We are seeking a super-talented, results
talented, results-oriented team player to lead the business development
function for MiTú Music as well as head label and artist relations for the network.
Summary
The person selected for this position will be responsible for initiating and managing partnerships with
independent Latino music labels and artists to join the MiTú Music network. This is a management
position that interfaces with all levels within the company and offers significant growth potential.
Responsibilities include:
• Working with senior management in t development and implementation of MiTú Music´s
the
business growth strategy
• Identifying potential MiTú Music partners both in the US and throughout Latin America
Tú
• Developing partnership proposals, negotiating deals and providing implementation support
• Managing existing music partner relationships
• Participating in the conception an development of original MiTú Music content
and
• Supporting the development of marketing and promotion strategies
• Working closely with all areas of the company to support operations
Qualifications
• Meaningful experience in the Latino music industry and thorough understanding of the trends
reshaping the music business
• Strong network of relationships with independent labels and artists
• A good negotiator with proven deal

2. • Deep familiarity with the YouTube platform is a big plus
• Must be fluent in Spanish with excellent oral and written skills
