improvisation, joined the New York based quirky trio DarkMatterHalo for a concise performance at
the East River Park Amphitheater in Manhattan, followed by the charismatic Nublu Orchestra.
The event, organized by the City Parks Foundation, was part of the annual initiative called Summer
Stage, the New York City s largest free performing arts festival.

El Salvador is a small, Central American, Hispanic speaking country, which borders with Honduras,
Guatemala and the Pacific Ocean and has currently a population of 6.4 million. In the late 1880s
coffee was the major export product and it became 95% of the country s income. This wealth although
was unequally distributed and as a result it was concentrated only on the 2% of the population. As a
result poverty grew and the conflict between the poor and the rich became a big problem El Salvador
