▶   Que es un “Storymapping” para el cliente?
▶   Confianza con el cliente
▶   No es tanto un producto, sino un sistema interno
▶   Objetivo: "Que nos quede un mapa de historias de lo que tiene que hacer
    el sistema...”
▶   Nos permitio tener un mayor entendimiento del negocio y del problema.
▶   Sacamos/identificamos desperdicio/vicios
▶   NO resulto un plan de releases claro
▶   Cuidado con “Lo que se dice se hace”
▶   Concientizacion
▶   Construccion colectiva del alcance.
▶   Emergente: Tomar el producto como propio
▶   El ejercicio de las priorizaciones, pone de manifiesto las limitaciones, y se
    obliga a moderar las expectativas
▶   Comunicar/generar el contexto
▶   La idea no es volver al cascada!
▶   La incertidumbre no se anula
Final thought
        Story mapping is a tool that's born from
    participation. Participation brings engagement.
    And engagement means a successful project.
