• WCMS team is spending some time to understand the previous
WCMS effort
• HCC already bought a Vignette WCMS Software
• HCC Board is committed to complete the pilot
• Full time Project Manager is on board
• PMO made a decision to expand WCMS project team work
force – In progress
• For WCMS project knowledge repository, created an WebCT
account
• PMO made a decision to get pilot hardware – Delayed
