30. ! Freedom is always a journey, sometimes tiring, to be continually renewed, to
fight for it every day. ... Freedom calls in the first person to be responsible for
one's own choices, to discern, to carry out the processes of life - - And today
many times we do the things that the media decide for us. And freedom is lost.

31. In the spiritual and ecclesial life there is the temptation to seek a false peace
that leaves us calm, instead of the fire of the Gospel that disturbs us, that
transforms us. Many others - especially in the new generations - are not
attracted by a proposal of faith that does not leave them inner freedom, they
are not attracted to a Church in which we must all think alike and obey blindly.

32. the Church of Christ does not want to dominate consciences and
occupy spaces, it wants to be a "fountain" of hope in people's lives.

33. Creativity - Cyril and Methodius ... invented a new alphabet for
the translation of the Bible, liturgical texts and Christian doctrine.

34. Dialogue - a Church that knows how to dialogue with the world, with those
who confess Christ without being "one of us", with those who experience
the strain of a religious quest, even with those who do not believe. - It is a
Church that, following the example of Cyril and Methodius, unites and
holds together East and West, different traditions and sensibilities
