labor reforms
• All colleges and universities need to become
innovation centers
• Scrapping of excessive govt, i.e. college of the
trades
• Revamping the apprenticeship program, i.e.
Germany model
• Reviewing Canadian Social Transfer. PQ is able to
offer low tuition due to how the province receives
funding from the federal government
• Immigration being tied to economic benefits
• Tax and regulation reform. Canada needs to be
attractive to FDI
