Annually I encourage students of Aviation Studies to set their goals, built network, use Linkedin, etc to built their career.
I shared 10 lessons I have learned which helps me to make steps in my career.
Part of the lecture is to do the "Marshmallow Challenge" with around 120 students in the room. Share the experiences of the challenge about skills, team, incentives, etc.
I enjoy doing this every year. And I expect that student will have a benefit throughout their career.
Lecture is about aviation, teams, skills, achieving your dreams, setting goals, prototyping, management drives, boeing, elephants, innovation, mro, operations, aircraft....
