The book I chose to read was Mary Queen of Scots. The author of this book is Sally Stepanek. The
book was published by Chelsea House Publishers in 1987 with a total of 110 pages. The book is about
Mary Stuart and her life as a queen and also as a prisoner. It tells of the hardships she had went
through and the good times too.
To me the book mostly over sees the hardships Mary had went through. Like having to leave her home
land when she was an infant to having her throne taken away by her own son that disowned her. She
had three husbands that all left her as a widow. While the book is about Mary s life it also tells a lot
about others too. I did not like the book because I felt as though it was repetitive in some parts and
also it was not as interesting as I thought it was going to be. I do believe that if people besides me that
were interested in it, it would be very successful book, but to me I would not purchase or read this
book again.
Second of all, the book is all about Mary s life from birth to her unfair death. The author often tells
about the fighting between the Protestants and Catholic Church. It also tells of her three husbands and
her many lovers threw her life. The important conclusions is that Mary was Queen of France and

Hisaye Yamamoto, a Japanese American author, composed a collection of short stories titled,
Seventeen Syllables and Other Stories. These collection of short stories describes the experiences
Japanese Americans undergo while residing in America. The Japanese American culture that
Yamamoto introduces has three types of generations. The first one being, the Issei, the second one
being, the Nisei and the third one being, the Sensei. All three Japanese generations are described in
Yamamoto s short story cycle, which shows the relationship between Japanese Americans as well as
with other ethnic groups. The major themes Yamamoto highlights within her novel defines the idea of
what it is like to be Japanese American through the difficulties that Japanese immigrants face in
America, the cultural separation between these immigrants and their children as well as restrictions
that Japanese women face within their traditional Japanese culture. The Brown House , a short story

Emergency Department crowding is a cause for great concern. It is costly and responsible for
compromising quality of care and community trust (McHugh, VanDyke, McClelland, Moss, 2011).
According to McHugh et al. (2011), improving patient flow can mitigate ED crowding. This paper
will describe a plan to implement an ED fast track area (FTA) as one solution to improve patient flow
and reduce ED crowding. The author will describe the approval process, review the problem, discuss
the proposal, explain the rationale behind the proposal, examine the evidence, describe the
implementation logistics, and determine the necessary resources required for implementation.

however, are the releasing of stored energy from plate tectonics. Plate tectonics is the study of 7

I found this section of reading repetitive. In this portion of the reading C.S Lewis is wrapping up the
loose ends of his discussion on Christianity. Even though I struggled a bit to get through this reading I
