dakota was much annoyed with Antonio from the very beginning, since
he dumped her mom Melanie in the year 2014 for dating someone else. It has also been disclosed
that she is furious at Banderas for choosing someone who is so much younger than Griffith. The
22 years younger woman Nicole Kempel who is a Dutch investment banker is reported to be the
current partner of the 58 year old Spanish born Desperado actor Antonio Banderas. According to
reports, Dakota thinks of Banderas as a selfish man who is trying to recapture his youth. Johnson
further states that, it is Antonio s fault for which, her mom Melanie is slowly immersing deeper
into depression. She was much more worried about her mother, since her self esteem is non existent.

The Anzac Legacy Of The Australian World War
Last year, on the 25th of April was the centenary of the Gallipoli landing. Which, according to the
Australian Defence force website, was to be for Australians, one of the most significant
commemorations to take place during their lifetime. With the centenary looming in the backs of the
minds of the Australian people, it is unsurprising that great pains have been taken to construct a
three year long celebration that would encompass a number of historical milestones on Australias
involvement in conflicts , such as both World Wars, Korea and Vietnam.
Yet, the amount of emphasis that is placed on the Anzac legend could be argued to be incorrectly
placed and channelled by certain groups for their own gain. This essay will argue that the Anzac
legacy of the Australians being the perfect soldier is highly embellished and are no more
remarkable than any other soldier. Furthermore the importance and Australia s involvement in the
First World War has been grossly inflated. Additionally, this will analyse claims made by historians
and other academics about how the Anzac legend has changed overtime, and Australia s
involvement in wars.
In order to understand why the Anzac legend became so prominent, an understanding of Australia s
reasons for entering the First World War must be understood. Firstly, it was the first major war
Australia would participate in as a state in its own right, less than two decades after Australian
became a federation in 1901. According to Stanley,

2 Communicative CALL
What is Communicative CALL?
Communicative CALL is based on the communicative approach to foreign language teaching which
became prominent in the 1970 s and 1980 s.
The communicative approach
1 Is a reaction to the audio lingual approach.
2 Focuses on language as a medium of communication.
3 Recognizes that we use language to get things done: we speak a language in order to
communicate with others (e.g. we want to express likes and dislikes, ask somebody s hobbies, find
directions to a place).
How the Communicative CALL works?
1 Grammar is taught implicitly rather than explicitly.
2 Computers are used to stimulate discussion, writing or critical thinking. Students are encouraged
to generate original utterances rather than just manipulate prefabricated language.
3 The programmes avoid telling students that they are wrong and are flexible to a variety of student

Galileo s Letter To The Grand Duchess Christina

Galileo Galilei, Letter to the Grand Duchess Christina
Galileo was an astronomer, mathematician, and an Italian physicist. In the early 1600s, he was the
greatest European scientist (The Human Record, 41). Galileo Galilei was also a devout Catholic.
Galileo wrote the letter, The Grand Duchess of Tuscany, in 1615. This letter defends his approach
to science and religion in a published letter addressed to the Grand Duchess Christina (The
Human Record, 41). From my reading, Grand Duchess Christina seemed as if she was a person of
high authority so he addressed the letter to her. With all of his knowledge and skills, he developed
new ideas as well as new discoveries. Galileo ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As stated in the book, His public support of Copernicus disturbed Catholic theologians, who were
convinced it undermined correct belief and the authority of the church (The Human Record, 41).
So, therefore these new findings of ideas did not agree with the way the Catholic Church was
organized or the power of which the church held. Copernicus created this theory that was supported
by Galileo. This theory argued about what was at the center of the universe, which was not the
earth, but it was the sun (The Human Record, 41). Finding new discoveries regarding science was
the idea Copernicus had in mind. He wanted people to become more interested in finding things
as if they were scientist like himself. On the other hand, Galileo wanted people to stop including
the bible into scientific findings. One of Galileo s findings as stated in the book, I hold the sun to
be situated motionless in the center of the revolution of the celestial orbs while the Earth rotates on
its axis and revolves about the sun (The Human Record, 42). Galileo made an attempt to explain
that his findings do not discredit the religion or the church. He just believed that religion and

Reflecting On Impact Of Iron
Reflecting on impact of Iron
Iron is part of the most found elements in the earth. Around 5.6% of the earth s crust has been
composed of it, and almost the entire core of the earth. In addition, Iron has been discovered about
5000 years ago, and the name comes from the Scandinavian word iarn . [1]
For this essay, my task is to describe the impact of Iron on society. Furthermore, I will research
about the chemical and physical properties of Iron, the obtaining of Iron, and the uses through
history and lastly I will compare the metal with the metals that were used beforehand, and what
impact the discovery had on society. For this essay, my research question is: How has the
discovery of Iron affected the society? In my opinion the discovery of Iron didn t have such a
great affection for the society and how they handled, because the people only changed from bronze
to another like metal. Everything they could do before, could be done with the Iron too. ... Show

Iron is a bright and shiny white metal that is strong, ductile, malleable and soft. The color of the
surface of Iron is regularly affected by corrosion, as it easily rusts because it easily combines with
the oxygen in the air when moisture is present, but in absolute dry air, the Iron doesn t rust. [3]
The metal is ductile, because it can easily be stretched or pulled into a thin line/wire. Iron is
malleable, because it is possible to be bent and shaped. Iron can also be easily magnetized. The
metal is likewise a very good conductor of electricity and heat. [4] At room temperature the metal
is solid, the melting point is 1535.1 oC, and the boiling point is 3000oC.

The Tragedy Of The Bosnian Genocide
Reflections about major significant historical occurrences often lead to a philosophical inquiry as
to whether the outcome could have been changed. Often inspired by unfortunate events, historians
may never know if they could have been prevented. Genocides are an example of such an event,
as they are often influenced by delicate situations, and are often very tragic. The deepest tragedy
of all is that we will never know if these mass murders of specific ethnicities could have been
averted. One such dreadful occurrence became known to the public as the Bosnian Genocide.

Bosnia declared its independence as well. Bosnia was composed of several ethnicities, including

less of a bond because faction determined duty rather that Pietas. Thus Rome, a city founded in
pietas, was that foundational principle. internal faction undermined the principles of pietas and
corrupted its role in the city. Rome needed a moral reform towards pietas; Rome needed a refocus
on the roots of the empire, its duty towards its ancestors, and unity based in pietas. Commissioned
by Augustus, Virgil constructs the Aeneid
so that it portrays the cruciality of pietas by redefining
Greek epic heroism to include pietas. Each comparason of aeneasto another greek hero emphasises
the pietas within him, showing how he is better because of it and combining the heroism of all the
Greek heroes into Aeneas. By doing this, virgil shows that to unify Rome through pietas is to
harness Rome s power. Thus, Virgil reveals to the Romans a virtue which allows the individual
Roman citizen embody and partake in the glory of Rome. Embodied in Paris, the antagonist of the
Trojan war, is the reflection of Troy s lack of piety. When Paris captured Helen, he stole her while
Menelaus guest in Mycenaea and under the ancient code of hospitality. However, the abduction of
Helen went further than breaking

Essay about Ontological Argument Critique
The existence of God is a much debated philosophical argument that has mystified philosophers
since the age of the Enlightenment. Many of the different arguments put forth and analysed though,
have not adequately proven God s existence. Although in order to move forward, failed arguments
must be studied to ensure that mistakes are not repeated. One such argument is the Ontological
Argument.
This argument was first recorded by St. Anslem (1033 1109). Descartes adapts this argument in the
fifth meditation in Meditations on First Philosophy. He first establishes that whenever he thinks
about a triangle, there are certain properties that must be present in order for the form to be a
triangle. Further even if perhaps no such figure ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Since no such island actually exists, Gaunilo concludes, therefore, that the argument does not prove
God s existence.
However, Descartes addressed Gaunilo s objection stating simply that whilst an island is a contrived
thought, his triangle is not. The properties of triangles can be obvious and discoverable truths; they
can be proven despite the thinker. On the other hand, the perfect island may vary, based on the
thoughts of different people. Thus, to link God with thoughts of an island is flawed (Cardinal, et al,
2005). Another philosopher, Charles Hartshorne held that an island was a contingent entity that can
endure termination by nature. God is a necessary as he is unaffected by nature. Thus, the two
entities fail to relate to each other adequately. (Grim, 1983)
As the weakest of the objections, Gaunilo does appear to have missed the point of the Ontological
Argument. He mistakenly likens his island to God when, this is rather more akin to Descartes
triangle or, more so, his mountain and valley. An island needs to be completely surrounded by
water in order to be called an island, just as every mountain must have a valley. To remove these
properties will remove something meaningful from these entities; Descartes claims existence is an
essential attribute of God.
However, the crux of

Justice In The Oresteia
In Aeschylus tragic trilogy The Oresteia, Aeschylus writes about a fundamental question in
philosophy. What is the nature of justice? In his plays, starting with Agamemnon, the Achaeans
slowly emerge and evolve from an older, more primitive autocratic form of justice, to a new concept
of justice devised by Athena. The trilogy culminates in hung jurytrial, and eventually Orestes
absolution. The jury trial at the end of The Furies implies that justiceis arbitrary, must include
deliberation, and is more than an eye for an eye.
In ancient Greece law of retaliation was similar to the eye for an eye concept. Because
Clytemnestra killed their father, it was only fair for Orestes to kill her. This is idea is imposed in
the final play of the trilogy ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The problem with revenge is that it never ends. Instead, revenge leads to more revenge, and it is
mentioned, towards the end of The Furies, as especially dangerous for civic order. The Furies
represent a more primordial sense of justice, which Athena is intent on changing. Aeschylus is
asserting that the cycle of violence and vindictive acts of justice is characteristic of a primitive
society and that some other way must be found to resolve the conflict of moral questions. The
establishment of the courts at the end of the trilogy directly concept of justice.
The establishment of the courts provides a place for the citizens to decide about what is moral
and to debate the details of specific cases. The emergence of the jury trial also suggests that justice
is not just unless it involves deliberation. In the earlier plays Orestes and Clytemnestra took justice
into their own hands by acting impulsively and Aeschylus implies in his tragedy that When a
person seeks justice they must be careful not to pursue it in a vindictive way because revenge will
inevitably transgress into suffering for the person seeking reprisal. the law needs to be concerned
with definitions justice itself. In other words, justice without judgment is too rash and impulsive. A
jury is necessary so that questions can be deliberated. Was Orestes matricide justified?

How Is Herman Melville Successful
Herman Melville was a successful author that wrote historically valued books such as Billy Budd:
Sailor , Omoo , Typee , and Moby Dick.
Born in New York City to a wealthy Allan and Maria Melvill, young Herman came out of the
womb with problems to solve. Herman obtained scarlet fever and visual impairment at around age
one and his family lost their wealth a few years later after Allan s abrupt death. As a result, the
Melville family had to struggle to make it in the big city.
As the family struggled over time, Herman began to search for a job and seek education to provide
for his family. He enrolled in Albany Academy, studied classical literature and began writingshort
stories. After his tedious educational training, Herman searched for jobs, all unfulfilling and
unsuccessful, and turned to his last resort: going to the sea as a simple sailor (Melville 35).
Herman enjoyed the sea life, going on several voyages, travelling to Liverpool, England and

Poor Cash flow management may bring about lack of working capital and in this way undermine
the maintainability of a venture. While industry has extensively acknowledged successful cash flow
management as an execution change component, the prevalence of scholastic examinations
concerning the connection between money streams and execution looks at the issue from a static,
benchmarking viewpoint (Ebben and Johnson, 2011; Farris and Hutchison, 2002, 2003; Moss and
Stine, 1993). Compelling cash flow management includes anticipating, arranging, observing and
controlling of money receipts and instalments. Project cash flow is for the most part registered in
light of assessed expense and income over the development time frame.
3.0 Concept of cash flow
Just characterized, cash flow is the development of assets all through a business, while cash flow
management concentrates on the planning of moving assets. This is regularly a matter of
incredible significance to venture administrators, in light of the fact that regardless of the fact that
an undertaking is gaining great specialized ground is on timetable, it will be viewed as a monetary
failure in the event that it comes up short on cash. Projects that experience the ill effects of poor
income at last bring about extra expenses and, perhaps, critical postponements too. In some cases,
be that as it may, notwithstanding getting extra cash or ceasing work until assets are gotten may not
be variable choice.

Competitive Sports
There has been a big argument about the injuries of competitive sports and if kids should be
playing them. There is a lot of opinions on if kids should play competitive sports or if they
should not be allowed to play competitive sports. Some people argue about the injuries and risk
that sports give to young children and the pressure that goes with them. Others argue that sports
give more than just injuries like life skills such as motivation and commitment. According to the
New York Times ( 2015 ), over 50% of high schoolers get a concussion in competitive sports.
However, in this essay, I will be talking about some the life skills that competitive sports give you
and how they outweigh the pressure and injuries in competitive sports give.
My first reason for why competitive sports help kids with life skills is that kids gain self
confidence when playing sports. One reason sports help with self confidence is it helps with
setting goals. According to Muhealth, ( 2017 ) Watching your hard work pay off and achieving
your goals develops self confidence. Achieving a sport or fitness goal encourages you to achieve
other goals you set. This is a rewarding and exciting learning process. This is showing that setting
and then eventually achieving your goals in sports and helps a lot with the self confidence of
children. My second reason is that when kids play sports they help kids be themselves and helps
the kids view themselves in a good way. This is supported by Margaret Talbot,

Hague Regulations Essay
The Hague Regulations The earliest developments in the law of armed conflict were based on the
assumption that in a war between two or more states, those who were legitimately entitled to take
up arms were the armed forces of those states. Thus armed forces was not a term which required
definition. Individual members of the armed forces were combatants, another term which was
treated as self evident. The rules of armed conflict therefore were to be applied to armies. It is
generally accepted by IHL experts that the first international attempt at defining combatants was
included in the International Declaration concerning the laws and Customs of War adopted in
Brussels in 1874. Even more recent studies assert without question that the... Show more content on

In terms of application, however, these conditions are provisions of the law which are fairly
marginal. The Brussels Declaration formed the basis of the definition of combatant which was
incorporated into Articles 1 and 3 of the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention (II) with
Respect to the Laws and Customs of War on Land of 1899 and 1907. In a later development, the
Brussels/Hague provisions were incorporated into the 1949 Third Geneva Convention on
Prisoners of War, in order to establish the qualifications required to receive prisoner of war
treatment. Because there is no definition of combatant as such, it has always been difficult to say
whether only members of the armed forces are to be considered combatants. This problem is
compounded by the fact that the Hague definition provides that the armed forces can include non
combatants, with both categories being entitled to prisoner of war status. In other words, in the
Hague formulation, the term armed forces is not limited to those officially engaged in combat.
This provision of the Regulations implies that militias are part of the armed forces even though
they are not to be considered part of the army, unless the two terms are interchangeable. To sum up,
the Hague Regulations did not define the concept of combatant and left it up to each state to decide
which members of its armed forces were combatants and which were not.

The court determines a person is negligent when they fail to comply with their duty and when their
conduct falls below the standard of care. The standard of care in negligence is established by the law
to protect others against the unreasonable risk of harm. The risk must be foreseeable. Pennsylvania
courts determine a party s standard of care by examining what a reasonable person would do under

Unfortunately, based on their feedback there are concerns with the research problem and its

Imperialism of India by Britain Essay
Imperialism is the domination of one country of the political, economic, or cultural life of another
country. Imperialism is more often than not fueled by two major schools of thought known as
nationalism and Social Darwinism. Nationalism is a feeling of pride and devotion to one s
country. This can drive a person to think that their country is the most powerful, and in essence
drives that person mad with power and a hunger to conquer, which not ironically is exactly what
many countries did. Social Darwinism is the very idea that a more powerful country conquer the
smaller countries. Survival of the fittest, as the well renowned Charles Darwinused to say.

Then there s the negative which may take away a colony s individuality and spark rebellion.
Britain s a great example because we see an economic growth and a modernization of India, but we
also see the rights of the people slowly fading into the shadows. Britain took over India after a
brief struggle with France; initially to aid in its economy; mainly its textiles. The plan was to
have Indians harvest raw materials to ship back to Britain. Britain would therefore have cheap
raw materials sent back to them; because India was mercantilist (could only trade with the mother
country) they did not have much of a choice but to sell to Britain cheaply. Britain therefore
always had a steady source of raw materials Britain would turn raw materials into finished
products that it would ship back to India and sell to Indians. Prices for goods were low and Indians
liked that, but also Britain had a steady source of income. The most useful Indian industry for
Britain was its cotton industry; Britain often used Indian cotton for clothing. India made for a
cheap way to assemble (cheap labor) and an easy way to get business. For Britain, there was
barely a negative side to imperializing in India. British citizen did not change the way they went

The Role Of Popular News Media On An Electoral Environment

Information flow is a crucial component of any electoral process. The modern leadership
dynamics, which embraces democracy, rests on the electoral processes as the tools for gaining

Thus, there is no need for local students to worry about the rise in the number of foreign students.
Hence, it is not entirely right to say that the influx of foreign students in Singapore will deprive
our local students of opportunities in the field of academia. Another negative social impact is
that they reinforce prejudices about immigrants in certain quarters. The way of living of some
foreigners leads to the locals becoming upset over. For example, talking loudly in public,
spitting and being unhygienic are some of the habits that Singaporeans find themselves
uncomfortable with. This is especially so for the lowly skilled workers who forget that they are
in a developed country and behave the way they do in their villages or homes. For example, the
Straits Times covered new about social problems brought about by foreign workers. Many locals
respondents mentioned things like workers getting heavily drunk at night and chatting away
loudly at the void decks of Housing Development Board (HDB) flats. They also complained of
workers talking loudly on their mobile phones on public transport and the more severe problem
was that many locals felt that foreign workers like to stare at females. Anger has erupted over
such problems leading to a misunderstanding of locals and foreigners. Locals try to stay away from
foreigners. Thus there is a communication barrier between locals and some foreigners due to such
social problems that arise.

What Does The Room Symbolize In The Raven
The Raven is defined as a narrative poem by the popular American author Edgar Allen Poe. The
poem is praised for its paranormal atmosphere, formalized language, and musicality. It outlines the
mysterious rendezvous conducted between a man and a talking raven, which gradually trace s the
man into a state of insanity. The Raventells the tale of a man who has recently lost his lover,
Lenore. To help cope with this loss, he sits secluded in his study, becoming a loner as he reads
various books in an attempt to distract himself from the reality of the situation at hand. In the
middle of the night, suddenly there came a tapping...as of someone gently rapping, rapping at [his]
chamber door (Poe 1205). Upon investigation, the narrator discovers... Show more content on

Readers can relate and connect to this story because it allows for them to follow the journey of a
person that is submitted to drastic life changes, changes that the readers themselves may also be
struggling with. Poe uses several different symbols to to take the poem to a larger scale. The
chamber in which the speaker is located throughout the tale signifies the loneliness of the man,
and the sorrow that he is encompassed with for the loss of his love, Lenore. The room is
furnished and helps to remind the speaker of his lost lover, generating an implementation of
beauty. The symbolism that resides within the phrase that is repeated by the raven explains that
not only has the speaker lost his lover, but he will nevermore be the same person he was
previously. The tone of The Raven is dark and melancholic, and represents Poe s own
introvertedness. Poe aspired to use the melancholy topic of the death of a beautiful woman, which
he was in love with. The tone exhibits a painful and vulnerable state of mind that is driven to
madness. The overall tone is despairing, which connects to the central meaning/idea that the
narrator s life will never be the same without

Violence and Nursery Rhymes
Violence in Nursery Rhymes
Nursery rhymes, fables and fairy tales have always been a part of childhood. They usually have
some type of moral meaning or happy ending. Initially, most of these rhymes and stories were not
meant for children, lots of them mocked the history of politics or they revealed abuse toward
children. Women also received their share of violencein some of the cute little jingles. For example;
Peter Peter pumpkin eater
Had a wife and couldn t keep her
He put her in a pumpkin shell
And there he kept her very well!
My analysis of Peter and his wife builds a classic case of intimate partner violence. Peter must have
an addiction to pumpkins which I believe is symbolic for something else; drugs, alcohol, gambling,

The neglect and abuse may have led to death of the children.
Neglect has happened in the past but it strongly remains in the present. Nadya Suleman is
fighting back against the media s characterization of her and the claims of child neglect that put
the controversial mother of 14 back in the headlines this week (Abbie Boudreau. ABC News).
There are many reasons for neglect; alcohol and drug abuse, inadequate parenting skill, financial
difficulties , mental issues, and lack of a support system. Even though neglect, physical and
sexual abuse is not tolerated or favored, there was a time when it was accepted, practiced, looked
over and sometimes encouraged. These behaviors and actions are being taught in the form of sing
long s , however the words, in most rhymes, have been changed to kid friendly terms.

Selfhood In Kate Chopin s The Story Of An Hour
During the late of the nineteenth century, the American society had witnessed the abolishment
of slavery, but still women had no right to vote until 1920. It makes sense, then, that freedom
and feminine selfhood would be of great concern to the forerunners of modern feminism. Kate
Chopin s The Story of an Hour was written in April 1894. In this story, initiated by the false news
of Louise Mallard s husband s death in a train accident, Chopin presents us with a picture of a
subjugated female protagonist feeling a powerful joy for the death of her husband that will give a
promising path of freedom. Chopin s exploration of the themes of feminine selfhood, the yearning
for freedom, independence and new life and of what she calls the possession of self assertion is
vividly displayed in a rich and colorful... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It takes place in the Malards residence, the home of Brently and Louise Mallard and it starts in a
public setting, probably the living room or even the kitchen because people are gathered there,
where Josephine reveals, very gently, to her sister that her husband is passed away after a
horrible train accident. The scope of this story is actually super limited: The primary action of
the story occurs within the Mallards home and it is striking that besides the fact that female
characters, and only, are always inside the house, the characters that entered it did never leave it,
as if they are caged in. Equally, Mrs. Mallard seems to be pretty confined to the house because
she was afflicted with a heart trouble . Her heart being physically sick is very symbolic of her
emotional and psychic state of sickness caused by her feelings being trapped in her marital life of
subjugation. The idea of confinement is widely reinforced by the image of the internal doors , not
only the external ones, being firmly locked by the aid of a latchkey which was opened only once
during the

Native American Anthropology Research Paper
Archaeologists destroy the sites they excavate. This has been one of the major criticisms that has
been lobbed at archaeologists for years. When archaeologists excavate a site, the common practice
of digging and removing artifacts is sometimes frowned upon by the communities in the
surrounding area. In the 1800 s people s views of indigenous communities where reprehensible to
say the lest American Indians were held to be inferior to civilized men in order to rationalize the
seizure of Indian lands, and that eventually, racial myths grew to supplant any other myths about
Indians as a justification for waging war on Indians and violating their treaties. (Watkins 2000: 6)
This trend continued into the 1900 s, but the degradation that indigenous and to some extant non
indigenous communities have experienced is still present to this day, but it is not as prevalent as it
was in the past. The things that were decimated where Indigenous graves, sacred places, and
cultural materials. The practice of looting grave goods has been a problem since Europeans first
came to the Americas The looting of the Native American past began with the very earliest
European presence in North America, starting earlier than many would think. ... Show more content

Randall H. McGuire asked the question in his paper Archaeology and the First Americas, Why are
scholars (archaeologists, historians, and anthropologists) the stewards of Indian pasts. (McGuire
1992: 817) There is no good answer, to answer one would have to look at the relationships between
white and Indigenous communities, which in itself is a difficult. Indigenous communities have
been given the short end of the stick in the past, but that has begun to change in

Alexander The Great Perseverance
The personal psychological factors that helped make Alexander the Great an effective military
leader is his ambition, insight, and his perseverance. His ambition is shown through his desire
to defeat the Persians and spread the Greek way of life throughout the world. This desire of
conquest and revenge show his ambition and more importantly this desire led to him having a
level of insight, concept of moral, and perseverance that helped him to defeat Tyre. Tyre is
located about a half a mile away from shore and due to his lack of a navy Alexander had to come
up with creative ways to defeat Tyre. One of the key moves that he did was to make a land bridge
by using the natural resources around him to help his soldiers reach the impenitrable wall that
surrounded Tyre. The first time that Alexander built the bridge it was destroyed due to a ship that
was full of flammable objects and charcoal burning down the foundations of the bridge. This
resulted in Alexander thinking of a different way to build the bridge in order to prevent the... Show

The second tactic that he used was to build ceilings to shield his soldiers that were building the
bridge from arrow attacks. Another tactic that he used was to build seige towers that had the
tortion catapault on it in order to attack the wall with his catapault and be able to invade his
enemy. As a result to Alexander successfully countering the attacks of the Tyrians they desided to
gather a whole fleet to attack his army and the bridge in a last effort to counter his efforts but due
to Alexander s insight he gathered a fleet of his own that came up behind the Tyrian fleet and
destroyed it. This resulted in the completion of the bridge, breaching the Southern wall of the port
and also the success of the seige on

  • 2. Nutritional Analysis Project After completing this nutritional analysis project, it opened my eyes to how many positive and negatives are present in my diet. To begin, one of the positives of my nutritional status is the fact that I get enough protein through the foods I eat. For example, on October 1, I ate 6 ounces of chicken breast, which is high in protein. Furthermore, I also have a lot of vitaminB6 and B12 in my diet. Vitamin B12 was in the 6 ounces of meatloaf I ate on September 30. This vitamin is vital for normal brain functioning as well. In addition, I consume enough iron in my foods. Iron is extremely important in the body as it helps red bloods cells transport oxygen. One example of when I consumed a lot of iron was when I ate corn flakes for breakfast all three days. On the other hand, this project also uncovered numerous ways my diet falls short. One of these is the fact that I did not have enough... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I only consumed 11 grams of fiber on September 29 and October 1, and 12 grams on September 30. This falls much lower than the target intake level of 38 grams. As a result, I am going to add more fiber to my diet. One way I plan to accomplish this is by adding flaxseed to my yogurt as a snack. This will add 2.8 grams of dietary fiber per 1 tablespoon serving. Moreover, a final negative is how my current sodium intake is too high. For example, it was 2953 milligrams on October 1, when my target was to have less than 2300 milligrams. Consuming too much sodium can cause hypertension, so I need to make a change. I can accomplish this by adding less salts to my foods and by removing sodium rich foods in my diet. One example is in the salad dressing I have every day for lunch. In fact, 30 grams of ranch dressing has 328 milligrams of sodium. I am going to switch to Caesar salad dressing instead, with only 158 milligrams of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Social Media s Impact On Public Relations Social media forums have had a positive impact on the Public Relations industry in the twenty first century. The massive increase in social media usage has provided a medium by which it is easier to connect with a larger audience worldwide. This has resulted in an adoption of social media strategies for many PR specialists. Sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram allow these specialists to keep up with the public s opinions on current events as well as promote businesses or products. The public relationsindustry is very different from advertising. While advertisers pay for exposure and visual aids, PR specialists use language and conferences to earn the trust of the public. According to the Public Relations Society of America Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. PR specialists are image shapers and storytellers that can be used to enhance, protect, and build reputations through any form of media or self created production. If the news is bad, they formulate the best response to reduce the damage. Their job is to create positive publicity for their client as well as enhance their reputation. Public relations specialists over the years have had to stay on top of the changes in communication in order to adapt for the sake of their business. Before all these new forms of media, the humble fax machine was depended on to send press releases. Most early PR ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. War Memorial History From the outset parish war memorial committees sent out requests to members of the public to nominate names for inclusion on the memorials. They received these in writing from the next of kin, from descendants and, in some cases, from an informed member of the public (either privately or on behalf of an organisation). They accepted evidence through word of mouth, from newspaper articles, church announcements and through door to door enquiries. Some committees decided that only those born in a town or village would be commemorated; some opted for birth and/or residence at time of death, whilst others allowed the names of anyone who had lived in the village at any time. Some, as in the case of Misterton, saw the addition of a female whose nursing... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... There were those who described it as evidence of a deplorable lack of interest by the general public in this worthy object. When it was put on the agenda for the Parish Council to discuss, the meeting had to be cancelled owing to the schoolroom having no heat and the likelihood of there being no gas. For a time it looked as though there would be no resolution. Many felt this would leave Epworth as a town without a site and cause considerable embarrassment, particularly as places such as Belton, Finningley and Haxey were well advanced with their plans for a memorial. Mr. Arthur Maw said that when he had spoken to people about a memorial, many believed that, since the Parish Church and the Nonconformist Churches were erecting memorial tablets in their respective places of worship, they felt there was no need for a public memorial. When the decision to continue was taken there were issues over what style the memorial would take. For those who favoured a stone monument their difficulty lay in finding a suitable site. Both the Market Place and the frontage of Barnes and Breeze shop were considered but discounted. The idea of buying the Imperial Hall and turning into a recreation and meeting place for the town was rejected. Upgrading the town s water supply came up for consideration but was quickly dismissed. • 6. The Neo Realist Thinking Of Waltz Along With John Mearsheimer Neo realism, also known as structural realism or system level theory outlined in Theory of International Politics (1979) has been Kenneth Waltz s response to the Realism theory by Hans Morgenthau (1948). The neo realist thinking of Waltz along with John Mearsheimer, Robert Keohane, Stephen Krasner, Charles Kindleberger and Robert Tucker George Modelski had a deep impact both within and beyond the realist tradition. Unlike classical realism, Neo realism does not consider human nature as relevant when it comes to the behaviour of states in international system rather explains it in terms of structure of the international system. As per neo realists, the international structure is predominately defined by their ordering principles (anarchy) and the distribution of capabilities (power) across units. In the neo realist theory, power is simply the combined capability of a state and changes in the structures can be explained by the distribution of power across the states. Waltz claimed that any theory of international relationsshould be able to tell both about the units states and the system as a whole. This essay will focus on the neo realist approach of International relations and explain why, according to the neo realists, states want power and argue how much power states should aim to control. The first section of the essay will introduce the concept of power within the international relations context and then the second section will delve into the question of why in ... I think that this shows an important level of self awareness on the part of Yalom, and gives what work he does with Penny its best chance at succeeding. While acknowledging she understands Yalom s limitations, Penny mentions she had seen two therapists previously. One of them had been at an alcohol clinic, where the counselor had been an alcoholic themselves. Penny remarks that perhaps she need a therapist who has lost a child that could be an expert in what Penny is experiencing. However, if it is true that a client can only be helped by someone who has experienced the same things as themselves, then that places a severe limitation on the field of psychology. Therapists could only help clients with similar experiences to themselves, which would bring the focus of therapy to the therapist s subjective experience, and not the client s. Each therapist would only have a narrow range of clients with which they could be effective, which I do not believe to be the case. Which, according to the Australian Defence force website, was to be for Australians, one of the most significant commemorations to take place during their lifetime. With the centenary looming in the backs of the minds of the Australian people, it is unsurprising that great pains have been taken to construct a three year long celebration that would encompass a number of historical milestones on Australias involvement in conflicts , such as both World Wars, Korea and Vietnam. Yet, the amount of emphasis that is placed on the Anzac legend could be argued to be incorrectly placed and channelled by certain groups for their own gain. This essay will argue that the Anzac legacy of the Australians being the perfect soldier is highly embellished and are no more remarkable than any other soldier. Furthermore the importance and Australia s involvement in the First World War has been grossly inflated. Additionally, this will analyse claims made by historians and other academics about how the Anzac legend has changed overtime, and Australia s involvement in wars. In order to understand why the Anzac legend became so prominent, an understanding of Australia s reasons for entering the First World War must be understood. Firstly, it was the first major war Australia would participate in as a state in its own right, less than two decades after Australian became a federation in 1901. According to Stanley, ... Bosnia was composed of several ethnicities, including the Bosnian Muslims (Bosniaks), who were the majority, Bosnian Serbs, and Bosnian Croats. Savo Heleta, who was living in Bosnia at the time, described the ethnic boundaries in her book, Not My Turn To Die: ...there were no clear cut boundaries there weren t three different regions, one for each ethnic group. People lived in ethnically mixed cities, villages, neighborhoods, and apartment buildings. The presence of borders may have prevented the genocide, and at least it might have softened the degree and severity of the killings. Boundaries might have been able to allow the ethnicities to split peacefully and without forcing anyone out of the area or out of the world. The declaration of Bosnian independence was not received favourably by the Serbs. Since Bosnia, in 1991, was composed of forty four percent Bosniaks, thirty one percent Serb, and seventeen percent Croat. Due to the clear majority of the Bosniaks, the Serbs had fears about ... • 22. Pietas In The Aeneid Before Augustus came to power, Civil war had ravished the basic principle of the Roman people. Piety, the warning to fulfil our duties towards our country, our parents, or others connected with us by ties of blood was undermined by faction. The duty towards country, parents and relatives was less of a bond because faction determined duty rather that Pietas. Thus Rome, a city founded in pietas, was that foundational principle. internal faction undermined the principles of pietas and corrupted its role in the city. Rome needed a moral reform towards pietas; Rome needed a refocus on the roots of the empire, its duty towards its ancestors, and unity based in pietas. Commissioned by Augustus, Virgil constructs the Aeneid so that it portrays the cruciality of pietas by redefining Greek epic heroism to include pietas. Each comparason of aeneasto another greek hero emphasises the pietas within him, showing how he is better because of it and combining the heroism of all the Greek heroes into Aeneas. By doing this, virgil shows that to unify Rome through pietas is to harness Rome s power. Thus, Virgil reveals to the Romans a virtue which allows the individual Roman citizen embody and partake in the glory of Rome. Embodied in Paris, the antagonist of the Trojan war, is the reflection of Troy s lack of piety. • 23. Essay about Ontological Argument Critique The existence of God is a much debated philosophical argument that has mystified philosophers since the age of the Enlightenment. Many of the different arguments put forth and analysed though, have not adequately proven God s existence. Although in order to move forward, failed arguments must be studied to ensure that mistakes are not repeated. One such argument is the Ontological Argument. This argument was first recorded by St. Anslem (1033 1109). Descartes adapts this argument in the fifth meditation in Meditations on First Philosophy. He first establishes that whenever he thinks about a triangle, there are certain properties that must be present in order for the form to be a triangle. Further even if perhaps no such figure ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Since no such island actually exists, Gaunilo concludes, therefore, that the argument does not prove God s existence. However, Descartes addressed Gaunilo s objection stating simply that whilst an island is a contrived thought, his triangle is not. The properties of triangles can be obvious and discoverable truths; they can be proven despite the thinker. On the other hand, the perfect island may vary, based on the thoughts of different people. Thus, to link God with thoughts of an island is flawed (Cardinal, et al, 2005). Another philosopher, Charles Hartshorne held that an island was a contingent entity that can endure termination by nature. God is a necessary as he is unaffected by nature. Thus, the two entities fail to relate to each other adequately. (Grim, 1983) As the weakest of the objections, Gaunilo does appear to have missed the point of the Ontological Argument. He mistakenly likens his island to God when, this is rather more akin to Descartes triangle or, more so, his mountain and valley. An island needs to be completely surrounded by water in order to be called an island, just as every mountain must have a valley. To remove these properties will remove something meaningful from these entities; Descartes claims existence is an essential attribute of God. However, the crux of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In his plays, starting with Agamemnon, the Achaeans slowly emerge and evolve from an older, more primitive autocratic form of justice, to a new concept of justice devised by Athena. The trilogy culminates in hung jurytrial, and eventually Orestes absolution. The jury trial at the end of The Furies implies that justiceis arbitrary, must include deliberation, and is more than an eye for an eye. Hague Regulations Essay The Hague Regulations The earliest developments in the law of armed conflict were based on the assumption that in a war between two or more states, those who were legitimately entitled to take up arms were the armed forces of those states. Thus armed forces was not a term which required definition. Individual members of the armed forces were combatants, another term which was treated as self evident. The rules of armed conflict therefore were to be applied to armies. It is generally accepted by IHL experts that the first international attempt at defining combatants was included in the International Declaration concerning the laws and Customs of War adopted in Brussels in 1874. The Brussels Declaration formed the basis of the definition of combatant which was incorporated into Articles 1 and 3 of the Regulations annexed to the Hague Convention (II) with Respect to the Laws and Customs of War on Land of 1899 and 1907. In a later development, the Brussels/Hague provisions were incorporated into the 1949 Third Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War, in order to establish the qualifications required to receive prisoner of war treatment. Because there is no definition of combatant as such, it has always been difficult to say whether only members of the armed forces are to be considered combatants. This problem is compounded by the fact that the Hague definition provides that the armed forces can include non combatants, with both categories being entitled to prisoner of war status. In other words, in the Hague formulation, the term armed forces is not limited to those officially engaged in combat. This provision of the Regulations implies that militias are part of the armed forces even though they are not to be considered part of the army, unless the two terms are interchangeable. To sum up, the Hague Regulations did not define the concept of combatant and left it up to each state to decide which members of its armed forces were combatants and which were not. ... Thus, there is no need for local students to worry about the rise in the number of foreign students. Hence, it is not entirely right to say that the influx of foreign students in Singapore will deprive our local students of opportunities in the field of academia. Another negative social impact is that they reinforce prejudices about immigrants in certain quarters. The way of living of some foreigners leads to the locals becoming upset over. For example, talking loudly in public, spitting and being unhygienic are some of the habits that Singaporeans find themselves uncomfortable with. This is especially so for the lowly skilled workers who forget that they are in a developed country and behave the way they do in their villages or homes. For example, the Straits Times covered new about social problems brought about by foreign workers. Many locals respondents mentioned things like workers getting heavily drunk at night and chatting away loudly at the void decks of Housing Development Board (HDB) flats. They also complained of workers talking loudly on their mobile phones on public transport and the more severe problem was that many locals felt that foreign workers like to stare at females. Anger has erupted over such problems leading to a misunderstanding of locals and foreigners. Locals try to stay away from foreigners. Thus there is a communication barrier between locals and some foreigners due to such social problems that arise. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Readers can relate and connect to this story because it allows for them to follow the journey of a person that is submitted to drastic life changes, changes that the readers themselves may also be struggling with. Poe uses several different symbols to to take the poem to a larger scale. The chamber in which the speaker is located throughout the tale signifies the loneliness of the man, and the sorrow that he is encompassed with for the loss of his love, Lenore. The room is furnished and helps to remind the speaker of his lost lover, generating an implementation of beauty. The symbolism that resides within the phrase that is repeated by the raven explains that not only has the speaker lost his lover, but he will nevermore be the same person he was previously. The tone of The Raven is dark and melancholic, and represents Poe s own introvertedness. Poe aspired to use the melancholy topic of the death of a beautiful woman, which he was in love with. The tone exhibits a painful and vulnerable state of mind that is driven to madness. • 44. Violence and Nursery Rhymes Violence in Nursery Rhymes Nursery rhymes, fables and fairy tales have always been a part of childhood. They usually have some type of moral meaning or happy ending. Initially, most of these rhymes and stories were not meant for children, lots of them mocked the history of politics or they revealed abuse toward children. Women also received their share of violencein some of the cute little jingles. For example; Peter Peter pumpkin eater Had a wife and couldn t keep her He put her in a pumpkin shell And there he kept her very well! • 45. Selfhood In Kate Chopin s The Story Of An Hour During the late of the nineteenth century, the American society had witnessed the abolishment of slavery, but still women had no right to vote until 1920. It makes sense, then, that freedom and feminine selfhood would be of great concern to the forerunners of modern feminism. Kate Chopin s The Story of an Hour was written in April 1894. In this story, initiated by the false news of Louise Mallard s husband s death in a train accident, Chopin presents us with a picture of a subjugated female protagonist feeling a powerful joy for the death of her husband that will give a promising path of freedom. Chopin s exploration of the themes of feminine selfhood, the yearning for freedom, independence and new life and of what she calls the possession of self assertion is vividly displayed in a rich and colorful... It takes place in the Malards residence, the home of Brently and Louise Mallard and it starts in a public setting, probably the living room or even the kitchen because people are gathered there, where Josephine reveals, very gently, to her sister that her husband is passed away after a horrible train accident. The scope of this story is actually super limited: The primary action of the story occurs within the Mallards home and it is striking that besides the fact that female characters, and only, are always inside the house, the characters that entered it did never leave it, as if they are caged in. Equally, Mrs. Mallard seems to be pretty confined to the house because she was afflicted with a heart trouble . Her heart being physically sick is very symbolic of her emotional and psychic state of sickness caused by her feelings being trapped in her marital life of subjugation. The idea of confinement is widely reinforced by the image of the internal doors , not only the external ones, being firmly locked by the aid of a latchkey which was opened only once during the ... Tyre is located about a half a mile away from shore and due to his lack of a navy Alexander had to come up with creative ways to defeat Tyre.
