Two years after opening the first phase of this resort, the developer selected Bellstar to take

of planning and procurement. We established an owner use plan that conformed to
complex zoning ordinances and delivered the multi-million dollar furnishings packages
on time and under budget.
As the developer encountered construction delays, Bellstar created a flex-start program
to systematically commence the operation in phases. The 104 resort residences, pool and
