It is a central platform that provides the ability for organizations to understand, improve and

Client: Football Club
Challenge: The customer has been using SAP S/4HANA for 5 years.
Even with the efforts to standardize processes during the implementation
of SAP, the processes of the financial area still had many bottlenecks that
impacted both accounting processes and cash flow management.
Solution: To deal with these bottlenecks, our team connected the SAP
S/4HANA production environment with SAP Signavio and extracted all
historical information from the database.
Our team used the Signavio Process Insights module to generate a list of
KPIs for accounting and financial processes.
Based on this list, the main areas for improvement have been identified.
This information gave me some insights, however, a more detailed
investigation using process mining techniques was required.
Benefits: Based on these findings, our team has developed an action plan
that is being implemented by the financial team with significant gains for
the club.

Challenge: The client has sustainable agriculture practices and is changing
the current ERP to RISE S/4HANA.
However, many of its critical processes do not have adherence with SAP
ERP.
Solution: During the discovery phase of SAP Activate, our team
performed a GAP analysis between the AS-IS process and the key
functionalities of S/4HANA.
To solve these GAPs, the most critical processes have been modeled in
SAP Signavio Process Manager.
Next, our team established the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) together
with the customer's CIO to manage all process improvement opportunities.
Benefits: With the COE, the company will be able to ensure that the
implementation of the S/4HANA project will deliver the value expected
by the stakeholders, in accordance with the decisions of process
