Presentation about the meeting happened in Italy. 1st TNP of the project ASE

1. Projekt A.S.E.
2015 - 2017

3. On November 4th we went to
Italy for the first transnational
meeting
of the ASE project partners for
Erasmus+.

4. We landed on the
international airport in Pisa

6. Next day, we went by train to
Castiglione del Lago.

7. After 3 hours of travelling, we finally got to
Castiglione del Lago

8. Beautiful views on the lake

10. In the evening all project
partners had a common
welcoming dinner.
There were teacher from
Romania, France, Crete,
Italy and we, from Poland.

11. The dinner was our first real meeting, till now we
were comunicating via social media and emails.
We ate fantastic, tasteful local dishes and discussed
the plan for the next day.

12. On Thursday all teachers went by train to
school in Bucine, 2 hours distance from
Castiglione del Lago.
The teachers of the music school IC
BUCINE, that is a project coordinator
welcomed us warmly in their school.

13. The school director
invited us to see the
school exhibition.

16. After the exhibition,
the city major gave
us a speech about
Bucine and
Umbria region
wishing us a
pleasant stay.

19. Next, we saw some
lessons in IC BUCINE.
We took part it
maths,biology and
language lessons in the
primary and junior high
school.

23. Next we were invited to the
school music concert.
The school students played and
sang for us.
After the concert we had the
chance to eat delicious home
made cakes and drink coffee
and tea.

25. After the
break
we started
our work.

27. The most important issue to
discuss was our project calendar.
We had to fix dates of next
transnational project meetings and
students exchange. Futhermore
we had to define the tasks and
responsibilities of each partner.

31. Next day in the morning we
were visiting
the charming medieval
Arezzo

39. In the afternoon we had another working session
in IC Bucine.

42. In the evening we returned to Pisa (after 3 hours of
train trip) and next day we flew to Poland.
