• There will be one Condominium Corporation which will manage The Sandstone, The
Travertine and The Brownstones (Portico Phase One). It will be responsible for
maintaining the Phase One common areas and will be collecting association dues from

• The association dues will be determined by the Condominium Corporation. To give an
indicative idea of association dues, the rate of a comparable Alveo Land project located
in BGC is approximately P96 per square meter (as of Q1 2017).
