May I SEE this and
live a life of
goodness and

or cling
so strongly.

words and every
deed.
May I live wisely
by cutting Anger,
Delusion and
Greed.

spiritual indeed.
May I serve
selflessly all those
who are in
real need.

Morality is the
Foundation for
Spirituality.
May I always
practice virtue and
righteousness
ardently.

Hatred brings

free from anger,
hate and enmity.

Laziness is a

diligent in my
Dhamma practice.

To myself
and to others
may I be forgiving.

Dhamma practice needs patience,
diligence and determination.
May I persevere most arduously
to attain Liberation.

Craving can arise through
our 6 sense doors most easily.
May I not be trapped chasing
sensual delights endlessly.

Heedlessness
leads to things
sorrowful and
painful.
May I always be
careful, heedful
and mindful.

Many are those
with views,
thoughts, speech
and action that
are NOT RIGHT.
May The Buddha
be my greatest
Guide and
the Dhamma
my Light.

interconnectedness
in Nature with its
Laws to abide.
May I live in
harmony within me
and with the whole
world outside.

Mara is strong in
trapping us in the
world of Dukkha.
May I not stray
away from the
Noble Path of
Dhamma.

phenomena are
impermanent, they
are always changing.
May my mind be
calm and strong,
embracing

is the Noble 8-Fold Path.
