A talk given by Pilgrim Beart to the Thames Valley IoT Meetup on 26th May 2016. This covers Pilgrim's experiences of scaling-up connected services such as AlertMe (Hive) and how a set of open IP-compatible standards now makes it possible to deploy and manage IoT systems in an open and interoperable fashion, creating an ecosystem which benefits customers and vendors alike.
