The film Freedom Writers is a film produced in 2007 and directed by Richard LaGravenese. The
film is based on a book which was written by Erin Gruwell, who was a teacher at Woodrow Wilson

Erin Gruwell is just starting her first teaching job, as an English teacher at Woodrow Wilson
