Liz is an accomplished business leader with deep technology experience and has transformed large-scale and highly complex businesses. She is
recognized for developing and executing strategies, growing multi-billion dollar global businesses and teams.
Prior to this role, Liz was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco's Cloud, Compute, and IoT business where she drove the business and
engineering strategy for this global portfolio. Liz was instrumental in developing, executing and evangelizing the strategy for Cisco’s IoT portfolio in
Industrial IoT, Edge Intelligence and SaaS based cellular connectivity platform for devices ranging from Connected Cars to Smart meters, driving it to
profitable growth and a leader in Digital Transformation. In the Cloud and Computing Systems area, Liz led the team to define and execute the
strategy to enable our customers operating model needs in Hybrid Cloud. This included building the SaaS hybrid cloud platform, expanding into
adjacent markets such as Hyperconverged and leading the industry in cloud managed solutions for the compute market.

Amy serves on the board of directors for Procter & Gamble, and has previously served on the boards of Cisco, Splunk and Informatica,
which encompass over a half trillion dollars in total market cap. Post-acquisition of her startup Accompany by Cisco, she led Cisco's
multi-billion dollar Collaboration business and its award-winning Webex portfolio which includes Meetings, Teams, Devices, Calling, and
Contact Center. Accompany was a relationship intelligence platform for professionals which served Fortune 500 financial and
professional services clients on their people and company data needs.
Prior to Accompany, Amy was at Google, where she led the teams for Google Analytics, Website Optimizer, Trends, and multi channel
attribution for over 7 years, growing Google Analytics to serve over 86% of the entire web. She previously led product for the paid
search and affiliates channels at eBay, as well as worked in the semiconductor and software industries at McKinsey. She started her
career in hardware with Intel, AMD and Motorola.
She serves as an advisor to Hubspot, Optimizely, BloomReach, Origami Logic and Datorama. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering
with a hardware subspecialty and an MS in Electrical Engineering with a network systems subspecialty, both from Stanford
University.

As a leader at IBM, Microsoft and Juniper Networks, Gerri has transformed global businesses for more than half of her career. As Juniper Networks
Chief Customer Officer, she led a global organization of direct and indirect sales, systems engineering, marketing, advanced technologies, channel
partners and alliances, field operations, services and support. Prior to that, Gerri was Microsoft's Corporate Vice President, WW Public Sector, where
she oversaw sales and marketing teams serving government, education and health care customers across more than 100 countries. She built the WW
Industry Solutions Group, creating multiple industry go-to-market teams, and led Americas Enterprise, the largest geography for Microsoft. Gerri
started her tech career at IBM, spending almost 22 years there in key executive and management positions in strategy development, services and

Jill joined Target in 1997 as an associate buyer and has held roles throughout Merchandising, Planning, and Product Design &

Melissa Kremer is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Target and a member of its executive

Melissa joined Target in 2004 as a recruiter. During her tenure, she has held HR leadership positions supporting Target’s
