About
I am working for life scientists to promote the use of public databases in Database Center for Life Science(DBCLS), closely co-working with DNA DataBank of Japan(DDBJ) in the National Institute of Genetics, Japan.
In order to recycle public databases, especially DNA sequence data from next-gen sequencers, I am collaborating with life scientists, particularly working with non-classical model organisms to make new models for human diseases and so on.
