With more than two decades of professional experience in the Cambridge, Massachusetts, area, Shannah Hall Frankcum is a principal in the Cambridge real estate firm, Cambridge Real Estate Company, LLC. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, she was Director of Leasing and Vice President at Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, Inc. (CDIA). During her tenure there, Shannah Hall Franckum arranged leasing for the Porter Exchange Building Development Project, which transformed the historic 1928 Sears Roebuck Building into a mixed use retail and office building.
