The Russian government is one of constant ideological change, from the October Revolutionist
Lenin to the extreme values of Josef Stalin. It can be argued that power always corrupts, as seen in
the character Napoleon from Animal Farm by George Orwell and Vladimir Putin with their
characteristics of corruption, centralizing government to suit their own needs, and the use of fear to
keep their power.
To begin, we will elaborate on corruption. In the beginning of the novel, the animals on Animal
Farm conspire on a list of commandments. One of these commandments states, All animals are
equal (Orwell 25). This means that all animals, whether they are a cow, pig, bird, or horse, are
equal. But, as the chapters go on, the pigs increasingly gain power, due to Napoleon being the
leader of Animal Farm. The more power they gain, the less they work and contribute to the farm.
The pigs did not actually work, but directed and supervised the others. With their superior
knowledge, it was natural that they should assume the leadership (Orwell Ch. 3). This provides
evidence that they did not work, rather bossed the animals around in the thought that they were

The health facility tours in Austria were conducted at two hospitals, Barmherzige Bruder in
Salzburg and tirol kliniken s central hospital in Innsbruck. Barmherzige Bruder is a hospital based
in a monastery. Tirol kliniken s central hospital is part of a larger hospital system serving the Tirol
region of Austria. Both hospitals resembled U.S. hospitals physically; but, both hospitals had a
cleaner feel. The hospitals were quieter than then ones I ve been in the U.S. Less people were in
the common spaces.

patient. It is important to lower the dose of radiation because it reduces the chance of radiation
induced complications. It is the one of the priorities of a radiographer to reduce the radiation

was occurring. Now to know that the laser can locate the part of interest before exposing the
patient to radiation will help allow me to reduce patient dose if there is a laser with that particular

Robert Burns wrote the poem To a Louse in 1786, in Scotland, that emphasizes the social

describing one day sitting in church where he is behind gorgeous young noble woman while a louse
is crawling upon her silken bonnet. The lady is completely oblivious to the fact that the louse is

exceptional transit system. Whether its is subways, buses, light rail transit (LRT) or a combination
of the above, they all perform a crucial role in transporting people from one destination to the next.
Since opening in 1954, Toronto s Transit Commission, also known as the TTC, has a system that
just about cover every part of Toronto, with 4 subway/rapid transitlines, 143 busand 11 streetcar
routes in 2015, (TTC, 2015). Unfortunately, the TTC is still plagued with many problems, such as:
unexplained delay and overcrowding, which decline the riderships and revenues (Curry, 2016;
