According to Ayurveda, asthma comes
under shwas rog.
When we talk about its samprapti
(pathogenesis), here dushit pran vayu
(imbalanced respired air) combines with
dushit (alleviated) kapha dosha in the
lungs and causes obstruction of
pranvaha srotas (respiratory passage).

This obstruction leads to
various symptoms of asthma like
shortness of breath, wheezing,
constant cough, irritation of
throat etc.

Ayurveda has explained 5 types of swas rog-
1. Maha shwas
2. Urdhva shwas
3. China shwas
4. Tamak shwas
5. Kshudra shwas
First three shwas roga are in curable, tamak
shwas is difficult to manage and last one is
easy to cure.

SYMPTOMS OF ASTHMA
Constant Cough sometimes
Cough aggravate during night
and also early morning.
Shortness of breath.
A whistling or wheezing sound
when exhaling.

INGREDIENTS IN ALLER-G CARE FORMULA

Take a glass full of luke warm water mixed
with 1 tsp honey every morning empty stomach.
Mix one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry
