Doñana Natural Park space:
• 1. One of the aims of the Plan of management
of the natural resources in Doñana is to
promote the conservation of resources,
ecosystems, scientific research, to order the
use and management of natural resources and
to establish the necessary guidelines for an
adequate management of this.

18. As indicated by article 3 of the law of the Doñana National Park:
• The natural environment of the Park will be subject to precise
limitations as regard its preservation , in the manner and with the
effects laid down in the relevant legislation in relation to the
system of communications, farms, urban planning and any other
activity.
• As for the land areas of special protection provided for in article 2
of this law, their destination is limited to agricultural use and
activities consistent with the purposes of the National Park. For
these purposes, the Ministry of agriculture, the previous report of
the Board of Trustees, will regulate the use of pesticides, fertilizers
and, in general, of all those products that may damage the National
Park.
