A Research On Social Media
Forrester Research provided the research behind Social Technographics. Their research identified six
types of the social media users and how they interact in the online environment. The Social
Technographics ladder presented in Figure 3.3. of our reading depicts a ladder with different
participation groups at each rung. These groups include: creators, conversationalists, critics, collectors,
joiners, spectators, and inactives. It is worth noting that these groups are not exclusive, meaning a user
could fit into multiple categories for different interactions (Tuten Solomon, 2013, p. 74). Skittles is a
poplar candy brand known for their wacky advertising. It is no wonder that their social media
marketing would be just as wacky and popular. Skittles must be very aware to the different categories
of the ladder to be so successful in their social media marketing efforts. Creators are the content
creators. Their content is shared with other users and adds to the social media experience. User
generated content can include: video, photos, blogs, vlogs, comments, podcasts, forums, product
reviews, wiki contributions, and consumer created advertising. Creators are distinguished as users who
provide content for other users interact with and constitute 24 percent of social media participants
(Tuten Solomon, 2013, p. 74) Skittles has a promotion on their Facebook page that appeals to
contributors. If a user posts a photo to the page, they can become Skittles Best Fan Forever for

Fourth Amendment Pros And Cons
A man in Bentonville, Arkansas, named James Andrew Bates is being accused of the murder of Victor
Collins. Victor Collins was found in the hot tub owned by Bates in November of 2016. Police had
found other suspicious evidence including the use of 140 gallons of water during the middle of the
night, on the night that Collins was murdered. Alexa is designed to continually listen to words,
specifically wake up words that catch her attention. Police are hoping that words were said during the
night that could have triggered Alexa to begin recording what it heard. Amazon refused to allow the
investigators to have access to the records because they believe it violates their user s privacy and it
seems to be overboard or inappropriate in their opinion. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is supported by Riley v. United States, as a phone is the same thing as a computer, just with
different ways of operation. Similarly, a device that listens to you and has the capability to reach the
internet, access information, or communicate should also be considered a computer. Something that
contains personal information and is fully owned and only used by the owner, such as a personal
computer, cell phone, or listening device, has a reasonable expectation of privacy. Victor Collins also
holds the right to privacy within his own home. Payton v. New York has set the precedent for
expecting privacy within your own home. Alexa is a device that is used within your own home, and
therefor cannot be searched without a warrant. If we were to give them the right to search smart house

the Why? The book of Galatians was written for the simple reason to clear up the truth of the gospel.
Shortly after Paul left the church of Galatia, an unknown person or people came to the church and led
them to believe otherwise. The church of Galatia, being brand new was thrown off by the idea that
they were living an immoral life, and immediately changed what they were doing to fit what the
people or persons taught this. The thought of having the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The South Galatian theory holds the strongest with the stance that it was one of the churches Paul
began on his initial missionary journey. While there is no scripture to back up that the North had
churches truly established according to Acts, the South had churches planted. One of the major
reasons South Galatian is supported is because of the fact that it is on the journey Paul had to take to
get to his home, Tarsus. The reason this theory is important is because of the cultural differences we
see presented, as the Northern Galatians would tend towards heavy roman actions. Also the fact that
they are under such extreme Jewish influences shows that they are very unlikely to live in the North
vs. the South, because Jews were more prevalent in the Southern region. There are 2 very contrasting
ideas as to when the epistle was written. One theory states that it was written in the early stages of
Paul s ministry and the other states it was probably one of the last letters that Paul ever wrote . There
is no indicator at all as to when this book was written, but most scholars believe that it was written
around 49 A.D., considering that during the letter Paul mentions the council. Fortunately, the primary
thrust of Paul s argument is clear enough and does not revolve around our ability to identify the setting
with precision2 . Culture Until Jesus died on the cross and fulfilled the new covenant, the Jews were

Reflection Paper On Project Management
EXTERNSHIP PAPER DRAFT
MAJJI GAYATRI (STUDENT ID 552692)
1. Courses I Am Taking This Quarter
In the first quarter I am enrolled for the hybrid course Project Management BA63177 H3 (Instructor
name is Dr. Eric S. Harter) and will be taking the Information technology from January 2018 in the
same semester. I requested for this plan because of my marriage in November 25th 2017. Thanks for
being flexible in timely manner.
2. Link outcomes from my 1st course to My Workplace
They Items I learnt and liked something interesting in the course , some of them are listed below
enterprise performance management, project monitoring ,project planning, and project management.
The enterprise performance management is it kind of framework for organizing analyzing the business
and this process used to rule the overall performance of the system. It is also helpful in the work
environment for driving the unified set of object into planning monitoring executing the deliverables.
It also improves the financial operations with efficient results. The most important term in the course
is project management which is the root of organizing and managing a project from scratch to the
completion of any project. Project manager role is important for any successful completion of the
project. The rules and responsibilities of the resources could be decided by the manager. Manager is
ideally responsible for making big decisions in the project. Scheduling the project is another important
aspect which adds the value to the project and provides the commitments. Initial stuff is planning
which defines the needs of the project and designs, define how to move forward with the project. This
also includes gathering the right resources for the right task and at the right time. The project manager
should be qualified enough to get the tasks or projects delivered in time.
In my job I have observed some of the concepts that I have learned in this course such as I have been
introduced to my project manager, so he has gathered the technical skills information from me and
analyzed in all perspectives and assigned me to the right project under the supervision of another
manager who is dedicated to that project. There I have observed how the

Bust Size Persuasive Essay
Many women yearn for larger breasts. While a breast augmentation, or a boob job, can certainly get
the job done, it is often expensive. Unfortunately, many women simply cannot afford the cost of
surgery. If you are one of them, you might be wondering if there are any other options available that
can help to increase your bust size.
The good news is, yes.
There are several non surgical methods for achieving a larger bust, including these three:
1. Fat Injections
A newer alternative to breast augmentations, fat injections are surprisingly effective. While they
cannot increase your bust size by several cups, it can help make them larger. As you might imagine,
this procedure involves sucking fat from another area of your body and then injecting ... Show more

For example, you cannot go from an A cup to a B cup. The results are also not permanent, so you will
need to have the procedure repeated at some point in the future. Still, it s a good option for those who
want a small increase without invasive surgery.
2. Breast Lift
Another non invasive option is a breast lift. Although it doesn t actually increase the size of your
breast, it does make them perkier and this can make them appear larger. For this procedure, Botox is
injected in to the breast muscle. The Botox paralyzes the muscle, which helps the breasts become
perkier.
Although a breast lift is very effective, it isn t permanent. Like facial Botox, it will need to be repeated
several times; as Botox typically only lasts a few months. So you should keep this in mind if you are
considering it.
3. Vacuum Bra
Vacuum bras are also another method for achieving larger breasts. As the name suggests, these bras
use suction to help give you larger breasts. Wearers put the bra on, turn it on, and let it suck the breast
tissue in. Over time, this helps to create larger breasts. While it might sound odd, it is surprisingly
effective for a small boost. However, results are not quick and the bra must be worn every day for

Visual Analysis Of Beyonce
Perfection is the disease of a nation, Beyonce sings with a mid pitch mellow note. The R B singer is
known for many different things. She s an actress, songwriter, and an activist. Beyonce has 6 multi
platinum albums that have reached number one on the billboard. Breaking away from Destiny s Child,
Beyonce pursued her solo career in 2006. She expresses her political views through her music. Her
third album I am... Sasha Fierce expresses how patriarchal and bias modern society is. If I were a Boy
track on the album sends a message about stereotypes between men and women. Beyonce s latest
album, Lemonade, is a visual album released in 2016. Lemonade demonstrate social justice and
women empowerment. Besides the entertainment from the album, the visuals, lyrics, and Beyonce s
tone from each track were also satisfying.
Visuals have a huge impact on a song. It s a visual representation of the music. Visuals allows listeners
to see the mood and the purpose of a song. Beyonce s Hold Up music video starts off with a very
gloomy and dull color scheme. You can tell by the graphics that Beyonce was in an agonizing
position. The atmosphere is very outrageous and aggrieved. She is walking down the street busting out
windows with bat. She is releasing her frustration. Beyonce s body language expresses how she has no
shame in being crazy. She is smiling as she is damaging cars and other items with her bat. In one part
of the video, there is a burst of flames in the background. This was a

Sacred Page Essay
Different meanings come to thought from this quote: The sacred page is not an end in itself, but a
means to bring men to an intimate and satisfying knowledge of God, that they may enter into Him,
that they may delight in His Presence, may taste and know the inner sweetness of the very God
Himself in the core and center of their hearts, but only the means toward the end, which is knowing
God Himself. (A. W. Tozer, 1897 1963)
The sacred page could well represent the spiritual experiences that ones pursuit in seeking after God.
In seeking after God, it is an ongoing daily spiritual walk. One may lay out steps in their struggle to
maintain the spiritual walk. At the end is everything. Paul stated, I have fought the good fight, I have

He needed us to do our part as one with Him. We were made to rely upon Him for all that we required
in carrying on with our life and fulfilling the plan and calling on our lives.
We should present this investigation with what we realized first. We were made for God. Every one of
us were perverse far from our actual home, when sin entered the world and turned into the standard for
men. Since the fall, man meanders this world free from God and far from His nearness. The main path
for us to return to the things of God is to acknowledge the arrangement of recovery that God laid out
with His Son Jesus before the establishments of the world. He cherishes us like any parent would and
made a route for any of us, without a doubt every one of us must return to him.
God s arrangement of reclamation is the restricted to fix totally the sad consequences of the fall and to
reestablish us to the way we were intended to be. This arrangement of reclamation has as of now been
expert for us at the season of Christ s demise and revival. Be that, as it may, because, God will
NEVER abuse our free wills He sits tight for us to acknowledge his arrangement and after that to
return home to live in his nearness for eternity. Tozer stated, For it is not mere words that nourish the

Morality in Ethan Frome Essay examples
Morality in Ethan Frome In The Morality of Inertia, Lionel Trilling argues that Ethan Frome s
inability to make his own ethical decisions ultimately makes his smash up a tragic event caused by the
inactivity of morality. The nonexistence of this moral inertia is the explanation, for Trilling, for the
outcome of Frome; the lack of moral responsibility in any of the main characters from the beginning
of their lives paralyzes their decision making process they simply exist and do what is their duty.
Trilling s aspect that Frome was a morally inadequate man is a valid fact affirmed by Edith Wharton s
provided background of him; the idea that he was unable to make choices and is only capable of
enduring can be proven inaccurate with ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Although Frome can be held responsible for his moral inactivity, he can be considered a morally
inadequate man in his present state. His inadequacy, however, was not a constant in life or a sudden
occurrence it snowballed from his youth and finally solidified through the smash up . His earlier
experiences in a university and the joy it brought him was quickly interrupted after a year by his sickly
parents. The unfortunate circumstance forces Ethan Frome to move back to the depressing Starkfield
he had just escaped. His parents illnesses bring along Zenobia, who would be another future, unseen
oppression along with Starkfield. For years, Ethan lives in depressing conditions that decline as time
goes on. The chance to finally leave them behind, however, comes in Mattie, Zenobia s cousin and
maid. Ethan s inability to act on this chance of escape finally seals his fate when Mattie is paralyzed
and he is critically injured. Although jinxed with unfortunate circumstances, Ethan Frome s life could
have been bettered if one small step or action was taken by him for himself with the intention to create
personal joy or pleasure. The importance of taking steps in life betterment can be seen in Ethan
Frome. Although one may lack a history of making moral decisions, the human instinct to do so is
always there (from Morality

Behavior Plan for Violence in a 1st Grade Class
Through the last two weeks I noticed some behavioral changes in my first grade class; to be more
specific I noticed increased rate of violence, increased rate of conflicts, increased rate of complains
from two students, increased rate of bulling and increased rate of crying and screaming.
So, I decided to schedule a set of observations for the whole class and other specific observations for
the 2 students from which I received most of the complains to go deeper in to details and know the
reason behind these symptoms to be able to solve the situation, as one of my roles is to maintain the
emotional health of the students and create an emotionally balanced environment to go through
learning process smoothly.
I noticed that most of these behaviors are during recess time or PE session so I decided to attend all
the recesses and the PE sessions to observe the two students. Mean while we will be observing the
whole class.
I have a relativity small class with almost balanced ratio of girls and boys as I have 9 students (5 girls
and 4 boys) with narrow age range 6 7 years old .They are all Egyptians with no special needs
students in class.
As I mentioned before I will observe the students in both the recess and PE sessions. Both take place
in the play ground; it is divided into three areas: green area, shaded area and sand pit. Play ground

Green area: It is a trapezoid area surrounded by low height plastic fence from three sides and a

The Failure Of A Psychodynamic Relationship
The problem with cross sex friendships is the failure to meet and keep up a platonic relationship.
These relationships start out in the levels of friendships from acquaintances to personal or intellectual,
ultimately evolving into intimate and, or emotional. The triangular theory of love is then tested by a
matter of combinations of the three following components intimacy, passion and commitment. After
there is a set combination, evolved feelings show through attraction, one sided feelings, personality
similarities, attachments and the risks. Cross sex friendships can not have a relationship without the
components of the triangular theory of love without resisting the inevitable feelings evolving between
the two.
There are a variety of relationships in which people misinterpret or have a hard time defining.

18 Lactic Acid Bacteria Lab Report
As described, eighteen lactic acid bacteria strains were screened by quantitative and qualitative
evaluation methods for biosurfactant production. The results of the qualitative assays (Table 2)
revealed that six strains (SHU6811, SHU1593, SHU1563, SHU3455, SHU1904 and SHU68) had the
ability to cause complete hemolysis (β hemolysis) in blood agar culture medium. In addition, five
strains (SHU6343, SHU1593, SHU3455, SHU1904 and SHU68) were detected positive by the oil
spreading and drop collapse assays. Also, two strains (SHU6811 and SHU1965) showed positive

Therefore, the hemolytic activity must be considered by oneself as an unreliable criterion to detect of
biosurfactant activity of a microbial culture [53]. The hemolytic activity of biosurfactants was first
discovered when Bernheimer and Avigad [7] reported that the biosurfactant produced by Bacillus
subtilis, surfactin, lysed red blood cells. Oil spreading method is based on that droplet of biosurfactant
containing solution can displace the oil and spread in the water. In drop collapse method, the droplets
contain biosurfactant spread or even collapse due to reduction of the force or interfacial tension
between the liquid droplet and the hydrophobic surface. The stability of droplets is dependent on
biosurfactant concentration and correlates with surface and interfacial tension [3,60]. In general, it was
shown that hemolytic activity test has a relatively clear relationship with the qualitative oil spreading
and drop collapse tests. Hamzah et al. [20] reported that quantitative analysis including emulsification
index and surface tension measurement are more reliable for detection of the presence of biosurfactant
in the medium by bacterial isolates. In emulsification assays, in order to create emulsion, the
biosurfactant must reduce the oil water interfacial tension to low values, also the biosurfactant must
rapidly diffuse to

Rhetorical Analysis Of President John F. Kennedy s Crisis
A leader should be able to diagnose problems in his country and effectively navigate his people safely
through that trouble spot. President John F . Kennedy was a great leader, who was able to lead the
United States through several crises. One prime example of his navigational skills through such
hardships is in his dealings with the rise in steel prices in 1962. In his news conference, on the issue of
steel price, President Kennedy uses parallelism and juxtaposition to create the idea that the increase in
price from the steel companies is detrimental to the United States economy.
The first device that President John F. Kennedy uses to combat the issue of raising steel prices is
parallelism. In the second paragraph of his speech, he begins listing outcomes of the dramatic increase
in steel prices by saying, ...when we are confronted with grave crises in Berlin and Southeast Asia,
when we are devoting out energies to economic recovery and stability, when we are asking Reservists
to leave their homes and families for months on end, and servicemen to risk their lives... (lines 6 12)
This is an effective use of parallelism because he builds on the previous statement by starting out the
one that follows with the same introduction: ...when we are... He is trying to prove that America is in a
crisis situation and the steel companies increasing their prices is only going to make the situation even
worse. He is showing all of the sacrifices that people are making and proving to the steel companies
that their high wages are going to have a very negative effect on a people who are sacrificing more
than anyone would have ever expected for their country. The second example of parallelism is in the
third paragraph of his speech, when he begins by saying, ...it would increase the cost of homes, autos,
and appliances, and most other items for every American family. It would increase the cost of
machinery and tools to every American businessman and farmer. It would seriously handicap out
efforts to prevent an inflationary spiral from eating up the pensions of out older citizens, and our new
gains in purchasing power. (lines 23 31) He is pleading to the steel companies to lower their prices
through showing them examples

Pros And Disadvantages Of Campervans
In the event that you need to go on an excursion that takes you off the beaten track, where voyagers at
times go, the most ideal approach to do it is to lease RVs for contract and spend your vacation out and
about. Leasing RVs for contract is not as costly as staying in lodgings, hotels or quaint little inn, and it
is unquestionably a stage up from hiking and dozing at campgrounds.
RVs to contract offer a great deal of comfort to visitors, particularly on the off chance that they are
going with youthful kids close behind. Be that as it may, knowing somewhat about RVs or campervans
will go far towards making your campervan occasion a genuinely important one.
The Advantages of Motorhomes for Hire
Why are RVs to contract or campervans perfect for augmented occasion visits? RVs are truly smaller
than expected homes on wheels. A completely prepared RV would be pressed with civilities that will
guarantee solace for the travelers. It would have a little kitchenette where dinners could be readied. It
would have a TV set and a DVD player, and maybe a transmitter for satellite TV. It would even have
its own particular restroom with a shower and latrine. Numerous RVs even have an open air feasting

The Magic in Magical Realism
While reading the stories Death Constant Beyond Love and And of Clay We Are Created I found
myself glued to the text. The both of them had such great detail and it kept you wanting to read more
and more. These stories really exemplify the use of Magical Realism. What is Magical Realism?
Magical Realism is reality mixed with a touch of non reality. This really draws you in and makes you
feel like part of the story that is in front of you. By utilizing the technique of magical realism, authors
like Marquez and Allende are able to transform, what was a simple realist story, into something much
more powerful, which makes it more interesting and exciting to read.
Death Constant Beyond Love is a story that was written in 1970, by Gabriel García Márquez. The
story is about a dying Senator Onesimo Sanchez, who diagnosed by doctors only had six (6) months
and eleven (11) days to live. Despite having a timetable for the rest of his life Senator Sanchez
continued to live a normal life keeping his illness a secret from everybody. As he continued to
campaign in Rosal Del Virrey a town that had been stricken with poverty, he promised them more than
they could ever imagine. In this town that he campaigned in for years resided a man by the name of
Nelson Farina, a man who had asked for a false identity card many times before and was rejected by
the Senator. However, this time he decided not to

In the last 60 years, the way Western society, and the American culture in particular, views sex has
changed in major ways, which is no secret. (Duncan, 762 767.) Americans have vacillated between
between a Puritan, disapproving attitude towards it, and a more nuanced attitude that viewed sex as a
good thing, provided the proper circumstances. In either case, sex was something that was viewed as
having a proper place, namely between two people joined by marriage. (Finer, np.) To avoid the risk
of sounding culture warrioresque, I want to be clear that at this point, I m not making a judgement on
the current state of sexuality in America, simply commenting on the consequences I perceive to be a

in Ireland and coming to America by ship John Stamp six weeks after their arrival to the USA. They
died and their deaths were told as ghost stories and legends. 3. What evidence do the scientists use to
try to discover where the men were buried? They used documents mainly connected to Duffy to figure
out the mass graves. Old maps were and modern technology were used to search the country side
along mile 59. They had to find the area they were living in, individual graves and the mass graves.
They used older maps and matched them up with Google earth to trace down the graves. 4. What is

surprising? They found a dark wooden staircase running up in a rectangle and descending in a corner,

Vlad The Impaler Facts
His reign was short lived and later that year during another battle against the Turks, Vlad and a small
band of men were ambushed and Vlad was killed. Little else is known about Vlad s death except that
the Turks decapitated him. His head was sent to the Sultan who displayed it on a stake to prove that
the Impaler was finally dead. Vlad is remembered best for his vicious actions but there are some
differences in the way people view him. There are several stories, which some sources take more
serious than others, that list some of the horrendous acts that Vlad committed. In one, a boyar
complained of the stench of the impaled so Vlad had him impaled on a stake higher than all the others

His eyebrows were massive almost meeting over the nose, and with bushy hair that seemed to curl in
its own profusion. The mouth, so far as I could see it under the heavy moustache, was fixed and rather
cruel looking, with peculiarly sharp white teeth. These protruded over the lips, whose remarkable
ruddiness showed astonishing vitality in a man of his years. For the rest, his ears were pale and the
tops extremely pointed. The chin was broad and strong, and the cheeks firm though thin. The general
effect was one of extraordinary pallor. (Stoker)
Parts of this description may fit what is projected in ones mind when picturing the count, but other
parts are quite different. For example the pointy teeth, red lips, and pale skin are expected. However,
the Dracula in the movies is not often sporting a thick moustache. As the book continues, the count
begins to frighten Jonathan. Dracula is always absent during the day, and once while Jonathan was
shaving Dracula came in and startled him resulting in a cut on Jonathan s cheek. At the sight of the
blood Dracula attacked him only stopping when he saw the crucifix hanging on his neck. Strange
events continue to occur throughout the book. Jonathan finds Dracula in a box during the day either
asleep or dead. Three women try to drink Jonathan s blood but Dracula gives them a baby instead.

Describe the Difference in Managerial Accounting vs. Cost...
Describe how managerial accounting is different from cost accounting. Cost accounting is the process
of tracking, recording and analyzing costs associated with a company s product or project. Internal
managers are the ones who normally use cost accounting information. Direct Costs, Indirect Costs and
Overhead/Absorbed Costs are usually what are measured in Cost Accounting. This information is then
used by managers when decisions are made dealing with company costs and how to improve the
profit. (Wild Shaw) Management accounting provides the other managers information on the business
decisions that allow them to keep their management and control functions equipped. Management

The financial bonuses should be tied to how much the team saves this year. Often companies tend to
cut individuals who do not have top priority tasks. Keeping the ones who are important understand
and will help you save a lot of money. Dr. White has to prepare to implement cost reductions in her
organization; she must be open, honest and be sincere with all the staff about reducing the cost and
how this will affect the organization. She should reduce the headcount in proportion in the difference
within the work load. If the community center generally treats more cases that the outpatient sections

Handwriting Recognition Essay
The one feature that got the most attention and strongly influenced its demise was its handwriting
recognition capability. In all message pads, handwriting recognition was the basis of data input to
many of the built in applications and functions. According to Professor Luckie, this handwriting
recognition depends solely on Paragraph International Inc. s Calligrapher recognition engine.
Calligrapher technology was limited by the dictionary of words to which it has access (Luckie, n.d.).
This shows that if you write a word that doesn t exist in the dictionary, then Calligrapher is not going
to recognize it correctly and often suggests funny but incorrect phrases as the user wrote.
Even though the limitation of the Calligrapher recognition partly contributed to the demise of
MessagePad, Apple was able to rescue Newton during the release of the second generation OS
(Newton 2.0 OS). This software brought the MessagePad back to the technology it was intended to be
by introducing the new printed handwriting recognition engine. Professor Luckie, in his website that
documents the evolution of Newton OS describes how the engineers at Apple had developed a letter
by letter handwriting reorganizer that could only recognize printed text (Luckie, n.d.). The printed text
recognizer in OS 2.0 requires no dictionary or handwriting learning period. It only requires separated
printed characters to analyze.
Both handwriting recognition engines were innovative systems that adapted to the

The Democracy Of A Democratic Government
A democratic government is one in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by
them directly or indirectly through a system of representation (Merriam Webster). In theory, a true
democracy is one that is governed by the people in the form of the rule of the majority . This is a
process that seems to have been naturally embedded in the human mind. In many circumstance,
whether it is world leaders deciding on new international policy, or kids choosing what to watch for
movie night , the rule of the majority seems to often prevail. Even so, in certain recognized democratic
nations such as Canada, the rule of the majority is not triumphant. It is inevitable that any political
system would have its shortcomings, but there are some flaws that are difficult to overlook especially
those that seem to undermine the democratic credibility of a nation. Due to a variety of factors, such
as politically inactive citizens and a not so representative electoral system, it is evident that the
Canadian democracy is lacking democracy.
By international standards, the Canadian democratic system is considered healthy; Canada regularly
receives the maximum score on global assessments of civil liberties, political rights and overall quality
of democracy. (Gidengil 2014, pg.3). For some, an evaluation like this is the only thing needed to be
convinced that the democracy in this country is sound. Unfortunately, such assessments merely
analyze the system from a distance,

The Mass Media s Representation Of Campaign Discourse
It is the chaotic month of November, and the fate of America lies in one candidate s hands. With the
election coming to its scandalous end, the country has been a tremendous user of television, internet,
newspaper, and radio. Presidential nominee, Donald Trump has not hesitated in releasing numerous
shocking statements, and the reporters have not resisted their urge of publishing his words.
Nevertheless, it is evident that, By decreasing the effort necessary for journalists to gather
information, politicians can garner substantially more media attention for themselves (Niven). But, as
one inspects the features of all mass media closely, a pattern of specific contents and people constantly
being under the radar can be noticed. The boundless attention from viewers, reporters and advertisers
bring fame, and support to candidates, whether it being for negative or positive purposes. While
covering every aspect of candidates, The mass media s representation of campaign discourse
influences whether voters have the opportunity to scrutinize the candidates issue priorities and policy
proposals (Hayes). High ratings, biased opinions, exaggerated news, and politically incorrect
expressions are usually the type of contents drawing the society to itself. Similarly, due to his erratic
and unexpected behavior, Trump has gained vast news coverage, risen to fame through social media,
and gotten both honored and dishonored simultaneously throughout his candidacy.

The Growing Threat Of Space Debris Elimination Through...
The Growing Threat: Space Debris Elimination through Robotics
An over statement of the importance of the use of the Earth s orbital space is not possible. It is very
apparent that we as the human race, while broken up into many different countries, have grown
accustom to the comforts, knowledge, and safety provided by the technology we launch into space.
Examples of the benefits are cellphones, GPS for direction, environmental studies, weather
forecasting, defense, and much more. However, with every placement of advanced technology into
orbit the continuation of the ability to launch additional assets are at risk. The thousands of articles left
behind following the launch of spacecraft or vehicles generate that risk. Over the past fifty plus years,
the risk has increased exponentially. Donald Kessler, a NASA astrophysicist, shared his perception of
such risk in 1978 (LaVone, 2014). Mr. Kessler theorized a self sufficient event capable of eradicating
viable assets within the condensed orbital space encompassing Earth. Mr. Kessler noted that the
collision of defunct satellites or other objects left behind in space are capable of ensuing a chain
reaction of epic magnitude. The focus of Kessler s theory projected beyond the larger size debris but
emphasized the imminent danger of small debris in orbit (LaVone, 2014). At the time only theory, but
now more than likely possible. The preservation and continuation of space exploration have compelled

Women In Post-Civil War America
In post Civil War America, there were two main groups facing discrimination and hardship, despite
the rapid rate of the country s expansion. These two groups were Native Americans and women.
American western expansion made the conflict with Native Americans practically inevitable. Henry
Clay even went as far as stating that their complete disappearance from the human family would be no
great loss to the world . The westward movement and territorial expansion from the Louisiana
Purchase created a devastating loss to the indigenous peoples. The settlers were ignorant and
mistreated the natives and their entire culture. It was assumed by the settlers that any land they may

with the use of the basically fraudulent legal proceedings. Indigenous people were not held to the
same social standings as most Americans and were constantly belittled and taken advantage for the
sake of American advancement.
Women in post Civil War times were also dealing with the unreasonable limitations of American
democracy . Women were not even allowed to vote let alone hold many rights in a social standpoint.
Women enacted many suffrage movements fighting for their right to vote and have their voices heard.
Temperance movements aimed to completely thwart, or at least moderate, drinking alcohol. Though
these movements both suffered daunting opposition, women quickly became the face of social reform.
Even though they still did not have many basic rights, they made advances in education, teaching.

Comparing The Gospel Of Mark And Matthew
In regard to teaching style, the extent to which Jesus teaches by authority varies in the Gospel of Mark
and Matthew. Jesus teaching style in Matthew is overall more authoritative. Both Mark and Matthew
tell that Jesus taught as one having authority, and not as their scribes (Matthew 7: 28 29, Mark 1: 22).
In the Gospel of Matthew, the authoritative phrase But I say to you appears 12 times in the Sermon on

Who Is Henry Fuseli Nightmarish
Henry Fuseli: Nightmarish The Enlightenment in art history is best known for promoting reasoning
and rationality just as much as it favored beauty and social progress. However, Henry Fuseli, who
sought to portray human irrationality, often challenged Enlightenment ideals with his work (Cothren,
Stockstad). Painted in 1771 and exhibited at the Royal Academy of London in 1772, Fuseli sought to
make a name for himself with his composition The Nightmare (Tate). The painting leaves its audience
with a dark sense of wonder and intrigue. Fuseli captured an audience during a time in which patrons
had favored easily understood concepts over complex imagery drawn from history or mythology
(Cothren, Stockstad). Fuseli pushed many boundaries and artistic expectations set in this period with
sexually charged compositions and dark tones in narrative. Contentious for its time, The Nightmare is
a classical painting which hinges upon Fuseli s own sexual desires, potentially unrequited love, and
folklore of the period. Certainly, Henry Fuseli s romanticized gothic style both shocked and awed his
audience. However, Fuseli did not always intend to be an artist. Though he was one of eighteen
children with a father who devoted his life to both creating and collecting art, becoming an artist was
not Henry Fuseli s initial pursuit. Despite his art rich upbringing, in the mid 1760 s, Fuseli moved to
England from his hometown of Zürich, Switzerland in search of other achievements. Initially, Henry

The Digestive Tract Of Digestion Essay
All cells need nutrient and energy to live and this energy provided by processes that called digestion.
For example, when we eat some things like bread, meat, and vegetable, although they are delicious,
but they are not forms of nourishment for the cells, therefore they need to change into an acceptable
form such as smaller molecules to absorb by blood and carry to body cells. Digestion is break
downing of food into appropriate form to absorb into the bloodstream. Digestion system contains the
digestive tract called alimentary canal and associated glands that secrete digestive juices for digestion
of food. The digestion or breakdown is started when food is taken in the mouth and mastication
performed by the teeth and exposed to certain enzymes. The primary function of teeth is grasped and
holds the food in the mouth cavity, they also modified to serve as a grinding mill for chewing food
that mentions to mechanical digestion. With the help of the teeth, tongue, and jaw movement, food are
chewed and mixed with saliva that secreted in the mouth and allowing chemical digestion to happen.
The digestion of a ham, cheese, and lettuce sandwich begins in the mouth. The food in the mouth
active the endocrine glands to secretion digestive enzyme that called salivary amylase. It helps to
break down carbohydrates and starch. Thus, at this stage, the bread of ham and cheese sandwich
chemically digested. Amylase is a starch digesting enzyme which breakdowns bread (starch) into

I believe that everyone deserves justice, no matter who you are. It s mainly children who
have been abused, raped, or murdered who need justice the most. A two year old, named Caylee,

to this case is that the authorities found chloroform and hair that belonged to Caylee in Casey s,
Caylee s mother s, car. They also said that Caylee s mouth and nose had been duct tapped. That
is why the case of Casey Anthony is interesting to me. She should have been proven guilty for

Carpetbaggers
Carpetbaggers were northerners who headed to the southern states during and immediately after the
Civil War, propelled by wanting to work on behalf of liberated slaves, a desire for economic gain, or a
mix of both. Carpetbaggers got their name because many of them had large bags made from carpets to
hold their belongings. Although many in the South saw carpetbaggers as people who wanted to exploit
and profit from the south s misfortunes, Carpetbaggers would play an important role in shaping the
south s government during Reconstruction. African Americans in the south who had just been
emancipated were restricted their freedom when southern legislatures passed black codes , which
forced them into repressive labor situations. The Black Codes were laws designed with the intention to

victim is clearly affected. Cyberbullying has raised suicide ratings to an unnatural high. It gives the

Dna Polymerase Synthesis
There has been an abundant amount of enzymes that replicate a bulk of DNA, which has been
discovered in past years. Many enzymes correlate with DNA to assist them in translating, replicating
and transcribing the enzymes in our body (Pierce, 2013). More specifically, an enzyme that is
involved in DNA replication is DNA polymerase. One of the main functions for DNA polymerase is to
allow the synthesis of damage, that the past DNA caused, which blocks replication fork progression.
DNA polymerase can cause a complication and/or mistake, which is caused by a genetic mutation that
occurs before the transcription and replication process of the DNA. One of the mutations, POLG has
been directly involved in making DNA polymerase gamma in mitochondria, ... Show more content on

Needless to say, genetic engineering in the future, may be used to further detect and learn about the
disease. One way genetic engineering can be used to learn more about to detect the disease earlier is
by using the cells with two types of genetic alterations responsible for the PEO mutation. A closer
study of these muscle cells can help determine the abnormalities in the type of DNA that is resulted
from the mitochondrial DNA trait. Another way is by using gene therapy with individuals for
treatment to see if the injection of the DNA into the cell will have the resulted goal of changing the

“Evaluate the Strengths and Weaknesses of Reason as a...
Reasoning is the thinking that is coherent and logical. As the dictionary definition very clearly and
correctly states, reasoning is certain thinking or a conclusion drawn from a logical fact. Hence, the
reasoning of a certain thing, which is a conclusion drawn from an existing fact or the happening of an
event, is trusted more than the conclusion which is drawn due the development of one s emotions.
Consequently, when a person would say to another, You re being emotional , it is considered as a
cynical comment while the statement, You re being logical is taken as praise. Therefore, it is obvious
that logic and reasoning holds strengths which are stronger than those of emotions.
In today s world, the younger generation is burdened ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Therefore, one very big limitation of reason is that it does not account for any emotions which are
involved in the scenario.
In addition, another weakness of reason is that is does not people open their minds to newer prospects
because the reason restricts their mind to think in only one way. For example, in the book Train to
Pakistan , by Khushwant Singh, the police just arrest Juggut Singh, thinking that he was involved in
the murder of Lala Ram Lal without any proof actual proof of what exactly happened, because Juggut
Singh was a known badmash and that may have been a grave enough reason for the police to arrest
him. This incident in the book shows that without knowing the culprit, the wrong person was arrested
just because the person arrested had no other reputation except that of a scoundrel. Hence, this
example shows that when there is a reason behind something, which in this case was Juggut Singh s
poor reputation, it makes the other people, who are involved in the scene, less open minded.
Furthermore, reasoning is only possible when the correct data and required knowledge are present.
This is because reasoning is only based on the data which is provided, and cannot be based on data
that has not been taken into account. For example, if an event occurs periodically, and one observes
just one of the occurring and bases his/her reason on that, then it

rhetorical strategies throughout his letter;. Additionallyconsequently, he uses these strategies to get his
points across. For example,The rhetorical devices he employsuses are repetition, he uses ethos, and he
uses rhetorical questions. During the time he gave his speech, was during the time of the Civil Rights
Movement. Furthermore, segregation was happening, and racial discrimination between blacks and
whites is commonplace.were not treated equally. King uses d rhetorical strategies in order to
emphasize what he was most passionate about; he was his passionate about equality and nonviolent
protestings, for he was a black himself. He usesd his letter in order to bring about make a change.
Therefore, he needed to really get the listeners attention. First of all, Martin Luther King Jr. usesd a
rhetorical strategy of repetition. King is known for his use of repetition, reference his I Hhave a Dream
speech. Furthermore, r Repetition is used to get his your point across, and to make the reader
remember it. In the letter heit states, Was not Jesus an extremist for love, and Was not Amos an
extremist for justice, and again it says, Was not Paul an extremist for the Christian Gospel. King uses
the was not and an extremist to apply effect on the situation. He wants to apply the emphasis on how
these key figures in history were extremist, just like him. Again in this letter, Martin Luther King Jr. s
uses reptition in his quote again, King sayings, let him march, let him make prayer pilgrimages to the
city hall, let him go on freedom rides. Martin Luther King Jr. uses the words let him to intensify the
fact that the people should just let the Negro protest. Martin Luther King Jr. says to just let the Negro
be, King statesquotes, if his repressed emotions are not released in nonviolent ways, they will seek
expression through violence. Therefore,So Martin Luther King Jr. wants to make sure he informs the
people, to either let them protest peacefully or there will be violence. Since King, is a very
sophisticated writer, he uses utilizes a lot of ethos to support his statements. For

  • 2. A Research On Social Media Forrester Research provided the research behind Social Technographics. Their research identified six types of the social media users and how they interact in the online environment. The Social Technographics ladder presented in Figure 3.3. of our reading depicts a ladder with different participation groups at each rung. These groups include: creators, conversationalists, critics, collectors, joiners, spectators, and inactives. It is worth noting that these groups are not exclusive, meaning a user could fit into multiple categories for different interactions (Tuten Solomon, 2013, p. 74). Skittles is a poplar candy brand known for their wacky advertising. It is no wonder that their social media marketing would be just as wacky and popular. Skittles must be very aware to the different categories of the ladder to be so successful in their social media marketing efforts. Creators are the content creators. Their content is shared with other users and adds to the social media experience. User generated content can include: video, photos, blogs, vlogs, comments, podcasts, forums, product reviews, wiki contributions, and consumer created advertising. Creators are distinguished as users who provide content for other users interact with and constitute 24 percent of social media participants (Tuten Solomon, 2013, p. 74) Skittles has a promotion on their Facebook page that appeals to contributors. [Historical Analysis] STUDENT DATA Name McKenzie Eller E mail mckenziemeller@lionmail.sagu.edu Phone 706 491 9443 Semester Spring 2017 Date 2/15/17 What s the Why? The book of Galatians was written for the simple reason to clear up the truth of the gospel. Shortly after Paul left the church of Galatia, an unknown person or people came to the church and led them to believe otherwise. The church of Galatia, being brand new was thrown off by the idea that they were living an immoral life, and immediately changed what they were doing to fit what the people or persons taught this. The South Galatian theory holds the strongest with the stance that it was one of the churches Paul began on his initial missionary journey. While there is no scripture to back up that the North had churches truly established according to Acts, the South had churches planted. One of the major reasons South Galatian is supported is because of the fact that it is on the journey Paul had to take to get to his home, Tarsus. The reason this theory is important is because of the cultural differences we see presented, as the Northern Galatians would tend towards heavy roman actions. Also the fact that they are under such extreme Jewish influences shows that they are very unlikely to live in the North vs. the South, because Jews were more prevalent in the Southern region. There are 2 very contrasting ideas as to when the epistle was written. One theory states that it was written in the early stages of Paul s ministry and the other states it was probably one of the last letters that Paul ever wrote . There is no indicator at all as to when this book was written, but most scholars believe that it was written around 49 A.D., considering that during the letter Paul mentions the council. Fortunately, the primary thrust of Paul s argument is clear enough and does not revolve around our ability to identify the setting with precision2 . Courses I Am Taking This Quarter In the first quarter I am enrolled for the hybrid course Project Management BA63177 H3 (Instructor name is Dr. Eric S. Harter) and will be taking the Information technology from January 2018 in the same semester. I requested for this plan because of my marriage in November 25th 2017. Thanks for being flexible in timely manner. 2. Link outcomes from my 1st course to My Workplace They Items I learnt and liked something interesting in the course , some of them are listed below enterprise performance management, project monitoring ,project planning, and project management. The enterprise performance management is it kind of framework for organizing analyzing the business and this process used to rule the overall performance of the system. It is also helpful in the work environment for driving the unified set of object into planning monitoring executing the deliverables. It also improves the financial operations with efficient results. The most important term in the course is project management which is the root of organizing and managing a project from scratch to the completion of any project. Project manager role is important for any successful completion of the project. The rules and responsibilities of the resources could be decided by the manager. Manager is ideally responsible for making big decisions in the project. Scheduling the project is another important aspect which adds the value to the project and provides the commitments. Initial stuff is planning which defines the needs of the project and designs, define how to move forward with the project. This also includes gathering the right resources for the right task and at the right time. The project manager should be qualified enough to get the tasks or projects delivered in time. In my job I have observed some of the concepts that I have learned in this course such as I have been introduced to my project manager, so he has gathered the technical skills information from me and analyzed in all perspectives and assigned me to the right project under the supervision of another manager who is dedicated to that project. • 6. Bust Size Persuasive Essay Many women yearn for larger breasts. While a breast augmentation, or a boob job, can certainly get the job done, it is often expensive. Unfortunately, many women simply cannot afford the cost of surgery. If you are one of them, you might be wondering if there are any other options available that can help to increase your bust size. The good news is, yes. There are several non surgical methods for achieving a larger bust, including these three: 1. Fat Injections A newer alternative to breast augmentations, fat injections are surprisingly effective. While they cannot increase your bust size by several cups, it can help make them larger. As you might imagine, this procedure involves sucking fat from another area of your body and then injecting ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... For example, you cannot go from an A cup to a B cup. The results are also not permanent, so you will need to have the procedure repeated at some point in the future. Still, it s a good option for those who want a small increase without invasive surgery. 2. Breast Lift Another non invasive option is a breast lift. Although it doesn t actually increase the size of your breast, it does make them perkier and this can make them appear larger. For this procedure, Botox is injected in to the breast muscle. The Botox paralyzes the muscle, which helps the breasts become perkier. Although a breast lift is very effective, it isn t permanent. Like facial Botox, it will need to be repeated several times; as Botox typically only lasts a few months. So you should keep this in mind if you are considering it. 3. Vacuum Bra Vacuum bras are also another method for achieving larger breasts. As the name suggests, these bras use suction to help give you larger breasts. Wearers put the bra on, turn it on, and let it suck the breast tissue in. Over time, this helps to create larger breasts. While it might sound odd, it is surprisingly effective for a small boost. However, results are not quick and the bra must be worn every day for ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 8. Visual Analysis Of Beyonce Perfection is the disease of a nation, Beyonce sings with a mid pitch mellow note. The R B singer is known for many different things. She s an actress, songwriter, and an activist. Beyonce has 6 multi platinum albums that have reached number one on the billboard. Breaking away from Destiny s Child, Beyonce pursued her solo career in 2006. She expresses her political views through her music. Her third album I am... Sasha Fierce expresses how patriarchal and bias modern society is. If I were a Boy track on the album sends a message about stereotypes between men and women. Beyonce s latest album, Lemonade, is a visual album released in 2016. Lemonade demonstrate social justice and women empowerment. Besides the entertainment from the album, the visuals, lyrics, and Beyonce s tone from each track were also satisfying. Visuals have a huge impact on a song. • 9. Sacred Page Essay Different meanings come to thought from this quote: The sacred page is not an end in itself, but a means to bring men to an intimate and satisfying knowledge of God, that they may enter into Him, that they may delight in His Presence, may taste and know the inner sweetness of the very God Himself in the core and center of their hearts, but only the means toward the end, which is knowing God Himself. (A. W. Tozer, 1897 1963) The sacred page could well represent the spiritual experiences that ones pursuit in seeking after God. In seeking after God, it is an ongoing daily spiritual walk. These relationships start out in the levels of friendships from acquaintances to personal or intellectual, ultimately evolving into intimate and, or emotional. The hemolytic activity of biosurfactants was first discovered when Bernheimer and Avigad [7] reported that the biosurfactant produced by Bacillus subtilis, surfactin, lysed red blood cells. Oil spreading method is based on that droplet of biosurfactant containing solution can displace the oil and spread in the water. In drop collapse method, the droplets contain biosurfactant spread or even collapse due to reduction of the force or interfacial tension between the liquid droplet and the hydrophobic surface. The stability of droplets is dependent on biosurfactant concentration and correlates with surface and interfacial tension [3,60]. In general, it was shown that hemolytic activity test has a relatively clear relationship with the qualitative oil spreading and drop collapse tests. Hamzah et al. President John F . Kennedy was a great leader, who was able to lead the United States through several crises. One prime example of his navigational skills through such hardships is in his dealings with the rise in steel prices in 1962. In his news conference, on the issue of steel price, President Kennedy uses parallelism and juxtaposition to create the idea that the increase in price from the steel companies is detrimental to the United States economy. The first device that President John F. Kennedy uses to combat the issue of raising steel prices is parallelism. In the second paragraph of his speech, he begins listing outcomes of the dramatic increase in steel prices by saying, ...when we are confronted with grave crises in Berlin and Southeast Asia, when we are devoting out energies to economic recovery and stability, when we are asking Reservists to leave their homes and families for months on end, and servicemen to risk their lives... (lines 6 12) This is an effective use of parallelism because he builds on the previous statement by starting out the one that follows with the same introduction: ...when we are... He is trying to prove that America is in a crisis situation and the steel companies increasing their prices is only going to make the situation even worse. He is showing all of the sacrifices that people are making and proving to the steel companies that their high wages are going to have a very negative effect on a people who are sacrificing more than anyone would have ever expected for their country. The second example of parallelism is in the third paragraph of his speech, when he begins by saying, ...it would increase the cost of homes, autos, and appliances, and most other items for every American family. It would increase the cost of machinery and tools to every American businessman and farmer. It would seriously handicap out efforts to prevent an inflationary spiral from eating up the pensions of out older citizens, and our new gains in purchasing power. • 23. Handwriting Recognition Essay The one feature that got the most attention and strongly influenced its demise was its handwriting recognition capability. In all message pads, handwriting recognition was the basis of data input to many of the built in applications and functions. According to Professor Luckie, this handwriting recognition depends solely on Paragraph International Inc. s Calligrapher recognition engine. Calligrapher technology was limited by the dictionary of words to which it has access (Luckie, n.d.). This shows that if you write a word that doesn t exist in the dictionary, then Calligrapher is not going to recognize it correctly and often suggests funny but incorrect phrases as the user wrote. Even though the limitation of the Calligrapher recognition partly contributed to the demise of MessagePad, Apple was able to rescue Newton during the release of the second generation OS (Newton 2.0 OS). This software brought the MessagePad back to the technology it was intended to be by introducing the new printed handwriting recognition engine. Professor Luckie, in his website that documents the evolution of Newton OS describes how the engineers at Apple had developed a letter by letter handwriting reorganizer that could only recognize printed text (Luckie, n.d.). The Democracy Of A Democratic Government A democratic government is one in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation (Merriam Webster). In theory, a true democracy is one that is governed by the people in the form of the rule of the majority . This is a process that seems to have been naturally embedded in the human mind. In many circumstance, whether it is world leaders deciding on new international policy, or kids choosing what to watch for movie night , the rule of the majority seems to often prevail. Even so, in certain recognized democratic nations such as Canada, the rule of the majority is not triumphant. Presidential nominee, Donald Trump has not hesitated in releasing numerous shocking statements, and the reporters have not resisted their urge of publishing his words. Nevertheless, it is evident that, By decreasing the effort necessary for journalists to gather information, politicians can garner substantially more media attention for themselves (Niven). The boundless attention from viewers, reporters and advertisers bring fame, and support to candidates, whether it being for negative or positive purposes. • 28. The Growing Threat Of Space Debris Elimination Through... The Growing Threat: Space Debris Elimination through Robotics An over statement of the importance of the use of the Earth s orbital space is not possible. It is very apparent that we as the human race, while broken up into many different countries, have grown accustom to the comforts, knowledge, and safety provided by the technology we launch into space. Examples of the benefits are cellphones, GPS for direction, environmental studies, weather forecasting, defense, and much more. However, with every placement of advanced technology into orbit the continuation of the ability to launch additional assets are at risk. The thousands of articles left behind following the launch of spacecraft or vehicles generate that risk. Over the past fifty plus years, the risk has increased exponentially. Donald Kessler, a NASA astrophysicist, shared his perception of such risk in 1978 (LaVone, 2014). Mr. Kessler theorized a self sufficient event capable of eradicating viable assets within the condensed orbital space encompassing Earth. Mr. Kessler noted that the collision of defunct satellites or other objects left behind in space are capable of ensuing a chain reaction of epic magnitude. The focus of Kessler s theory projected beyond the larger size debris but emphasized the imminent danger of small debris in orbit (LaVone, 2014). These two groups were Native Americans and women. American western expansion made the conflict with Native Americans practically inevitable. Henry Clay even went as far as stating that their complete disappearance from the human family would be no great loss to the world . The westward movement and territorial expansion from the Louisiana Purchase created a devastating loss to the indigenous peoples. • 34. Who Is Henry Fuseli Nightmarish Henry Fuseli: Nightmarish The Enlightenment in art history is best known for promoting reasoning and rationality just as much as it favored beauty and social progress. However, Henry Fuseli, who sought to portray human irrationality, often challenged Enlightenment ideals with his work (Cothren, Stockstad). Painted in 1771 and exhibited at the Royal Academy of London in 1772, Fuseli sought to make a name for himself with his composition The Nightmare (Tate). The painting leaves its audience with a dark sense of wonder and intrigue. Fuseli captured an audience during a time in which patrons had favored easily understood concepts over complex imagery drawn from history or mythology (Cothren, Stockstad). Fuseli pushed many boundaries and artistic expectations set in this period with sexually charged compositions and dark tones in narrative. Contentious for its time, The Nightmare is a classical painting which hinges upon Fuseli s own sexual desires, potentially unrequited love, and folklore of the period. Certainly, Henry Fuseli s romanticized gothic style both shocked and awed his audience. However, Fuseli did not always intend to be an artist. Though he was one of eighteen children with a father who devoted his life to both creating and collecting art, becoming an artist was not Henry Fuseli s initial pursuit. Despite his art rich upbringing, in the mid 1760 s, Fuseli moved to England from his hometown of Zürich, Switzerland in search of other achievements. Initially, Henry ... The most reasonable theory to this case is that the authorities found chloroform and hair that belonged to Caylee in Casey s, Caylee s mother s, car. They also said that Caylee s mouth and nose had been duct tapped. That is why the case of Casey Anthony is interesting to me. She should have been proven guilty for the crime she committed. Carpetbaggers Carpetbaggers were northerners who headed to the southern states during and immediately after the Civil War, propelled by wanting to work on behalf of liberated slaves, a desire for economic gain, or a mix of both. Carpetbaggers got their name because many of them had large bags made from carpets to hold their belongings. Although many in the South saw carpetbaggers as people who wanted to exploit and profit from the south s misfortunes, Carpetbaggers would play an important role in shaping the south s government during Reconstruction. African Americans in the south who had just been emancipated were restricted their freedom when southern legislatures passed black codes , which forced them into repressive labor situations. The Black Codes were laws designed with the intention to guarantee African American s availability as a cheap labor force after slavery was eliminated during the Civil War, and to keep white supremacy in place. Common examples of Black Codes were: Race was defined by blood; the presence of any amount of black blood made one black, Employment was required of all freedmen; violators faced vagrancy charges, Freedmen could not assemble without the presence of a white person, Freedmen were assumed to be agricultural workers and their duties and hours were tightly regulated, Freedmen were not to be taught to read or write, ... Many enzymes correlate with DNA to assist them in translating, replicating and transcribing the enzymes in our body (Pierce, 2013). More specifically, an enzyme that is involved in DNA replication is DNA polymerase. One of the main functions for DNA polymerase is to allow the synthesis of damage, that the past DNA caused, which blocks replication fork progression. • 42. ‚ÄúEvaluate the Strengths and Weaknesses of Reason as a... Reasoning is the thinking that is coherent and logical. As the dictionary definition very clearly and correctly states, reasoning is certain thinking or a conclusion drawn from a logical fact. Hence, the reasoning of a certain thing, which is a conclusion drawn from an existing fact or the happening of an event, is trusted more than the conclusion which is drawn due the development of one s emotions. Consequently, when a person would say to another, You re being emotional , it is considered as a cynical comment while the statement, You re being logical is taken as praise. Therefore, it is obvious that logic and reasoning holds strengths which are stronger than those of emotions. In today s world, the younger generation is burdened ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Therefore, one very big limitation of reason is that it does not account for any emotions which are involved in the scenario. In addition, another weakness of reason is that is does not people open their minds to newer prospects because the reason restricts their mind to think in only one way. For example, in the book Train to Pakistan , by Khushwant Singh, the police just arrest Juggut Singh, thinking that he was involved in the murder of Lala Ram Lal without any proof actual proof of what exactly happened, because Juggut Singh was a known badmash and that may have been a grave enough reason for the police to arrest him. This incident in the book shows that without knowing the culprit, the wrong person was arrested just because the person arrested had no other reputation except that of a scoundrel. Hence, this example shows that when there is a reason behind something, which in this case was Juggut Singh s poor reputation, it makes the other people, who are involved in the scene, less open minded. Furthermore, reasoning is only possible when the correct data and required knowledge are present. This is because reasoning is only based on the data which is provided, and cannot be based on data that has not been taken into account. For example, if an event occurs periodically, and one observes just one of the occurring and bases his/her reason on that, then it ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
