been leading several organizations for a long time. I
know very well, “what are the skills, knowledge and
strategies to run an organization successfully”. I do not
think, ‘the need’ for seeking any types of feedback
from my colleagues and other associates.

introspect for survival for a long time in 21st century
world.
 In fact, honest and reliable feedback is necessary and
compulsory to test one’s own perceptions, and
recognizing strengths and weaknesses.
