Ein (großteils) neuer Client, der auf den neuen und vielversprechenden WebAssembly-Technologiestack aufsetzt. Aber mit neuen Technologien kommen auch neue Probleme. Erfahrungswerte im Umgang mit Notes und gewohnte Lösungen für betriebliche Herausforderungen treffen nicht mehr zu oder müssen grundlegend überdacht werden. Eine erste Überlegung muß sein, wie man die zu erwartenden Ticketwelle und den unvermeidlichen Produktivitätsverlust in den Griff bekommt und so gering wie möglich hält. Benutzer müssen geschult werden, der neue Client muß optimiert werden, und die technischen Schwierigkeiten des Betriebs im Browser kommen dazu. Das heißt natürlich, dass man sich Wissen über den neuen Client und seine Plattform aneignen muß. Alles neu, sich ständig ändernd, und mit einem Mangel an Ressourcen im Internet von denen man lernen könnte – es ist eine Mammutaufgabe. Zuguterletzt gibt es noch grundlegende Herausforderungen wie den Betrieb von Nomad auf Citrix (ohne bei jedem Einloggen neu zu installieren und alle Einstellungen zu verlieren). Verzweifeln Sie nicht: Bei alledem können wir helfen!
