Abstract: In this paper a hybrid technique is used for determining the face from an image. Face
detection is one of the tedious job to achieve with very high accuracy. In this paper we proposed a
method that combines two techniques that is Orthogonal Laplacianface (OLPP) and Particle
Swarm Optimization (PSO). The formula for the OLPP relies on the Locality Preserving Projection
(LPP) formula, which aims at п¬Ѓnding a linear approximation to the Eigen functions of the
astronomer Beltrami operator on the face manifold. However, LPP is non orthogonal and this
makes it difficult to reconstruct the information. When the set of features is found by the OLPP,
with the help of the PSO, the grouping of the image features is done and the one with the best
match from the database is given as the result. This hybrid technique gives a higher accuracy in less
processing time.

Breslin center. It was the start of my spring break and my family decided to go watch are

but, after the game we were off because we were heading down to Myrtle Beach South Carolinafor

We had just got out of Michigan and into Ohio when we stopped to eat, everyone was starving .

ourselves we were off again, when we were driving down the highway there was fires along the

car and the cooler fell on me so all the water spilled on me. When I dried off we were in West

Abstract: A new CMOS clocked dynamic comparator using two input single output differential
amplifier as latch stage suitable for high speed analog to digital converters with the performance
of high speed, low power dissipation and low immune to noise. The conventional dynamic
comparator requires more power and has more delay. A conventional double tail dynamic
comparator consumes less power and works at high speed than its predecessor, the conventional
comparator. There is very much need to reduce the delay and power consumption which is
possible by strengthening the positive feedback during the regeneration. This can be achieved by
adding few transistors to the double tail dynamic comparator. Using the inverter based differential
amplifier to design a novel double tail comparator for reducing the no of transistors and better
characteristics. The performance of this method is to be analyzed with the existing two designs at

Before a person can understand, analyze, or interpret a photograph, the image must first be
viewed. This involves more than just the stimulus or environment in which the image is
presented. When an image is examined, there are indirect and direct forces that play a role in its
analysis. The actual image that the eyes visualize does not match up completely with what a
person will perceive. What a person sees is a complex relationship between many variables
including their past experiences, memories, and personalities (Zakia 64).There is typically a

1.Throughout this story, the author structured the plot in a very fulfilling manner. The plot is
constructed so that all the events that occurred are deeply connected to one another. Each of the
characters experiences correlates with their past actions and will affect the outcomes they will
receive later on in the story. A great example of this would be Santiago s encounter with the King
of Salem when Santiago was on the brink of giving up his personal legend. Santiago s encounter
with the King was the inspiration and wisdom he needed in order to set out and follow his lifelong
dream. Since most of the story revolves around Santiago s journey, it is clear that this considerable
event is the basis of The Alchemist s whole storyline. Another excellent example that proves this
would be when Santiago met the alchemist while traveling in the desert. This happened as a result of

Nursing Career As A Licensed Practical Nurse
Nursing Autobiography I began my nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) when I
graduated from high school. I entered the nursing field at a time that local hospitals were no
longer employing LPN s at the bedside. Therefore, I worked in a nursing home for two years.
This was where I learned how to perfect time management, wound care, and medication
knowledge. In the nursing home, I developed a fondness for the elderly. I worked with men and
woman that entered the nursing home completely oriented, ambulatory, and able to perform
most of their activities of daily living. Then, in a fairly short amount of time I watched them
deteriorate until I held their hand while they passed away.After two years, I was finally allowed
to go to the bedside on a medical surgical unit. As I worked on this unit, I took care of patients
with various surgical issues; learning how low blood pressures and low hemoglobin and
hematocrits correlate; as well as, high temperatures and high white blood cell counts precede the
other. I slowly took classes at the local community college until I received my associate s degree.
Once I received my associate s degree, I changed pace and began working on an intermediate
cardiac unit. This unit allowed me to eventually become a charge nurse, design teaching programs
for new graduates and become intrigued with the heart. I eventually began working in a medical
ICU and then a trauma burn ICU. This is where I developed the appreciation of the lungs
